I count Evil Angel, Hookup Hotshot and Holed among my favourite sites so finding so much I like about Nubile Films seems odd. But as subjective as that may sound, you can take it as an objective measure of just how good this site is. Nubile Films is one of two sites that I’d recommend to someone who is new to porn buying. The comparison between the sites I’d recommend comes down to whether that person wanted a low-quality all-you-can-eat buffet or a five-star restaurant. The buffet that I’d recommend would be Videobox for its low cost and huge selection with the caveat that much of it is crap. The recommendation for the person who wanted quality (at a low cost also, and arguably a much better value) would be Nubile Films. This site offers a broad range of scene types and models but offers quality that so many other sites lack. The scene types cover a broad spectrum at the softer end of the scale. There is a good mix of solo, girl-girl and boy-girl scenes with some threeways thrown in too. If all you like is solo masturbation then you’d find good value here. If you’re like me and prefer b/g then you’ll be happy too. The models also cover a narrower spectrum with a mix of European and American models and some difference in body types. There are several Latina models but not many black women, but that’s likely more a reflection that there aren't many black women in the business. Maybe all of the above is best summed up in the site’s own tagline: “capturing the essence of sensuality.” This isn't ‘hard’ hardcore where the model is thrown down and violated; this is sensual, romantic porn with a full dose of heat. I find that labelling a site as couples-oriented usually means that it’s boring, but this site manages to find that sweet spot of being couples-friendly while still being hot. The last time I reviewed this site it was relatively new and much smaller. The site has grown since then and continues to grow. The site currently has 630 scenes and adds a new scene every three days. There are currently 316 b/g, 107 solo and 158 girl/girl scenes. The remainder are threeways of g/g/g, b/g/g and b/b/g. The scenes are a natural length and not marathon endurance tests. I like how from its beginning in 2012 to now this site is a walk through a who’s who of A-list models at that time. The scenes are available to stream and download. Downloads are available as 1080p, 720p, 540p, 360p and 240p. The 720p scenes are available as both MP4 and WMV while the others are MP4 only. These resolutions have been available since the site started so the oldest scene on the site still offers top quality. I downloaded the 720p files and the bitrates vary from 3500 to 8000kb/s. Framerates are 23fps. Subjectively the video quality is better than I’d expect given the bitrate. This is primarily a video site but photo collectors won’t be disappointed either. Photos are available in three resolutions: 3840x5760, 1333x2000 and 800x1200. Screenshots are also available in 1920x1080. All of these are available as singles or as zips. The site is logically laid out with the ability to sort scenes in multiple ways. You can also sort and search by model. Popular tags are offered and there is a search function available too. In short, the site makes it easy to find what you’re looking for. One innovative idea that the site had in 2015 was a short series called “Ask Me Anything” where a model was recorded taking member’s questions and answering them in the video. I like BTS scenes because they often offer some insight into what makes a model tick so I especially like these. This is something that I’d like to see make a comeback and be used more regularly. The site allows download managers and I had no problem with queuing up multiple scenes to download in sequence. I had no issues with the links timing out and the download speeds are on par with the best. The first day I accessed the site I downloaded a lot and I didn’t find a download limit. A personal preference would be for more anal scenes but I’m willing to accept that this isn't an anal site and anal doesn’t really fit here. The site bills through CC Bill which is certainly in the top three of reputable billers. You can join knowing that your card information is safe, problems will be resolved (though I highly doubt that any problems would occur) and cancelling is easy and convenient. The Good: Elegant Angel was once a powerhouse studio in the adult industry. They were a top-quality money-making machine going back many years. While they don’t have much of their back catalogue available here (from the 1990s and 2000s) there is a still a good collection of some great porn here. The available porn dates from the last ten years or so and features some of the biggest stars in the industry at the time each was shot. The site currently has over 2700 scenes on 521 DVDs. The videos are streamed in two resolutions (no details on those are available) and there are four download options on the newest scenes: 320X180, 720x408, 1280x720 (3500kb/s) and 1920x1080 (8000kb/s). File sizes are reasonable for the two higher resolutions with the 720 files around 1GB and the 1080 files closer to 2GB. The older scenes (depending on when they were filmed) often only have two lower resolution files available. The site allows download managers and I had no issues with the links timing out too quickly. There is also a great TBP discount offered so if you join be sure to do so through here. The bad: There has been nothing added to this site for the last six months. The last videos or pictures date from June 2016. I’ve read that the studio itself is in trouble and if the lack of videos here are any indication those rumours might be true. Lack of updates in and of themselves isn't necessarily bad, in my opinion. 