After reading your review and looking at the "about" section on the SexArt home page I'm surprised TBP categorized this site under the hardcore category. I agree that the # of boy/girl videos is a big indicator if a site is "hardcore" or not. SexArt also sells the site as catering to women, which really isn't emphasized in the TBP description or review.
Thanks for the helpful review. I would have taken this site to be something different than it is without it! (Though the cheesy preview movie may have deterred me as well.)

Interesting review. I'm a huge Kink fan too and have a couple of memberships on the go now as well. This is one of the Kink sites that intrigued me but that I've never taken the plunge and joined because I'm not certain if I'd like it. What I did a while back was when I had a Videobox membership I waited until the last days of my monthly membership and joined the Kink Channel for the pro-rated price and downloaded all the Ultimate Surrender stuff there. I'm glad I did it that way, because while this site brings all the usual high-quality aspects that Kink is known for, the niche just isn't for me.
I agree with your negative comments about Kink, but I assess them differently, I guess. The site navigation is basic on all their sites, but given that each site is such a narrow niche I don't find that an issue.
One thing I definitely agree with you on is the need for a zip file for ALL the photos in a set. I don't download photos much, but Kink's approach needs to be rethought.

Thanks for a great review, exotics4me, my views exactly & my exact thoughts on the last 3-4 lines of the 2nd paragraph of your review! This site with Jake & his models is quite cool, funny & lovable. But you hit the nail on the head when you said formulaic,stereotypical & boorish. My thoughts exactly & it doesn't seem like the site administrators want to make any friends either because whenever I'd been a member, I used to be the only ones referring to my old emails for story suggestions…so much for that!
But I don't agree with what you said that the models here are slim & slender! Models like Misty, Cindy Hope, Tia Cyrus, Melanie Jane & Isis Love defy that trend. But I would say that Isis Love falls into the Bootylicious category instead. Yes, a few things are that hardly any Asian models feature,almost all models are diminutive [as compared to Jake} & few make handy conversationalists which isn't what young women are like these days. They love to talk & converse. I must say one thing about the site videos, they have become too concise & brief just like Jet, Set, Go which is an eyesore

Well, that's still more than me, I only have about 3TB of total space, and at least 1TB is taken up with music, movies, and TV shows. I also much prefer the smaller videos, 1 or 2 GB is just too much of a hassle, even if the quality is better.

This is really weird, exotics. I had Videobox until roughly a week ago, always signed on through VB3 with the option to go to the old site clearly marked on top of the page even though I faithfully clear my cookies every time I close Firefox. On top of that I also use CCLeaner every night so I can't understand that the option isn't there for you as well.

I'm sure perfomance of your machine can make a difference, although I was merely just joking since you said 200-300 GB (gigabytes) for a video, which is freaking HUGE! Sorry if my attempt at humor in pointing out your typo was not so obvious - I just thought it was funny for some reason. 200-300 MB for a 10 minute or so HD video can be pretty good if the encoding is well done. I wish more sites did this, as I absolutely hate downloading videos that are like 2 GB, it is just such a nuisance. Even though space is cheap these days, I'd still much prefer to get more on less.

Thanks for the info, exotics. That bitrate is sort of low, even for h.264 for full HD, but I'll trust your opinion if you say it is crisp. I still don't understand why sites brag about native resolution, as it doesn't really matter - it is the bitrate that matters.
I certainly hope the file sizes aren't 200 GB with that bitrate ;) or something funny is going on. I do agree it is a shame that the sites that try to be more 'erotic' tend to have very short videos. Not really sure why that is, and I guess in this case didn't do so well on the erotic side of things either way.

Yeah, I was not excited by this site, I have to say. There is some nice photography and they're using some models that I really like, but it's too "cool" for my tastes. I want hotter and kookier and more silly and more unpredictable generally. I like Met Art because with all the variety and with all the depth of history in the site, there's always something to enjoy. This site is just a bit too "meh" for me.
I'm not a big fan of X-Art either, which is probably a close parallel to this site.
The Kamikaze Love stuff was probably some of my favorite stuff on this site, because, while it was formulaic, it had a very definite mood - and, with the exception of John Stagliano, who is posting "Voracious" in excerpts at EvilAngel.com - nobody else is doing full feature material of this sort on a web site. Brazzers dabbled a bit in it a couple of years ago, would have done well to have continued to do so.

X-Art and orgasms.xxx both also have relatively small files, although the full HD ones are typically 400-600 depending on length. Are they crisp, what bitrate and codec are they using?

We are always looking for the best billing solutions as well. I had a moment to chat with my tech guy and here's what he stated regarding the billing question you had:
The billers can only store the credit card details for a limited time,
so if he/she was a member more than a year ago probably he/she won't qualify for the 1 click join option, but the whole process is done to fall back to a regular join page where he/she has to select a new username /password and subscription option.
If he/she doesn't loose the NATS tracking cookie the regular join form
should provide the same promotions too, the only difference would be
that he/she has to select a new username / password, but he/she has the possibility to provide new CC info as well.
