I've had problems with VXNBill too. I had joined three sites over the Christmas break last year and was successful in cancelling them using chat but a few months later I was charged for annual memberships I didn't buy. That got corrected but it happened again twice after that. Good luck with your issue.

EASY solution to some of these shady or non-responsive sites (this one included). . . When you put in your credit card info, type in an expiration date past the actual one. . . Do this once or twice, and you should be directed to a second biller (for Fetish Network, that`s SegPay). . . Most of the legitimate billers like SegPay, CCBill, Vendo, or Epoch have their own USER-FRIENDLY websites (just Google them) where you can cancel your OWN membership - No E-Mails, no waiting, no hassles, no dealing with the pornsite itself. . . Of course, this only works with sites with multiple billers listed in the TBP description. . . But, it DOES work!!

It's a real shame. They have some good content, but their cancellation process is the furthest thing from professional. I would never rejoin based on my experience. So they basically are saying that they only want people to be members one time. Cause nobody sane wants to go through that crap again.

DISPUTE THE CHARGES WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY, TELLING THEM YOU'VE TRIED TO CANCEL YOUR SUB AND WERE GIVEN THE RUN-AROUND.
MOST CREDIT CARDS I'VE DEALT WITH WOULD ASSUME I WAS HONEST, AND CANCEL ANY FURTHER CHARGES FROM THE SITE.
AND THEY MIGHT CANCEL THE MOST RECENT CHARGES, AS WELL.
