I have been averaging less than 200 KB/sec (total DL speed) since joining this site, hopefully it is just a technical problem, but certainly not promising. Also since logins timeout, download managers haven't been working so well (path disappears).
On the plus side, the content I have been able to download is pretty decent.
Also, in response to dracken's question, no network access from this site either - there are bonus sites but they all appear to be streaming only.
Since several reviews seemed to complain of poor download speeds I just wanted to note that their download speeds have been excellent for me so far: 1.2 MB/sec.
Most recent video is 8/09. Though videos are encoded at a high bitrate (8000 kbps) and typically 1280x720, I don't think the original source is HD, as the videos are not nearly as crisp as other HD sites.
Also, getting the 3-month membership does not give you instant access to any bonus content, which is stupid.
Some decent material here, but not worth the price. And the vast majority of bonus sites are crap.
Just wanted to point out that while their newer videos are getting better quality from a technical standpoint, it appears as though they have some encoding problems as there are many more artifacts and glitches in the videos than you typically see at that bitrate.
For some reason I thought it would be a good idea to join this site again to replace some of the material I accidentally deleted recently. What a damn mistake, I expected it to all be recycled content, but they appear to have removed all downloadable videos and zips from the site, making the price absolutely absurd. Oh well, lesson learned, hope no one else makes the same mistake I did.
Just thought I would point out that there are no longer any free bonus sites here. I guess they changed it in the last couple of months since the TBP review. Given that, and the fact that this material doesn't appear to be all that new and at least some of it isn't exclusive, this site is far too expensive to be worth joining.
This site is clearly above all others at what it does - at least in my opinion - gorgeous natural women with fantastic photography.
Just wondering, however, does anyone else think maybe they are taking the picture resolution too far? I mean 3000x4400 seems a tad excessive. A zip file of one of the photo sets I downloaded in high was over 500 MB.
This seams especially odd considering their "mid resolution" sets are usually better quality than the vast majority of other sites.
Just wanted to note that the trial is not full-access. You can download zips of the photos, but can't access the videos. Also, it renews at a much higher price (as noted here) which is pretty stupid. Basically they are hoping you forget to cancel the pointless trial.
Didn't want to post a full review, just wanted to say this is a pretty good site. Some of the older video content is a bit iffy, but the newer HD content is quite good.
Just wanted to give an update on this site since no one has in a while, I've been getting pretty decent download speeds, so I guess they have resolved the issues MargulisAZ experienced. They have also added a mirror download site. I've been maxing my connection when downloading via both the mirror and regular sites (1.2 MB/sec).
Didn't feel like writing a full review, just wanted to note that this site is very disappointing. Though they do not have DRM anymore, and the ability to download a good portion of their magazine archive in pdf format is pretty interesting; the navigation is terrible (looking at the preview would lead you to believe the navigation is pretty good - but the navigation of the member area is very different and significantly worse). Also all their content is not available (yet?). I would not recommend joining this site, especially since a lot of their content is available elsewhere - videobox for example; unless you really want to download the magazine archive, which I guess might be worth it as the TBP price is pretty good.
If you join outright the price is $30, if you join as a trial (which is totally worthless by the way - gives you access to partial samples of the 4 most recent scenes) and upgrade they charge you $40. Nowhere on the site does it say this, when you click the "upgrade" button it imediatly processes the transaction at that price. Billing companies don't appear to be very reputable. I strongly discourage membership.
Has this site been very slow loading for anyone else lately? Some scenes pop up with a system message about videos not being available since they are updating music. What music?
I was just poking around this site and it mentions the bit rate for the aerobcise videos? Wikipedia says Ron Harris produced aerobics videos for Showtime. These are just regular aerobics videos right? Seems kind of odd that he'd have them available for download if that were the case...
With regard to elephant's comment they did add hardfucktales to the network, however there are only 11 scenes. Gangbang isn't really my niche so I haven't downloaded any of the scenes, but based on the file sizes it appears as though this site doesn't suffer from the same excessively long scene problem as the other sites on this network. Although there are only 11 scenes.
When you go to the join page the price that comes up is $24.95, I tried deleting cookies, using a different browser and all the usualy stuff, same price.
Just thought i'd point out that it appears the special price does not include the same bonus sites. It does not appear to include teensexmovs.com, atmovs.com, or teenstarsonly.com. These are the three main bonus sites that have a decent amount of quality content. It is probably a better value to pay full price.
Just thought I would point out that this "network" has a new site, although as lk2fireone said in his review, it is never clear exacly what bonus sites you get when you join this network. If you go directly to the new site, 18firstsex.com, you do get this site as a bonus - but for whatever reason you don't get 18firstsex as a bonus when you join this site. Definitely a goofball network setup.
My best advice if you intend to join one of these sites is to go through them all and see which has the bonus site package you find most attractive, bearing in mind that just because Site 1 has Site 2 as a bonus, doesn't mean the reverse is true.
What is with all the new video types at this family of sites? I can understand that some are supposed to be better or easier to include subtitles or whatever, but I have had nothing but problems with the mkv or flv files (load lag, glitches in playback, audio problems). Why not stick with the regualar old mp4? Their high quality wmv is decent, I just don't always feel like downloading a 1+GB video.
Just thought I would point out that they appear to be offering a full access trial (3 days for $5) with Vivid and Evil Angel - although this join option didn't come up when I went through PU, but perhaps it is just a cookies thing. Also, the continued price is $29.95/month, which I assume includes the bonus content as well - otherwise it is quite a ripoff on renewal...
Edit: So I deleted my cookies in Safari and tried again, this time I got offered a 3-day full access trial for free. I don't really get it. Neither offer showed up when I clicked through PU, however.
