Well you sent me an email to my real email address saying what you say here. I replied to the return address of your not melissa@atkcash.com many times with no reply. If is it not a real address, it is the return address you have me through your own note.
How can we fix this sad situation?

11/24: I sent you a reply via pornuser internal mail thanking you for your attention
11/25: You replied to my note directly to my real email with your return address as melissa@atkcash.com .
I replied directly to the return address of your note to the melissa@atkcash.com - several times - 11/25, 11/30, and finally on 12/20. None of these notes came back undelieverable. None were answered at all.
I will give you the benefit of the doubt, but it sure seems like you had blown me off. Can you see my point after about two months of no replies?

Advent: Why did you never respond to my notes? You made it sound like ATK cared about customer loyalty, then never even had the courtesy to rely to me. I am very disappointed in ATK. Makes me regret having made such a high scoring review for your site.

A forum would be a great addition. I just canceled my membership to ATK after being a continuous subscriber since 2001. If you guys had a separate comment and forum section for models and photographers, I would probably consider coming back.
If you institute such a system you will surely get negative comments, but you will also get positive feedback. Perhaps you will actually learn what people want and what people find less useful and save your company some money by focusing on making the site better.
I would also just enjoy having a place to share comments about particular models with others that enjoy the material.

Forget about the custom zips the Capn wants, Advent! :-) Just give me some place to shout at the photographers: "Go shopping for some sexy lingerie. A model getting nude after taking off three items, mostly consisting of street clothing does not make for excitement. Tease us a bit. Slinky nighties, teddies, stockings, panties, bras: a bit of a tease factor so the model isn't completely nude from the first page on.
Is that so much to ask? :-)

Nice to meet you. Glad ATK has some people "out in the field". Again, you guys are probably the best in the business. I am trying to figure out how to post the rest of my photographer reviews, but I think this site limits each user to 3 comments.

I can understand why you switched & with smaller zip files I did not really have an issue with it. 5-6 pages worth of jpgs I could live with, but 15+ pages of which I like about the equivalent of 4 pages is too much download to bother with.
User defined custom zips would be ideal!

It didn't help Advent, because there was a problem with my trace routes to your site and there's nothing you or me can do about it. I just have to accept dl with a speed of a VERY slow snail...which is like 30-11o kb/sec right now, or realize that I wasted my money on joining.
I sure hope I am the only one. Am I?

Almost 48 hours later and nothing has changed. Download speeds between 60 and 240 kb/sec. This stinks when you are used to 20 times faster DL speeds on the better sites.
So Advent, can you give me a time horizon for when the DL speeds will get better?
