Pros: |
Top quality models and pictures.
Videos just the right size and of good quality.
Lots of flaws, but if you like Asian Girls this is the place. |
Cons: |
Updates are late for both pictures and videos.
Models wear high heels in pictures but rarely in videos. No new movies since December 2008. No customer service. I wrote three times with no response. |
Bottom Line: |
I probably would have resubscribed if they had just answered one of my E-Mails. |

Current Member for over 6 months (at the time of review).

Pros: |
Easy to find navigation.
The ability to download videos at any length.
Resonably good video quality.
Lots of new additions. |
Cons: |
No customer service.
New channels are confusing and not adequetly explained for billing purposes. I was automatically billed to my credit card, without intending to subscribe to channels. I still nevr figured out if extra channels are by the day or by the month. When doing a search now thee is extra parameters to filter out unwanted channels. |
Bottom Line: |
Was a satisfied customer, but not anymore.
Why bother to have channels anyways? They are just a way to give you more of the same. |

I have been a member about 7 or 8 times. The only thing bring me back was the low price and the ability to make video clips at any length you want.
That was the big attraction for me, and as for the content, Maybe 1 in 10 videos would to be my liking.
What finally did it for me was the billing fiasco, and lack of customer service when they added the premium channels.
Video Box has lost me as a customer for the time being.

Still no reply from Video Box. I guess they are too big to be bothered with customer service.
What really bothers me now is that for me to find out if I was charged the extra billing, I have to go through my wife as she controls that card. Looks like I may have some explaining to do and I am not too happy at the prospects of that.
So like I said before if you look around and see the UPGRADE Button, do not click on that unless you are willing to pay $17.95 for 1 day.
I wonder what you get for $17.95 and why don't they advertise that price. I have heard $3.00 and $10.00, but they charged me $17.95.
It might not be so bad, but I go on forced retirement from the military next month and I do not have a new job yet ......
I am still pissed.

I pressed the upgrade button to check the options and pricing and before I could blink, they charged my credit card $17.95 for one day.
I wrote them a letter and I just got off the phone with CC Bill.
Needless to say I am pissed.

Now just to play it safe I tried to cancel my subscription to Video Box and it won't let me.
I really liked this site until now.
I'll try again tomorrow.

CC Bill surprised the heck out of me.
They said they actually voided the transaction.
The charge would have been $17.95 for only one day.
I guess I do not know what channels are, and the pricing was not understandable to me.
On another note they said I was the third person to call in, so that probably helped my case.

I was looking at the channels and pressed the upgrade button to see the options and before I knew it they charged my credit card.
I immediately wrote them and asked them to cancel.
DO NOT PRESS THE UPGRADE BUTTON.

NOW I GOT IN. I just subscribed for $14.95.
Here is what I did different.
I am running Internet Explorer 8. They have a feature called InPrivate Browsing. When I went into that mode and used your link, the promo pricing came up. Even though I cleaned the cookies and history that did not seem to work.
