Thanks for the review. This is a site that's been on my radar for a little while after seeing a few previews for Riley Reid scenes, so it's good to hear some thoughts about the site. It's a shame their attention to detail with regards to production values isn't reflected in the actual site itself as I think details like model info can really make a site stand out.

Wow, let us know the outcome for this. If it's true, it's yet another example of cynical, sneaky 'customer service' whereby they try and trick more money out of subscribers.
And these websites wonder why subscriptions are down. Yes, piracy and tube sites have a lot to answer for, but my list of sites that I will not join is getting longer and longer by the day and Brazzers is on the verge of being added too.

OK, it might well be me with the download speeds. I'm only downloading a video at a time, it just seuemed to be taking longer. I'll compare with other sites and let you know.
Good to hear about the cheaper rebills too - thanks.
And glad you and Bryci are both enjoying doing the HC content :)

Only just read this, but great news about the regional billing - I don't have as much of a problem with it as some members here (despite being in the UK), but this is a great move.

Thanks for this, and I do agree.
I'm not a fan of regional pricing, and although I respect Capn for his passionate stance on the matter, I think 15 points is far too many to consider docking a website for regional pricing.
Like you noticed, I've updated the review, reduced the score by 3, but I'll let PU members draw their own conclusions. The score is illustrative of my thoughts on the site. I've gone into detail in the pros/cons, so if a particular issue (eg, regional pricing) grinds somebody's axe, then they have every right not to join the site - I'm only sorry I missed this in the first review, but like I say, quality of content is more important to me than regional pricing which is why it slipped the net.
I don't know the whole story about regional pricing - for example, I don't know if webmasters have to shoulder extra costs from international members, so it's not really for me to by judge, jury and executioner.

I think regional pricing is bit of a cheek, but I don't feel as strongly as you - 15 seems a lot to reduce the score by! I have put it into the cons, and will let people draw their own conclusions in this respect.

My personal POV is that videos are more important to me, too, but that doesn't mean I don't care about videos. Frankly I'm not a photo collector per-se, but so far I've not actually downloaded many photos just because it's quite hard to know where to start!
Like I say in the review, I'm quite choosy about photos I save, and I think if zips aren't a consideration, then it would be better IMHO to be able to right-click thumbnails and save the JPG which would effectively halve the amount of clicking. Not sure if the full-size JPGs are on individual pages to thwart pirates, though.

Thank you for the reply. I ran out of characters to explain about why WMV files are no longer available, but I certainly didn't mark the site down for that.
I understand why from a webmaster's POV you don't offer ZIP files, but it does make it hard for members. I think I would find it easier if you could right-click thumbnails and save the link. I thought it was really important to communicate this to readers.
Chica's Place is a great website, so I'm really happy that your aspirations hardcore-wise are similar. Actually laughed that some people are disappointed because it rules them out of the picture - they sound like Beliebers who begrudged Selena Gomez for dating Justin Beiber (and no, I'm most certainly not a Beiber fan!)

Just to address the 'axe to grind against the site' point, I'd like to say although my review was brief, it did reflect my previous membership on the site. I gave credit where it was due (Bryci is incredible) but my membership there was a disaster. I was sorely disappointed but my review did still take into account the positive aspects of the site.
Having said that, I'm currently a member again having been reassured by Bryci's webmaster, and a new review will be forthcoming soon. So far I'm really impressed.
Thank you exotics4me for such a great review, though. I fear mine will end up being quite similar to yours, and I'm glad that Bryci's webmaster encouraged me to give her site the benefit of the doubt as so far I'm really enjoying my membership.

It definitely wasn't over 9gb in 24 hours, so if you're saying I'm not telling the truth, then I can't work out how you're not saying I'm a liar, but it's all semantics.
It's good you've increased the download limit and are listening and responding to feedback, but for me, it doesn't make a difference because I would never download that much anyway. Not from Bella, not from any site (even Tia Ling's where the file sizes are huge).
Just looked at the email I sent where I broke down what I downloaded over the course of my week-or-so of working membership:
11 Bryci videos (total 1.6gb)
I also downloaded these, which at the time of my posting on PU had forgotten were part of the Bella Network:
4 Talia Shepard videos (750mb)
4 Katie Banks videos (850mb)
1 Monroe Lee video (195mb)

I emailed support, didn't get any reply, emailed them again and in the end I emailed you and CCBill and only then did I get a reply personally from you (in January 2011... yes, I'm *STILL* going on about it, haha). You said in the email "Why are you emailing me? I am not tech support" - can copy and paste the conversation here if you wish.
I really, really, really wish you had entertained me and emailed me screenshots as proof, in fact this was something I asked for - proof. I knew that if you investigated it, you would have seen that I wasn't telling lies. I think in the end you basically told me to stop emailing, which to be honest I don't actually blame you for because we were just going around in circles and I was probably getting ruder and ruder out of frustration.
I am an honest user and I'm not sure I've ever been so angry before over a customer services related issue. Bryci's site is magnificent but I was left pretty disillusioned by the whole experience.

