Most of the parts about James don't even go into the porn parts. Being a native of Los Angeles and not much older than him, there were always stories about what an entitled brat he was in everyday life. When you combine that with the allegations against him with female pornstars they both look true.
With Pierre it was a little more complex. He has since said he has changed. He has pictures with some of the models, not during a porn scene, but at conventions and events where they are hugging him to show how much he has changed and been forgiven. He went through a phase in his casting from 2003-2006 where if the model said she did not do anal, he would do it ... without lube. If they said they did not like facials he would grab their head and make them swallow. It was true exploitation but it was in Hungary and other former USSR countries. He would work it into the storyline to make it look fake, "Either do it or no pay". I never believed his change because it just so happened to coincide with new sex worker laws in Hungary.
He was a regular member here at one time. When I posted my negative review of his site, the original owner Rick and original admin Khan delisted his site after viewing some of the scenes for themselves. The site he has now does not have the questionable scenes on it anymore. Even so, anytime I see Pierre now I see him spitting in a model's face or making them swallow or the no lube anal.

I'll credit my first serious relationship with a non-American woman for helping me discover it. She came from a country that repressed women. I couldn't understand how she could be insecure (what I thought), so I started showing her some porn and it was like she became a whole different woman. I think from the male perspective you have to be prepared for something a lot of men say isn't true. Women like women, they find women sexier than men, which is understandable to me but it can be hard for a man who realizes if she is that much into women he really can't compete. So, those scenes I shared, they focus on the woman in the scene being in control with men or a man. Those scenes have never failed me. Including one woman who told me she despised porn. Those type of statements are often what a woman thinks a man wants to hear. The confusion that can come in there is some women are like that towards their boyfriend/husband watching porn because it bothers them that he's getting off over other women so they believe he will be bothered by her getting off over other men and women in porn.
I've found it opens up communication and that helps with trust.

I think you wrote a great review. I see what you're saying about the occasional scene being overacted and a little put on. For the most part, I'm very happy with the content at Blacks on Blonds. Usually, I find models often give their least inhibited performance here. For me, that's a huge turn-on in porn - to see a woman so lost in her delight that she forgets everything else. And I also agree with what you're saying. When that's faked it's a put-off.

But I guess if you're full of Kieran, seeing him in 20% of the new boy/girl scenes is way too much. Me, I care much more about the female talent, and beyond that the camera work, production and editing. Male talent is way down my list as something I even care about that much.

Multiple members here (including me) have reported problems with them. Similar comments can be found on other forums. Googling them reveals more problems. The common experience is finding it almost impossible to cancel a membership. There was no self-serve method when I used them and the email they provided for contact didn't work. You got caught in an endless loop of automated emails. Many people report being charged for an additional month or two until they finally got the charges stopped. Several people reported needing help from their bank and more than one just cancelled the card.
They used to have a 'secret' email that would actually get answered. One of the members here found that and posted it in a thread in the forum. A search for 'Centrobill' should turn it up. That thread probably has a lot more detail too. Due to Centrobill's practices TBP/PU even stopped listing a few sites.
While I used a pre-paid card and have no need to do so, I am planning to try to cancel my membership in 10 days or so mostly to see if there have been any improvements. I'll report what I find.
