Gina, thank you for the response, but that is not the experience I had. I tried several ways to contact customer service and never had any luck, and from what I gather, I am not the only one.
And please Gina, while I respect your courtesy, that nugget about the sites updating every week is a farce. Maybe you guys consider rehashing old scenes and making them look a little better "updates", but I dont? Why should people spend money on your site when many others offer BRAND NEW updates every week with no real restrictions? PV hasnt really offered any BRAND NEW updates recently.
And considering all of your companies current shortcomings, you guys still try to strongarm people into staying members. The better sites keep their members by offering new, quality updates week to week. You guys just remaster old scenes and re-release them. Not quite the same.
I will not be staying more than a month, because frankly, from my experience, it is not worth it. Maybe when your company actually starts putting out new scenes, I would give it more love. At this point, Pink Visual seems to me like a site that had alot of potential, but are now just trying to milk it for all its worth before shutting the doors altogether.

There was no attempted refund on the card, my card company has verified this.
It seems to me as if it is a scam between you and local billing - After blaming my computer/connection etc you quickly offer me a refund, two weeks later I have still not got it, so I contact you again. Eventually local billing come up with a story about the refund not working and it cannot be re-issued. Then they offer a refund via bank transfer. The site was paid by card, so how can the card not be refunded the same way?
Do you think I would trust local billing with my bank details or the ability to perform a bank transfer, when they are so incompetant that they claim to have messed up a simple card refund.
As for no other complaints about speed, please look at reviews and comments here about the pink visual pass network, which is the same network I was on. You also make the same remark to others about nobody else complaining about their speed problems.
P.S. You forgot to answer my question about why you are using server speed slowdown mods.
Yes, my negative experience was very unfortunate. Your site is like owning a nice car before you pass your driving test, It looks good but you are restricted in using it to good effect. I pray others will have a better time there than myself.

Thanks Gina. Can you comfirm if you gave me even better privileges than normal/full memberships? I see no limitations in the number of simultanous downloads and there is no capping in total download speed; I am really impressed: I am now downloading 4 files all with a ca 350kb/s speed, that is ca 1400kb/s total.
that might be one of the best speeds I have ever seen, and I am in Europe...where we sometimes get slower speeds from US servers.
Others have complained about only getting 400kb/s in total, have you removed caps, improved your tech or simply been giving me some super duper membership? :-)

That would be fine...but he is not complaining about the time for a video, but rather the actual speed of his connection with your site. File size should have nothing to do with the speed. I get the idea that he is trying to download not stream anyway. 60 KB/sec is 60 KB/sec no matter if the file size is 10 MB or 10 TB it is all the same for speed. Downloading clips just means he has to spend more time clicking around? Many people dont like to stream anyway.
Also, no one cares if YOU get 800 KB/sec siting in the room next to the server. We all care about the speed to OUR house. If someone gets 3 MBit from every other site out there and yours falls far short there is an issue, and I somehow doubt it would be with the user that can get full speed everywhere else. Amazing speeds can be transmitted a few inches, but we need a thousand miles.

I've attempted DSL, broadband and HD and the download
speeds are the same-right around 63KB/sec

Thanks for your quick reply. The files are no bigger than
what I have downloaded many times from other sites in which
I can get up to 400KB/sec. I'm still getting 63.2KB/sec
which is way to slow.

Well, perhaps this process isn't going as fast as it should or might. Pardon me as I'm just a little ticked off. I recently joined for a specific Backseat Bangers scene. I thought it was from '07 but it turned out it was originally put up 12/29/06. It is still streaming only. Right now I feel like I wasted $30. Maybe I'll get over that but I hope this reply at least lets others now that there is still stuff at your sites that is streaming only.

I'd sign up if it was listed on thebestporn that everything on your sites was downloadable. Right now it sounds like only 6 months' worth of scenes are available to keep, which isn't enough. Streaming sites are a no-go.
