Excellent review - I was very curious about this site and waiting for your review of it since you mentioned it a while ago. Sounds like a typically British amateur production - hot concept badly executed.
The mainly non-downloadable videos is the main deal-breaker for me, and the way you can't tell if it's video or pics until you click, then seemingly only getting a slideshow if they felt like doing it for that particular set - so typical of this type of site!
Another great concept ruined by lazy webmasters I guess!
Was curious you mentioned regional billing as a plus - I thought it was generally seen as a bad thing on this site, a way of charging one region more - have I got that wrong?

If you do rejoin I'd be fascinated to read a review on it as it looks like no other gay site I've seen!

Hi manhole and cheers! Yes it's a very hot site with a friendly feel and the amateur feel is exactly what appeals to me. If it wasn't streaming-only I'd rejoin in a flash but sadly the lack of downloads is a dealbreaker for me - had I realised it was streaming only I would never have joined, but like rearadmiral I didn't realise there was such a thing as a streaming-only site when I joined!
The content is hot but the lack of updates and streaming only is the downfall. I find most amateur sites mean amateur service to go with it - friendly, but not very frequent updates etc. That's the downside. The trouble is they'll tell you they're just a small group of friends doing it for fun which is fine, but they're still charging same as the more professional sites!
If someone could take amateur content and package it up in a really professional website operation, you'd have my perfect site, but sadly it seems to be ultra-professional and airbrushed or amateur and erratic!

Navigation sounds crap which would really annoy me and I hate music in porn! I don't mind solos but this sounds a bit too straightforward to me. Like you say, kinda of like "beginner porn" LOL!

Another good review, manholelover. You'll have to forgive me being so amused/curious to learn of all these niches in gay porn, even though I guess they should be obvious! I mean, I like material featuring girls stripping out of businesswear, so it shouldn't really be a surprise that there are guys doing the same...
BTW gaypornolover - sorry to hear you had trouble with some sites on the Mac, I haven't had any issues - the only thing I can imagine is DRM as you suggested, but I wouldn't subscribe to a DRMd site. For anyone on Mac (or Windows and Linux) it's worth downloading VLC, since it plays pretty much anything.

A Mac eh! Is that new? I am back on Windows after going back a while ago - I actually found Macs good for porn in the sense that they're more virus-resistant, but not all porn sites are Mac friendly so I'm afraid that just wouldn't do for me!
Now you do have a Mac a suggestion for future reviews (and updates to old ones) I always mentioned if a site was fully Mac-friendly in my reviews (some are partly Mac-friendly but not all content might work, for example older content may not be available for Mac although of course they still charge you full price!).
I try still to do that now but sometimes I forget - but some sites don't support Macs but don't make it clear - they'll bury it in their terms and conditions so if you join but can't use it, no refund!
It's mainly sites that use DRM that aren't Mac-friendly, and I avoid those anyway, but it's worth noting!

Yay another manholelover review!! I look forward to your reviews and this is an excellent as ever.
I've often been very tempted by this site as suits are a big fetish of mine - but as usual with me it's the glossiness which puts me off a bit. I love fantasies and roleplay and I appreciate good lighting and camerawork, but hot as the guys are it's just too slick and they're too perfect for me!
If only I could get the quality filming and scenarios, and professional site design, but with some more ordinary looking guys! I want the usual type of the businessman you see on the train, not buff gym-bunnies!
Still they do have some hot scenes so one of those I might join for a month to download what I like and then cancel - I presume downloads work OK?

This is one site I have yet to join but I have been thinkinhg about for some time, so great to read your review. I am surprised that the matches go on so long and seem professional, I thought it was be more staged and the wrestling more token as a lead-in to the sex.
It does sound really hot, but somehow kink.com just ticks all the right boxes and looks great on paper but is just too poloished and professional for me - the guys just seem too perfect to the real and the high production values, whilst nice, just gives everything a glossy sort of sheen which puts me off a bit. Still, I might give this site a whirl for a month and see how it goes - I'd certainly enjoy watching the live shows!

I've joined this site some time ago and have deliberately delayed my review to see how it developed... enjoyed your review as always but was surprised to see you said it used DRM - the only other reivew site I've found that reviews it (Gay Demon) says it doesn't and I can't see any evidence of it myself as I've used the site - but as I am a current member I'm not sure. What makes you think it uses DRM?
Be good if you updated this review or did a comment if you're still a member to see how it's developed in your opinion - my review should go live very soon.

I think this is your best review so far in that I get a feel for what the site is like. I hope you keep contributing and continue your constructive attitude.
However, I recommend a bit more detail like are there photos or only videos? What is the quality? How many? How often do they update? Does the site have a download limit? Do download managers work? Are downloads slow or fast or ok? Is the site easy or difficult to navigate, or perhaps not worth mentioning? Many of us are hesitant to sign up when there is a biller that they don't trust. The ones that are uncommon should be mentioned. I feel the most trustworthy are Epoch and CCBill. Since sites know these billers are reputable, the fact that a site does not use one of them may be a sign that the biller may not want to deal woth them, but did in the past. The best reviews focus on what YOU think is important for everyone to know.

Hello, manholelover - this is no criticism - just a small info about some - you may call it: unwritten (not rules) - or maybe agreed circumstances when writing/placing a new review:
It's in many ways great - and even helpful - to have a new review 'ON TOP' at PU - for some time - not only an hour or alike...
So a lot here wait to put up a new review regarding the time the former review was placed.
Nothing by rules here - it's just to give other PUs some room - or like Jim Morrison said: 'Hey,man, giver the singer some....'
For your info: Look at the time table when Drooler placed his review and you - and look at the time table for some of the former inputs/reviews

Whereas I'm straight, and so only go for straight (assume girl-girl counts ;)) and mainly softcore porn, I've felt that gay porn fans are underrepresented here, so it's genuinely interesting to read a balanced take on sites that most of us wouldn't look at.
Anyway, I had no idea that there was a genre of solo straight-guys-for-gay-audiences... learn something new every day! Keep up the good work... oh, and great name :)

I've given up mate - every e-mail I have sent has been replied to with the usual "protect models privacy" nonsense! I keep checking the site to see if they're reviewed the policy but no luck.
Maybe not worth moving abroad for but close - it is such a sexy site! If only there was a way round it, but I can't think of one!
