Let me explain it a bit:
1. There are two ways of selecting DL speed: you can either use "Download in different format", or use "Change preview/download settings". If you use "Change preview/download settings", your choice should be saved for your account (if it is not saved - it is a bug, please report it and if confirmed, we'll fix it ASAP, and you'll get 3 days free per our policy for reporting bugs).
2. Which DL manager you have problems with? IDM has been reported to work nicely, but if you tell which DL manager you're using, we will try to support it too.

There are download choices here. If you don't want big size videos, you can get smaller ones. The video quality is fine on the smaller size files and you don't need the best quality to be satisfied.

I'm/was a member of a few other kink.com sites (see my reviews of UltimateSurrender and SexAndSubmission), and yes, their billing/authentication system is still a pain in the neck (they do provide alternative billing though, so occasionally it does work :-) ). As for DL as a zip - they usually do have it (you can get whole single episode as a zip, which is enough for me). Cannot be 100% sure about fuckingmachines.com without being their member, but usually such things are quite consistent across different kink.com sites.

Just in case if you do care (if not, please ignore):
What I think is the biggest problem with your reviews, is lack of specific information about the sites - all reviews are quite similar to each other, and it is very difficult to understand why do you rate site higher or lower. I was going to put 'no' trust rating exactly because of 2 your reviews: this one and 'Obscene machines'. Reviews are very similar to each other, and it is not clear why one of the sites got much higher rating (14 point higher - that's quite a lot). Then I went to site home pages and was able to guess what's the difference between them, so your ratings are likely to be consistent (so I didn't put any trust rating for now), but IMHO it should be obvious from reviews too.
Also a side note: as you're into this niche, did you try fuckingmachines.com? It would be nice to see your review/rating of them too (so it will be possible to compare it with other 2 sites you already reviewed).

Honestly spoken this is nonsense from an economical point of view. The content already made enough money throughout the years and to post-process ist again costs more time and money than it will actually earn. I'd say that most users will go for the newest stuff only. I may be different because I value some of the older scenes much higher in terms of entertainment than the new "smut" they offer :-).

You're right, login is a well-known problem of all kink.com sites :-( (see my reviews of their other sites - all of them seem to have the same problems with billing/login).

As a side note - what kind of dl options would you like to see in addition to single clip and full episode? ZIP from randomly selected clips? (personally I've never needed anything but 2 options above, and not sure I've seen anything else anywhere, but not sure as I've never paid attention to it :-)).

Sorry, I forgot to mention. All my reviews take into account that this is not just a single site you are getting. I think a network is worth the average, not the sum of the sub sites. Else I would be giving many sites low scores but networks consisting of them high ones.
I guess it's always good idea to remind your readers how you review so that there are no mistakes ;)

The download times for me were also slow, if I did not use Free download manager. The download rate was over 1 MB. If I downloaded more than about 6 videos, the speed dropped, but was still acceptable. Flashget did not work at all. Download Accelerator worked very slowly and froze up my computer to the point that I had to reboot.

By the way, I have seen what some of germans can do and man does it blow away some of things I have seen the japanese have done.
Glad to see that finally DRM is slowly going away, I'll wait a bit longer so that more movies will be available for download. Down with DRM!!!

Their entire network was DRM based when I was a member, I'd be surprised if that changes anytime soon, but there are ways around it. My favorite is a program called TuneBite. It simply records the copy protected video while it is playing. Do be sure to have turned off your screen saver and any programs that might make noise - as it'll record those noises as well. Plus it is a super processor hog - but once its done, you've got yourself the content without the DRM. It can also queue up the video files - I generally would start it recording when I went to bed, easy way to convert 10 videos.

Nope, no cross-sales either. I was thinking of grading it in the high 60es/ low 70es, in between low/might recommendation, leaning towards the 60es. But maybe that just me being too nice due to the lowish price and honest tour, they after all tell you what you get and not to expect any more being added.
That of course begs the question whether sites should be rewarded for not trying to cheat you and rip you off?

A+ for the honesty of mentioning in the tour that the site is no longer being updated. The "19 erotic sets" also advertised in the tour consist of 7 picture galleries and 12 video clips (640x480, each 8mins long).
Ten of the videos are of Gia quickly stripping and then some toyplay that doesn't really get going, one is a behind-the-scenes and one is of Jada Liu using a dildo.
Gia looks great with the black hair and the tattoos (though the latter is probably an acquired taste of mine), but besides some music playing there is no sound in the videos, which kinda ruins it for me. Parts of two scenes where she rides a dildo and one video where she licks a dildo for the whole scene in various poses was the hottest IMO.
So it's a really small site, downloaded in about an hour or less, but as it's actually advertised in the tour and the low price it's hard to be disappointed about that. The lack of sound in the videos, besides the music, was more disappointing. I probably wouldn't have joined had I known that in advance, but maybe you aren't as caught up in the sound as I am.

Definetely not exclusive videos because they have Gianna's only anal scene and that's from one of Elegant Angel's "Big Wet Asses" movies. As far as I know she hasn't done anything in quite a long time. The rumour is that she has left the biz.