521 DVDs for $10 is still a great deal for a first-time member. It’s the subsequent rejoins when things become a problem. So the buyer definitely needs to be aware of this issue. When you want to cancel your membership and follow the links on the psnbiller page you end up on a page with several hyperlinks to known billers, such as Epoch. You have to then select who your actual biller was. But guess what? The email from psnbiller doesn’t identify who the actual biller was. No problem, right? Just check them all. I did that and none of those listed billers had any information on my membership. And the charge that showed up on my credit card was for “psnbilling.” Billing B.S. like this serves no one well in the long run. The good news is that I don’t really need to worry about cancelling my membership though. Within a short time after signing up to Elegant Angel through psnbilling my credit card was being used for purchases thousands of miles away. Since the card had to be cancelled, cancelling the membership isn't really an issue now. Admittedly I can’t say for certain that my card was hacked through psnbilling but I hadn’t used the card in five days and then within an hour of signing up the number was being used fraudulently elsewhere. That’s a bit too much of a coincidence for me. Obviously I can’t recommend anyone joining this site who has been a member in the recent past but given the billing issues and the rather coincidental credit card hack I’m not willing to recommend this site to anyone any longer. If the billing and security issues were resolved I’d certainly recommend the site to someone who’d never been a member before but unless there was clear evidence of those problems being resolved I’d say stay away. But since the only reply that I got from them regarding my credit card hack was to tell me that they’d rebill me until I cancelled then I’m going to take it that they don’t plan on fixing those problems. Even if you like D/s and BDSM scenes from sites like Kink this site takes the fantasy to an extreme by playing it as if there is no consent, at the beginning at least. (The possible exceptions with Kink would be Bound Gangbangs and Hardcore Gang Bang where the fantasy is also forced sex.) I have to confess that as someone who often likes these scenarios, this site made me a bit uncomfortable. But that’s as much the quality of the acting as the forced-sex scenario. Some will see it as a tiny site with an unusual subscription model while others will see an upstart site offering some pretty good porn trying to make a go of it in a difficult business. In the interest of full disclosure I’ll confess to being firmly in that latter group. The site owners appear to have been listening to complaints on various forums, including this one, since they actively market to people looking for (or wanting to avoid) certain trends in porn. The site bills itself as being 100% POV, male talent that doesn’t speak during the scene, natural length scenes and cumshots that don’t include five minutes of the guy jerking off. As of this writing there are currently 32 scenes available. The scenes appear to be all exclusive to this site. Unfortunately I can’t say whether the site is updating regularly as the scenes are undated. If in the near future I find out the update schedule I’ll amend my review or add a comment. Most of the scenes follow a fairly standard format. I recognize that a lot of people find any format to be repetitive but my position is that if the format works then why not go with it? Registration on the site is required and is free. A prospective member does not need to provide any credit card information at the time of registration. All registration gives you is the ability to see what scenes are available and to get a brief preview of each of them. Downloads are available at a reasonable cost of $1.50 USD but must be bought in a bundle of 10 downloads for $15. The downside to the pay-to-download model when bundled in packages of 10 is that it becomes more expensive if you really only want two or three scenes. While the choice to join any site has a big subjective component to it, and I recognize that this site provides a lot of what I like, I still feel confident in giving it an overall objective recommendation. While it is still small the cost is reasonable. What you get for a $15 package is the ability to download 10 exclusive scenes with relatively new models, most of whom are very attractive. Lastly, if you’re like me and measure value more on quality than quantity and like supporting small upstart sites this site certainly warrants looking at. In fact, PHD itself isn't part of a network at all. A membership to this site just gives you this one site. But at least the