I don't know of any video editting/file trimming programs that don't re-encode the original file. Re-encoding instantly means at least *some* degradation of quality in the final product. But, as always, I'm a big fan of Tmpgenc Xpress 4.0. It has a simple slider/timeline to set your start and stop points. It also allows you to specify what bitrate you want to output to. If you choose something equal to or better than the original, it seems to minimize the quality loss. Not cheap software - $99.95USD, but I love it!

Monahan - I think that 'interesting method' is mildly/freindly put.
Was at the site little over half a year ago. Ok, things could have happened since then. But it was not even worth a review - then - and according to the latest preview not much is speaking for the site, so...

After having so many hard drives fail over the years I feel a bit uneasy about having so much data on one drive. That said I do have several 1.5 TB drives, if any of those died I would start weeping like a little girl :)

I remember paying 200 some dollars for my first 120 gigabyte drive and thinking the same thing. What kills me is that I still have some of those drives and they still work, even after having been in daily use for 5+ years. They've long been retired to the shelf for data backup but it'd be nice to get that kind of reliability in drives today.

It really is a shame they stopped producing new content for their sites and the reason behind that i think is the director (Raul Christian) left to work for sexandcash who produce the asstitans and clara-g sites.
As far as the price goes, network access would indeed be nice. I suppose as more and more fans notice the lack of updates their subscriptions rates will start suffering and at some point they just might have to do that in order to get more business.
Personally i don't have a problem paying 30$ for each of their sites but i can understand others might feel different. A bigger problem for me are the lower quality movies (512x*384 1500kbps) they offer, they pale in comparison to the ones they offer in HD.
DDF indeed have an outstanding deal going since they started offering network access. 21sextury is another company having done the switch.
All 3 companies use many of the same models so let's hope DEV8/perfectgonzo do the same.

Hi Monahan, sorry for the late reply, been busy with work. There is no way this site could ever outdo Met Art for variety and quality. Around two thirds of the content here comes from only two photographers and as a result the locations and style of the galleries can become a bit repetative after a while. There's a nice selection of models and again i was disappointed to find only 1 or 2 galleries of some i really liked and a lot of the older galleries are quite small as well with only 20 or 30 pics. It's a nice little site though and i was quite happy with what i got out of the $9.95 trial but for 30 bucks i'd expect a lot more.

The jokes are more like out-takes. Pictures that were not included in the released photosets.
They cross-promote with Eve Angel (and also with Sapphic Erotica in the eurogirlsongirls site), they give you the full photoset, just not the video. So it's something more than just the header card. Really I think they kind of boxed themselves in with the name of their site.
My wish for DDF would be to return to making regular girl/girl videos - at least once in a while. They produced some of the best out there, but haven't for a long time now. Of course I'm excluding the fetish ones, hotlegsandfeet / houseoftaboo , those sites are not to my tastes.

I really don't understand why they show the sets of Eve Angel Official in the general site, if then you have to join the other site to see or download the videos. It's probably a way of getting people hooked with Eve's new site, but for us, long-term fans of Eve who already know it, it's quite annoying.
I bought a three month membership and I am quite happy with it, but I think I am going to cancel it, let it expire and come back a few months later. I have downloaded so much material in these couple of months, that I don't think I will ever need new porn! (which doesn't mean that I won't buy it...)

You're welcome, too. Just be aware that no re-encode is ever as good as the original. I've found that keeping the bitrate on your output as close as possible to the original helps minimize the loss. I usually output to divx or avi where you have to choose the advanced mode to be able to select the bitrate. As with Denner, I'd like to know how it works for you too.
