This used to be one of my favorite sites on the net, and with the deal they had to get access to all the DDF sites for one price I decided to join again. Sorry to say it has gone way downhill. The navigation was always slightly annoying, but it has gone from bad to rediculous. Their archive section is impossible to sort through now (used to have these nice pull-down menus in the archives, but I couldn't find this anywhere).
Even though you get access to all the DDF sites for one price, I still thought it was a ripoff, especially with the duplicated (or alternately edited) content. Not worth it anymore, especially if you have been a member previously.
Going through a couple of photosets from here, I suddenly realized that they edit out tattoos in some of their shoots, Now, I'm no fan of tramp stamps, but it seems kind of odd. Especially given the inconsitency, it is in one shot, gone in the next. Does make me wonder how much photo modification they do here...
Just thought I'd point out your login for the trial appears to work with other TonyBucks sites aside from Spunky Bee and Rough 18 as the site says. I tried it with TinSeks and it worked fine there.
Downloads are slow, and I agree with WittyGuy, that it probably isn't worth hanging around here for long.
So I was thinking of finally taking the dive on this place, but the join process requires a non-web based email... Never seen this before, certainly don't want to be using my work email for porn.
I commented on this before, but hung around for another month to see if anything would change and the scenes all of a sudden became downloadable, they never did. I am curious why they include these scenes at all? Obviously they were produced by this production company, but I guess only available if you purchase the DVDs...
This type of bait/switch practice pisses me off to no end, I certainly will be downgrading this network on my list.
It seems as though some scenes on this site aren't downloadable, perhaps because they are only on DVDs?
For example, if you go to the Mia Stone section and click on either "Unusual Best Man", "Mia's Memories", or "Romance on the Beach" there is nothing there to download - pictures or videos. Has anyone else experienced this, or is it just me... This is not an issue of the site not being available yet, as the scenes are all listed as Pix and Video.
If they are only available via purchasing the DVD, why even post them on the site?
Just an FYI, for those with the time and the extra $3.99, the trial cross sell to amkingdom is full access with no limits, so at least you can get two sites (briefly) for $34. Connection timeouts are long, so you can queue up the DL manager for quite a bit.
The site's newer videos are 640x360 with a 4500 kbps bitrate, reasonably crisp at full screen. I counted 128 scenes on the site now, seems like they average about 1 update per week. Still no photo content or bonus content, however. I might post a full review when I've looked around the site more.
In case anyone was going to join this site, I would play around a bit on the site before paying, if you backout from some screens the price will drop to $19.99, also if you get to the join screen from different locations you get different prices.
Didn't they used to have a much more significant preview, for some reason I always come back to this place even though I am often disappointed.
Seems like a new studio, iafd shows all their films having been produced in 2009-2010. The content looks somewhat interesting, you can get a full preview if you enter your email address.
Probably wont join, as it seems expensive and never heard of their biller, just curious if anyone had any experience here.
Interesting site concept, and many of the models are quite attractive. However, this site has far too many drawbacks. The scenes are very large, and very long, with a lot of filler. I'm one that likes plot and buildup, but this place takes it a bit far. Also, download speeds have been horrible so far - which just adds to the excessively long scene problem.
Well, they have them now, but only going back to about June 2009, which is a fair amount of material I suppose, but it'd be nice if they zipped everything.
That's a lot of new (high) scores for this place. Considering some of the cons these folks list the reviews may be honest (not sure that the scores are fair).
Joined primarily for the new Zuzana Z hardcore material, which was pretty underwhelming, but even aside from that this place in general seems to be going downhill. The updates are pretty frequent, but I find the model quality vastly inferior to 1byday's heyday of a few years ago.
Should have read my own comment from last year and not wasted my well earned birthday cash here... Oh well, I think this was their last and final chance for me, don't think I'll be coming back.
So, after realizing the price had changed, I figured I'd do the full access trial to see what was new. The good news is the trial is in fact full access, the bad news is I find this site to be pretty mediocre. While I think the high scores are fair, given they have some great older content, there isn't really all that much that is new that is all that good.
They "remastered" some older material to "HD", while it does look better than the sets I downloaded before a couple of years ago, it is most certainly not HD - I'm not sure why the encoded some of it at such a high bitrate with poor source material.
There is still plenty of good material here to get, however if you have been a member in the past, it probably isn't worth joining, especially given the new price.
I would post a review, but it would end up sounding pretty much exactly like exotic's. Although I would score it a bit lower, and would strongly note that the new site design is downright shitty. You can browse by model from the main DDF page, however be aware that this is usually not all the material available for that model (for older stuff you have to go to the individual site). I also fine the design of the site to be quite ugly, and there are many glitches - mismatched screenshots with sets and several models where you click on them and it says 0 sets available. Sometimes you can find sets by those models if you dig through the individual sites, but to me the whole point of joining the "mother" site is to get easy access to ALL their material.
Though I'm not a huge fan of the way 21sextury merged all their sites, they did a much better job than DDF.
Man, I thought it would be hard to complain about a site that is only $10, but this site is pretty blah. The navigation is poor except for the newer DVDs - they don't have the models indexed, and it just seems like every DVD that you might want to download (from looking stuff up on iafd) coincidentally isn't present.
I guess I should also say that I'm not really a fan of their material in general, especially their newer stuff, so I guess I shouldn't have joined, but it was hard to resist at $10.