site is large and offers some good porn. The site currently has just under 220 videos and will continue to grow at a decent pace with a new video being added every two to three days. There have been comments before that PHD may be uploading some renamed Porn Pros scenes but without a PP membership I can’t confirm that. If you’re reading this and know that answer please post a comment with the information. TBP says that some of the scenes are exclusive. Most of the models on the site are new, fresh and likely destined for stardom. While a vast majority are white there is some variation in body type, though I wouldn’t recommend you join if you have a thing for big breasts or fuller-figured women. What’s the porn like? For better or worse it’s the kind of porn you’d expect to see at a site like this. This isn't a fetish site and doesn’t target just one group. The porn is good if a bit generic in that you’ll find all the major porn niches available here. (Though for anal fans like me, there isn't much of that.) Where the site has some shortcomings is in the videos themselves, both in how the videos are presented and how they look once you download them. Each main page shows 12 large thumbnails and lists the star and gives a scene name and upload date. And with bitrates between 2500 and 5000 kb/s the scenes could look a bit pixilated and clunky. Not always, but sometimes. I think the best way to describe the quality of a collection of scenes from PHD would be as ‘inconsistent.’ To be fair, there are some scenes where there is a true 1080p MP4 file, but they are rare. Streaming is also available but it appears to be only available in one resolution. Photos are also available in both screencaps and pictures. The pictures are available as singles or zips and are 1000x1500. Pro or con, Passion HD is one site in a large group of sites and if you’re interested in a specific model you can see other scenes with her at the bottom of the scene page you’re on. The problem with that is that if you don’t have a subscription to that site you’re out of luck. I used a download manager (IDM) and found the download speeds to be on par with what I get on similar sites. There was no obvious download limit and I specifically went looking for one on a lazy Saturday so if there is one, it’s more than reasonable. I usually look for a compromise between resolution and file size and often that’s found in 1280x720 but on BFFs the next lowest resolution is a pretty dramatic drop down to 960x540, 3000kb/s, 29fps. The next step is even lower at 640x360, 1000kb/s, 29,fps. This is purely speculative, but I wonder if the site sees their members as either wanting as high a resolution as possible OR something they can watch on their phones. To make the file size / resolution issue even more cloudy is the fact that the file sizes between the top and the middle quality isn't always that much different on the older files. If the top quality file is 4GB then the middle might be 2GB. That is still a lot of data but it isn't reflected in the resolution or bitrate. The 960x540 files look like you’d expect but they take up a lot more hard drive space than you’d expect for those specs. That issue does appear to have been resolved in the past year or so. The 960x540 scenes are now encoded so that they have file sizes more in line with the specs. (Though I really do wish they offered 1080p.) This probably isn’t a negative for everyone, but I catalogue my collection by model name and here all of the models are uncredited. If I’m looking for scenes by a specific model in my collection I can find them pretty quickly. This normally isn’t an issue because in almost 20 years of porn collecting every site or DVD I’ve ever had lists the models. BFFs is the only site I can think of that doesn’t list the models in the scenes. That makes no sense to me and I wonder why the stars (many of whom are A-list models) would want to be uncredited. The site has no search function and doesn’t use tags. Finding a niche you’re interested in is a matter of luck. And speaking of niches, my favorite one is unknown here. By any measure that’s a lot of porn and no one should complain about the site’s size. The site updates with the addition of at least one new scene per day though on many days an entire DVD will be uploaded. One thing that Evil Angel does that has caused some confusion is that many DVDs are released on the site before the DVD is released and those will be streaming-only until the DVD hits the streets, which is never more than a week after the upload. The last time I reviewed this site I complained that the downloads timed out. That’s still an issue but they timeout after about 20 minutes (I’m guessing) so at least knowing that allows the user to plan accordingly. EA is part of the Fame Digital family so if you aren't familiar with them there is a caveat: save your membership confirmation email because Fame has several sites for cancelling your membership. Cancelling is easy if you have all the information they want but can be frustrating if you aren't prepared with your membership information. Save all of that on joining and you won’t have a problem. A complaint I had the last time remains: I really wish the site offered more of their back