To get downloads you have to upgrade to a one year membership at $120 which AVERAGES to $9.99 a month. Currently this is the only option for downloads.
I wish probiller had their own website like epoch or cc bill< the people with this biller are very aggressive with the upsales and pushing other sites. Most likely why you have to go through chat to cancel.
Site is a train wreak. It's just a mash up of a couple dozen dvd sites that have been dumped together in one place with absolutely no way to navigate unless you do a direct search by dvd/model name. No model index to browse through.
Fyi, for those of you that have joined this site in the past and haven't done so recently, They have updated their files. All that I've seen is h264 30fs 720 and 1080 for the older stuff and all the way up to 6k 60fs on the newer stuff. Also a heads up, if you downloaded the old hd 1080 file a couple years ago, keep it as it is a way higher bit rate and a much better copy of the file.
I really wish they would open an archive site of all the older content. 90% of my favorite model there (Natasha Shy) has been removed, They have tons of older stuff that can be making them money but choose to pull it and sell a few scenes off to other sites who the edit and lower the resolution.

Every time I try to sign up it throws an error. Tried changing my email/payment method and no dice. Tried paypal (through segpay) and it says "error: invalid packet"
These guys really need to spend some time with a photographer like say Peter Hegre. All their galleries are the same, turn this way and pussy spread, turn that way and pussy spread. They need to learn to POSE the model!! So many beautiful settings/models and all these guys try to do is late 80's Hustler mag shoots. Get them a membership to metart, femjoy, ang hegre.com, places that know how to shoot a beautiful woman/women.
Just wondering if Lily Adams is a contract star here or if she's a real life girlfriend. She's on here a lot, and I mean a lot. I love this site as I have found a few of my favorite models very first scenes. Isabel Moon and Ziggy Star just to name a couple. But you have to pay attention, They most often go by other names so look at the screen shot and not the names.
Agree with the review that they really need to work on their casting. Having a 30+ year old model here just doesn't work and borders on stupidity. I don't mind the tats or piercings at all. Afraid this site will disappear into mediocrity if this doesn't get corrected.
Tried multiple times using different cards and even different pc's, when I hit enter after filling out membership form it says sending....then flashes to login in screen with no error message or success/receipt. No response from help emails.
*NOTE*
Transactions are not being blocked by card issuer as I get no text messages "Do you recognize this transaction" and no transaction is listed on my cards.
Just wondering is the channels yngr and real teens are included with membership. They are not listed in the channel list or even in the premium list so if any curent member could answer it would be greatly appreciated.
If you do ANY kind of upgrade to this site it is set up as a separate subscription per each upgrade and will have to be canceled individually. I cancelled my initial subscription and on a whim entered my user name and e-mail and two more subscriptions came up and I had to cancel those as well. They use epoch now so just go to epoch.com and enter your user name and e-mail and all recurring charges will come up, I first used the first member id and only the first charge came up so use the above to get all charges canceled. Aside from that, awesome site.
So it appears that Hustler.com and barelylegal.com WITH NO NOTICE WHATSOEVER have closed up shop and dumped everything into hustlerunlimited.com. They tell you to use your previous login info but it doesn't work. Waiting for support to return email to find out wtf is going on
Update: support emails have so far gone unanswered
Further update: I contacted epoch.com the biller for them and they are also waiting for a response so they are now being ignored too.
Still no response to emails and epoch has now escalated the case against them what ever that means. Hustler just shut down their sites and ran with the customers money.
After almost a week, still no response. They have not responded to Epoch either. AVOID ANYTHING HUSTLER RELATED!!!!!!!
I rejoined this site after a 2 year gap. The site is always down, connection says "site is unavailable" other times I get a splash page saying the site is "undergoing maintenance". So far in this membership I have only had a couple days of access in about 3 weeks. Worst part is is I can't get the customer service without getting on their site!
After being flat out ripped off at the main hustler site I was very reluctant to join this site. I'm glad I did, plenty of HD videos here. My only gripe is the very latest videos are only 720p, I don't know if they add the 1080p after a few months or what.
EDIT: After having a few hours to look around I am noticing that either Hustler sold off a lot of videos to METRO (specifically the family hookup content) or they bought a lot from them as there is a lot of shared content between them. I have not had any download troubles so far but have had the streaming problems astonman mentioned in his comment.
You no longer have to call or chat/skype to cancel memberships through probiller. They now have a cancel option on the sites support page that conveniently pulls up all memberships and upgrades, just check what you want to cancel and hit the cancel membership button at the bottom of the list. I received my callelation confirmations for all in just a few seconds.
I tried three different credit cards and all transactions were declined. It didn't decline the card, it specifically said the TRANSACTION was declined. My cards are all good to go so I don't know what's up with this payment processor, PROBILLER, would not go to secondary biller which is epoch.
I was a member of this site about 8 years ago, probably longer. I have recently started to get emails wanting me to rejoin this site but all the most recent updates listed were the last updates all those years ago. I am guessing archive site since all reviews and questions have stopped at 2012. Thanks in advance for any info!
The content is top notch but the freaking downloads are just ridiculously slow. Download manager has to be set to only one connection or the download will slow to a stop and timeout. Constantly have to refresh the page or you will get unauthorized download error. Some of the file sizes are (4K) in excess of 12gb and take around 15 minutes or more to finish. I have comcast xfinity blast speed and on other sites a file of this size would take less than a couple minutes with multiple connections allowed. Good thing I got the 3 month option as it gonna take that long to maybe get just my favorites. I wish I had never joined this site.
