PinkPanther, Yes you are absolutely right the webmaster of AlisonAngel.com is the webmaster of FTV, his name is Rob Simiar and he is the owner of FTV!
And he has been intimate with a number of his girls and according to rumours is now dating Lia for the second time i might add, the giveway in finding out who he's been with is whether the girl has had a new car from him or not, any girl who has had a new car on FTV is a clear indication that he's been intimate with ok!
He is a piece of work and another photgrapher in the business can vouch for that, he cannot stand him or the way he treats his girls and if anyone wants more info from the photographer himself then i will ask him if he's willing to be contacted by members in here.
Regarding the member he made a complete fool of, if anyone wants info then please contact me via the contact system as i don't think it will be allowed in a reply ok.

I understand what you are saying about the photos, but the vids? Do you download them or stream them? If I'm downloading material (which I am), what I don't want to do is spend a lot of time sifting through and deleting stuff I don't want. That means I am deleting half of the material in each set because EACH SET includes one of the aforementioned fetish sections. Yes, I like ALS, too, or I wouldn't keep coming back. I like it for the attitude. But each time I sign up, I do it because I forget how ridiculous some of the fetish material is.
You are suggesting that I just skip the part of the video I don't like or skip the images that I don't like. In order to skip them, you have to LOOK at them and looking at stuff you do't like pretty much defeats the purpose of visiting a porn site in the first place. MANY other sites separate out the straight material (in both photos and video) from the more fetish-like. Some even break them out into channels or separate micro-sites. There's no reason why they can't do that here, too. None, other than it would be slightly more difficult for the webmaster (even though he would have more sets to publish)
I like ALS and I enjoy the girls, but they've been using the embroidery hoop for DECADES now. It isn't sexy or erotic and I'm really sick of it. By breaking up the 200+ photo sets or the 25 minute videos, they could cater to their audience much more directly.

Some will, some probably won't. I deliberately mentioned Carrie Starr and Breanne because the originals looked good enough, just as the redo's at ALS Scan of Mia Stone, Ember, and Lisa, for example, certainly look good.
I purposely did not mention Jade Hsu or others from far back as they would probably look rather poor.
And I was specifically discussing photos, not videos.

I agree with you that Twistys should have done a better job with Andie. She looks weird in some of the sets, but I've not seen her look weird anywhere else! She sure doesn't need a lot of makeup. She has beautiful, natural lines everywhere you look!
It's good at least that Twistys is putting their monthly "feature" models at 1600px (though as a standard size for everything, it would be better). But their approach to photography (the posing, the orientations) and image preparation (too much cropping, blurriness, pussy obsession, copious amounts of similar poses and especially the excessive file compression) makes me think they should get someone more competent at directing the entire process -- already! It keeps me away for months, and I don't look foward to slogging through the above-described to find a few jems.

Yeah, the current price difference is only 5 bucks per month on a recurring membership, and 10 on a nonrecurring. I agree that the price difference should be even more. Imagine the difference in content in just one or two years from now at the current update rate. It will be incredible.

The thing that is hard to deal with on this site is the infrequent updates of only 2 vids a week and 1 or 2 photoshoots a week. For a 30 dollars a month that is way steep for me, especially when a lot of the videos are rereleases of stuff I have already seen on there.

I like Sandy W too. She is really cute. I like the Hispanic women. I sent ALS an email telling them about how much I enjoyed their site and how I was surprised considering most "pro" reviews aren't that high. From the reply that I received back, their rotating content is to keep the content fresh. Of course, we know it is to keep us as members for more months as well. Your description of the models sounds like exactly what I look for. I found their other site, which is rated higher, the models are too skinny for me. I will probably hang around on it for at least another month to see the rotated material since I noticed several of their Eve photo sets say, "Set 1" or "Set 2".

Yeah, all DDFBeauties really amounts to is re-packaging of content (mostly vids) from 1ByDay.com (and a few other bits and pieces from other DDF.com sites), which allow you to buy individual sets for $2.50 each, rather than joining the site and thereby having access to all of them at once. I'm not endorsing or saying it's any better than what ALS is doing; I'm merely pointing out that what ALS is doing has been done before.
In fact, I just went to DDFBeauties to check it out again before writing this response and it seems you can't even get on it now. Plus, Porn Users clearly points out that, as I just said, it is essentially a clone site for 1byDay.

The ddf site gives you the full set, photos and video, for the $2.50, and after purchase you have download links for all available video formats and resolutions. The pages include a listing of all available video downloads before purchase.
Instead of a "buy the scene" link, it's titled "Add her to your cart". It just works in reverse. With ALS you purchase credits then select scenes. DDF you select scenes then purchase them.

DDF has been doing this for quite some time with DDFBeauties.com, so it's not a new concept. However, I will say that I did visit ALSOnDemand and it is quite good...but you have to consider the source: ALScan and ALSAngels, two of the hottest, nastiest site on the 'net. I would concur with your recommendation that this is a site worth going to regularly, with or without and ALS membership.

A very nice review here and very informative and honest. I like the site and the prices seem really good. I will be making a purchase or two in the future for sure. Only slightly disappointed as the Aspen video which looks great is a photoshoot movie, for me photoshoot movies are not my thing, I'm a video man these days and don't really care for photos so much so would of liked the Aspen lesbian video to be natural girl on girl.

I had a look at it. Seems like a good idea. The only thing that I wish is that their previews of the photosets were complete. As they are, you get to see a fair sample, but for me, with a PPV site I want to see all of what I'm getting before I buy.

A work-around might be:
Clear cookies from your computer.
Use a different (or new) email address.
Then try the promotion to see if it works.
I've used that to join sites with a reduced price, that at first denied me the reduced price because I was a former member.
These were non-porn sites, like Hulu and Starz and a few other sites.
It depends on whether you think such an approach is ethical.
Businesses often think a new subscriber is entitled to a lower rate than a returning or current subscriber.
That's very different from the old-time approach of rewarding customer loyalty.
But both porn and non-porn businesses favor new subscribers over returning subscribers. Cable, newspapers, porn sites, internet, offer lower rates to new members versus old members.

HI Pinkpanther. Thanks for the comments. I must admit I keep coming back to the site, so there is a certain appeal there, probably because of the great interaction between the girls and the crew or just between the girls. But I pass on a lot of the videos and also cull about 50% of the images in the zip-file sets because they are not to my taste or are a little too clinical. The site is very popular, so I'm sure SOMEBODY likes the embroidery hoop things. :-)

I've always thought ALS seemed really protective of the Angels site. Never even thought that the Angels wouldn't exactly fit the theme/model build that Met usually has. Probably only makes sense that they wouldn't offer it. Brain is getting old.

Sorry about the time delay PP, lots of life changes have slowed my internet and porn usage.
I kept watching to see if maybe there would be an email about Angels being bundled with Met-Art, but I just keep getting the Met/ALS combo offer. I still will definitely join Met and bundle it with ALS Scan at least once in the next few months. Thanks for the info even if I'm late replying.

The new layout looks fine, but they still have gallery thumbs that are too small. Another feature they should add, which I could not find, is changing the number of thumbs per page. Who wants to click through 16 pages of gallery thumbnails ... before deciding whether to download the zip?
The ATK sites allow the user to change thumbs per page, as do some other sites. Oh, yes. MetArt does, too!