catalogue from the 1990s and 2000s. The good news is that however the scenes are encoded they aren't pixilated as you might expect at these low bitrates. While the download limit is big issue and a likely deal-breaker for many, it is a step in the right direction. Back when I initially joined four months ago no downloads were allowed. Maybe as the site gets more established Gozzling will allow more downloads. Photos are available too, but only as singles. But to be fair, this really isn't a photo site. Download managers work but with only five downloads per month available this really doesn’t add anything. There isn't a TBP discount listed but when I rejoined I did so through TBP and the regular price is listed as $30 with a discount price of $15. One feature I like is that the site shows you the videos and photo sets that will be released over the coming two weeks. The site allows download managers and I had no problems using IDM. The links didn’t time out quickly. I didn’t find any download limit either and I downloaded 70GB in a day with no issues. As for a recommendation, the answer is both yes and maybe. The last time I looked at the site it offered three resolutions and two formats. There are still three resolutions available (now only MP4) but the range they cover is too broad in my opinion. There is a low “smartphone” resolution, an “HQ” resolution” (960x540, 1400kb/s) and then a higher resolution file. That higher resolution is either 4K or 1920x1280 with bitrates over 10,000kb/s. File sizes can be up to 15GB though!! If my older review is correct the site used to offer a 1280x720 resolution and they really should make that available again because you can’t call the difference between the file options a gap – it’s a wide chasm. I try to download the file that offers the best balance between clarity and file size but the available options here don’t allow for that compromise. One thing that hasn’t changed is a minor complaint: when opening a scene page the scene will start streaming automatically. Make sure your speakers are turned off before accessing a scene. To add to the problem is the fact that the download speeds are much lower than I’m used to. I usually see speeds between 22 and 25 MB/s but here I had between 3 and 5 MB/s. Downloading one of the 15GB files at those speeds would take a long time but the site does support download managers. The site currently has close to 500 scenes. These are all exclusive and most are more than an hour long. The site appears to be updating but not on any regular schedule. Some updates are only a day apart while other times ten days may pass between an update. I suspect that a lot of this is due to Woodman pretty much running a one-man show. The membership includes access to a sub-site call “Scenes XXX” which gives access to a lot of Woodman’s older work. The scene resolutions are the same as with the main page. The main page might be interpreted as including two other sites – Wake Up N Fuck and Woodman Films – but that interpretation would be wrong. WUNF is a stand-alone site that requires a separate membership and it appears that WF uses a PPV or similar model. There’s still good value for your membership here, but don’t join expecting wider free access. (Though I highly recommend checking out WUNF.) On both an objective and a subjective level this is one of the best networks available for teen-themed porn featuring the freshest porn models. Team Skeet is a true network in that it is a collection of sites with different themes. The one constant through the entire network is that the models are all young and usually petite. This may be a deal-breaker for some people, and I understand that, but since this is exactly what I look for in porn this network scores high subjectively. Regardless of how you choose to sort and select scenes you eventually end up on a page where that scene is offered. Here you can opt to stream or download the scene or get photos OR screencaps. You can also watch or download a trailer. Unusual is an offer of a ‘best of’ clip. There is also the option of downloading one-minute clips. Video quality obviously differs depending on when the scene was shot and uploaded. Older videos offer different file types and lower resolutions. Please see my older review for more information on the older files. To counter that, consider the size of the network already and the quality of the updates. If a network is going to choose between quality and quantity then quality gets my vote – and it seems that the guys and gals at Team Skeet think the same way. The downside to this update schedule is that if you only like one or two of the sites you’ll be waiting a while for updates. One flaw I was glad to see fixed since the last time I was a member is that they now have a site for the one mainstream porn niche that was conspicuously absent. The addition of an anal-themed site is, in my opinion as a fan of that niche, a welcome addition. I’ll post a specific review of Teens Love Anal soon. The site supports download managers. I used FDM to queue-up scenes and had no problem with the scenes timing out. They offer some great porn with some of the freshest models working and they offer that on a network that does all the technical stuff well.
