Friedland, I did check off on 21seXtreme, 21naturals, and bonus networks, but scenes continued to show up. You may have filters, but scenes from these networks got through.
I'm happy to hear you're updating your older sets. Personally I prefer the smaller ones. They are big enough for me, but there are those who want the biggest and best, so I let them know what to expect.
The technical problem with photo sets not appearing didn't happen enough to warrant going to support. I have never run into this before and that includes past subscriptions to your site, so it got mentioned.
I enjoy lesbian and solo scenes over hardcore, but I still found plenty of these scenes to make the price more then worthwhile. As I said, you have some lovely women on your site and photographers that know how to show their beauty. You have a great site and have every right to be proud of it. Even though some of my favorite models seem to have moved on, I found your new models are what I have always expect here, beautiful. You are maintaining a high standard and I'm sure this will bring subscribers back again and again. This includes me.

Just and FYI I was a member at 21sexury wrote two tickets
and no response.
Sadly that lack of response lost me as a customer when I was considering expanding and buying the other sites.
BTW months later still nothing on the way of response.
My review left that impression as not happy.

I'm in the same boat as Triple. I subscribed for a couple of years 95% due to LC and CG, and quit toward the end of 2012 when the updates in those niches started tapering off. I recently ponied up for a month's membership, and was disappointed that neither one had seen much more activity.
I guess I'm just a sucker for chicks who shove dildos up their asses.
On the other hand, the recent DPF work has been excellent (though not enough to make me stick around), and you guys do a real solid on the loyalty game by allowing credits to continue to accrue even when the membership isn't active.
Just my two cents.

For me it's mainly principal, although any site that has pre checked cross selling is not to be trusted as they are trying to trick customers. I say "mainly principal" because I did take up the offer at the ridiculously cheap $5 price, which is basically giving it away. If not for the trickery I would view 21 Sextury in a different light, and would have been a member for many more months of the year.
I still think of this network as a place that has excellent material, but these new members are a tough crowd.

Ya the new 21Naturals has some pretty good stuff, but it's just starting and I paid annually (to my disappointment just before 21Naturals was released) for the 21Sextury subscription and I'm not going to pay again (double) my purchase to get 2 more channels. Especially since that money goes a lot further in other sites I've subscribed to (Ironically ones you seem to be imitating with 21Naturals). You should have worked harder to keep what you have happy instead of showing what looks like greed by creating yet another avenue for you to collect money while disappointing those who have been loyal.
In my opinion "The best of" releases makes searches more complicated, and seems a desperate ploy to re-hash your back content to look like there's more going on than there really is.
At this time I will not be renewing my subscription. Sad to see you go since you were once so great. Hopefully you can figure it out.

Thank you for your reply Ed but I must say that I am hopeless because I have been asking about the HQ Photos since almost a year but there is no amelioration. On the contrary things getting worse.
And I feel i should thanks to pornusers.com because this site gives me the opportunity to get reply from 21sextury customer service at last!
I am a long time member of 21sextury but i wont renew my membership until these frustrating navigation issues solved and avaiblity of displaying HQ pictures one by one in my browser become live!

Thanks for taking the time to reply, no offense but personally I thought the navigation became worse after the upgrade and I found it more difficult to find what I wanted. I guess you can't please all the people all of the time.