Thank you for the reply. I say you've called me a liar based on the following statements you've directed towards me in the past:
"10 or so videos does not get you banned Marcus"
"Why is it when someone breaks the terms of service and the server removes them for abuse, they can never man up and admit they were in the wrong?"
"If you were a good member, you'd be on the inside still wouldn't you be?"
I dispute all three of those statements. You might not have said the word 'liar', but you might as well have done. I don't think I've never downloaded 9gb during an entire MONTH on any website, let alone in 24 hours! I am not someone who ever downloads everything, I'm picky about what I download as frankly I don't have much storage space and not every single video is of interest to me.
It's good to know that you do look into why members are banned, but I never got the impression this was done with me. In one email it was suggested I shared my password, but in another that I went over my download limit. Unless somehow I was hacked, I don't understand how this would have happened.
When I was banned I wasn't surprised as my internet connection was woeful at the time, and I'm sure my IP number would have changed (within a range, presumably?) as I rebooted my router (which I've since replaced). I explained this, but just got talked down to. I totally appreciate 1st line support perhaps being terse as I imagine a lot of people do try it on, but I was at my wit's end and felt so hard done by as I had done the honest thing, bought membership, not shared my password and came nowhere close to the download limit.

Funny how so many members here at PU have the same problem. Yet the webmaster always says it's everybody else's problem but his.
I didn't even get near the download limit and I was locked out, presumably because I had a dodgy internet connection at the time and my IP number changed.
Webmaster ignored my emails until I got CCBill involved, then he was very quick to start preaching about the terms and conditions without actually telling me which of the terms and conditions I broke.
But yeah, whatever, his system is infallible (apparently), he never receives our emails (apparently) and of course, it only affects 99% of members (but 100% of PU members it seems...)

The webmaster of Bryci insists his system is infallible and that everyone here has not read the terms and conditions. Absolutely ridiculous, and although I'm sorry you've had problems too, I'm happy I'm not the only one to have problems.

I'm glad Twisty's managed to sort the problem out. I think that's what's annoying me in that I absolutely know I didn't break the T&Cs, and I'm sure with a bit of investigation the Bryci webmaster would have seen that, but he was on the defensive straight away and to be honest, don't think he could be bothered investigating. He's very quick to call people liars though.
I totally understand webmasters protecting their content, but clearly it's not an exact science. I find it 'strange' that this has clearly happened at least twice with Bryci's website, and that's just with members here.

The webmaster called me a liar too, even though I absolutely did not share my password or download anything approaching that limit. He says '10 videos doesn't get you banned' yet it did. So something's wrong.
Even when I love a model I am choosy about what I download and have never ever hit download limits on any of the websites I have ever joined.
The only mitigating factor I could think of in my circumstance was that I had problems with my internet connection so maybe my IP number changed. The webmaster wouldn't even entertain that notion and did his whole 'if you read the T&Cs...' spiel.
It's among the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a website, and it almost put me off ever joining a website again. I'm still incredibly bitter about the fact I was treated like a criminal.

See, this is the attitude I was going on about. I took the time to explain what happened to the webmaster, but it just kept getting dismissed over and over again and treated like a thief.
I'm pretty sure the server banned me because my IP number changed. That's fine, I understand that. My ADSL connection at the time was awful and kept dropping so presumably I kept getting another IP number (it has now been fixed, I got a nice new shiney router for Christmas)
It certainly wouldn't have been me ripping content. I never ever rip content, not even for my personal use. I'm choosy about what I download.
I have just looked in my Bryci folder and there is 1.66gb (11 videos).
I absolutely did not share my password. Absolutely not. I could account for every video I downloaded from the site. I listed them all in an email to admin.
I asked what evidence there was to ban me and this was never answered, I just kept getting preachy soundbites about "if I read the T&Cs..." like above.
I kept asking which T&C I broke, and was just fobbed off and told I shared the password. Which I didn't.
It made me so angry as I was honestly a genuine member. I think the website is outstanding with lots of incredible content in, in that respect I would recommend it to anyone, and it was definitely the kind of website I could see myself becoming a long term member of.
I know you probably think I'm a liar or thief or whatever. There's enough out there. But I am absolutely none of these things, and definitely didn't break any of the terms and conditions, definitely not through downloading 10 gig a day! I don't think I've ever downloaded that much!
Being accused of (at best...) breaking the terms and conditions when you know you haven't, and haven't been given any evidence or reason is such a horrible feeling.

Yes, totally. It's a good example of joining the site for the MODEL, not for the CONTENT. I think Carmen looks incredible, but it's definitely a site to join once and then never again. I would have given another 5 points had it not had claims that it was being updated weekly with HD videos.
