If you're getting your money's worth of $13/minute, I'd think that's fine. I think the most I ever paid was maybe $5 or $6/minute. That must be one hell of a show for 13 bucks a minute.

It doesn't always for for me. I have to be in the mood, although lately, I get more of an emotional connection than anything else (yeah, I have to pay chicks to chat with me online). And you'd be lucky to find any decent cam chicks at $2/minute.

1) I actually don't know how the rates compare.
2) Yes, there are porn performers on there as well as the same cam girls from other cam sites. It seems most if not all the cam girls use multiple platforms simultaneously.
3) There is a lot of variety, yes, but it seems most are Russian and Colombian.
4) Many cam girls milk the time and try to engage you in chat. I have spent literally hours just chatting with no nudity whatsoever making the scene. The better ones get right to it and don't waste your time asking you what you want to see. One thing I know - it's illegal in the Ukraine for cam girls to be naked, so you might want to avoid any from there (UA) unless you're ok with mostly chatting.
5) Most girls just sort of dance around or basically spread their legs and ass, alternating between positions. Some get right into dildo play. And some just chat at length.

Well, I can sympathize in a way, Pat. I know your interest in classic Porn and it would be awfully hard to come up with HD, in this case. I have kept some vintage movies myself and don't mind the picture because that's all that's available. But if given a choice in Porn and TV between analog and digital I go HD every time. My wife can't see what the fuss is all about but I've waited for HD TV half of my life and now that I have it there's no way I am going back to the old format.

I understand, Pat. For some reason I only want to watch the latest and the best. I even feel that I compromise if I download 720p instead of 1080p. :-) So far I have 82 of this site's scenes in 720p which is a pretty good indication that they had HD from the very beginning. But I am the same when it comes to watching TV. I don't go to the non-HD channels any more. But different strokes ... and all that. :-) Gee, it's good to be back!!!

Hi Pat, every single scene I downloaded was 720p if I remember correctly. Some of the earliest material might have been non-HD but if that was the case I wouldn't have bothered.

You can easily get bad lighting outside on a sunny day because natural lighting is a single, super strong source--the sun, which no artificial light can truly replicate, and certainly not on a shoestring porn budget. The problem is that this can create really harsh shadows depending on the season and time of day. So performers are squinting, unevenly lit, and the setting becomes less than picturesque.
Shooting inside near a window as you mentioned brings up other problems. The light sources are different color temperatures and the picture will be white balanced for the indoor source (or on auto balance, which will adjust to the inside), probably a warmer tungsten or incandescent light. The light coming from the window will look blue and kind of weird, but not exactly out of place for a porn video.

Perhaps, I just sort of find the bandwidth hog argument a little bogus on a smaller site like this, given that in theory it is material they would like to download anyway, the same amount of bandwidth is used.
My guess is that it is a preventative measure against site rippers, which is unfortunate, but I guess it is just what we have to deal with these days. The only Kink sites I was a member of let you queue up a pretty substantial collection, but that was a few years ago so perhaps things have changed.
Nice to see you are still around, seemed like everyone was leaving for a while and I have been way to busy lately, I was worried PU would be basically empty.

As a big fan of x-art, their new setup is quite frustrating, I can see limiting people, but queuing files up only works for maybe two videos now before the rest time out, which is a bit excessive. Given it is a small site, I am sure they are concerned about rippers, but it does make thinks a bit inconvenient for loyal costumers that join a couple of times a year and don't have the time to monitor their downloads (like me). I would prefer being able to queue a bunch up, even on a limited bandwidth, as I typically only download videos 3-4 times over a month of membership - which I don't really consider "hogging". If the majority of members prefer the same methodology I do, I don't know that it would drastically harm other users as long as they weren't all hitting the site at the same time.

Here is my issue with PornPros. Its the webmaster or whoever is responsible for the maintenance of the site. I still enjoy the content. Sure they go crazy with the Holly Michaels updates(same with Johnny Castle, man, I hate that dude)
But the real problem is that the updates are random. They have "upcoming scenes" but dont adhere to the schedule. Nor do they update the "upcoming scenes" very often.
They promise Loyalty Promotions for staying a pornpros customer over a period of months. Having been a member for over 9 months, I realized I hadnt received any of the items promised. I emailed them.....nothing. But then again, if they arent even updating the site, its improbable and unlikely they are gonna respond to customers.
I dont know what the issue is but it kinda sucks right now. I have a sweet deal, when I went to cancel, I was offered a rate of $4.95 to remain a member, so I stayed but if it was more than that? I would have cancelled long ago and just rejoin periodically if there were updates I wanted to download.
I have seen discounts offering membership as low as $9.95. Which is funny to me because even with the issues I mentioned, the site does update at least 3-4 times a week. Pure Mature updates every 6 days, Fantasy HD updates every 7 days, yet the cheapest price anywhere for either of those sites is $17.95. I emailed the support link and someone named "Biggy" who I believe owns/runs the site and asked if he would consider a better rate for existing PornPro members to either or both of the other sites affiliated with PornPros.....as you might expect....no response.
So in summary, content? thumbs up......site management, customer service? zero out of 10. Sorry, but thats been my experience.
