I find the Patreon type stuff less objectionable than the wish list stuff if the "performer" is giving something to their patrons. Everybody & their brother is doing Patreon stuff. For instance, Eric Bischoff, former executive producer of World Championship Wrestling is doing a free weekly podcast about that whole experience. BUT, you can spend up to $99/month being a patron of the podcast here: https://www.patreon.com/83Weeks. I guess a lot of people are doing it, since Bischoff is posting stuff every day catering to that audience.

I always agreed with Jenna Haze, who used to post quite often with disdain of these porn star wish lists, saying, "Get off it, girls! Buy what you want with your own money!" She also made the point that she & many women in porn made more money than the guys that they were encouraging to buy gifts for them.

They still have porn movie theaters? I had no idea. But yeah, in the 70's and 80's, when Pussycat Theaters were all over the place, I went many times.
These days, when it's so easy to access any porn one could want to see, pretty much, you'd have to have a particular fetish like "I love the smell of stale cum" to want to go to a porn theater.
On the other hand, gay porn theaters were well-known as cruising spots back in the 70's and 80's with lots of sexual activity known to be taking place in the restroom, so they have a whole other reason for being - though I really have no idea if they exist these days.

I'm a simple guy - give me a hot scene and I'm happy. I'm not a bare-cock fetishist so I have no great need to see a bare cock in order to consider the scene to be a good one. Wicked has done plenty of hot scenes and plenty of not-so-hot scenes - the fact that the scenes all had condoms in them really didn't influence whether or not I found them to be hot.
One thing I find disturbing among MANY porn fans - and I'm not talking about the group that frequents this forum, but other popular porn forums - is the urging - and by many guys - insisting - that women in porn need to prove their porn credentials by engaging in the most risky behavior possible - bareback, anal, dp, blow-bangs, gang-bangs, etc.
To me, it's fine if that's where a woman in porn wants to do. But no women in porn have anything to prove to me by engaging in risky behavior. They should do what they've comfortable with and make the hottest scenes they can - that's what turns me on.
I think this is at the root of the hate that August Ames experienced. It was all - "how dare you set limits at what you're comfortable with and who you're comfortable working with?"

Count me in with merc77 - the tour is how the site wants to project itself to the people it wants to join the site. It's like a landlord having a building with peeling paint, cracked front steps, a visible broken window or two - what would you expect when you go in the building - a freaking paradise? I wouldn't! New Sensations is one site I can think of that had a tour at times where nothing worked. I never joined the site at those times. At other times, the site looked updated and fresh and taken care of, and I was very happy to join and see what was new.

I prefer a "scenario" rather than a whole scripted plot. Kris Kramski might be the 1 porn film-maker that I believe created entire scripted films that held together as films in a way that I found compelling. I can't think of a porn comedy that I found funny, though I can think of porn scenarios that I found hilarious - especially that inter-racial milk scene that Jay Sinn did that got Evil Angel in such hot water - incredibly funny stuff, much funnier than any of the billions of porn comedies out there. I like Rocco and his cousin's approach - create a fun, unique scenario with hot babes and then go for the sex after the opening set-up. Or just go for an extended hot tease with no set-up. Either one makes me happy.

There's a neighborhood near me that's Halloween Central. Every house in the neighborhood decorates beautifully and people literally bus in to go trick or treating there. One woman who lives in the neighborhood, and loves it, says that she gets 750 trick-or-treaters.
No disrespect to skippy - 300-400 is a whole lot of kids to deal with.

Usually if I join - or rejoin - a site - it's because I'm aware of some hot content on the site that I want - so yeah, my priority when I join a site is to go for that hot content. Then I'll start to peruse the site to see the other newest hot content, then I'll start to look at their all-time most highly rated content to see what I might have missed.

While I'm a book reader, I have to be honest and say that I could live for 1 year without books better than I could without TV and movies - sad but true.
My cell phone is completely necessary for my work, so if I want to eat & pay rent, etc, I'm not going 1 year without that.

I've been to a number. Most memorable - getting to oil-massage Madison Ivy's glorious natural boobs a couple of weeks before her boob job. Going to see Teagan Pressley on a jam-packed night. Lots of good tv being made these days, in my opinion, and I really like being able to watch shows when I want on my PC or laptop. As far as live TV goes, I probably watch more FS1 for MMA shows than anything else.
