At this point I'm a dedicated collector so streaming-only just won't work for me. It's much more than about going online and watching a scene (though that's part of it too). Downloading it, cataloging it, backing it up... those are all parts of collecting that I like.
Long live downloading!!!
(BTW - I am okay with tiered pricing where those of us who want to download pay a bit more. Assuming that a streaming membership was $20-$25 I'd be okay with another $20 to download depending on the quality.)

When I first became aware of websites using tiered pricing the price difference was far too great for me to justify paying for downloads. It seems as if the owners of those websites realized it wasn't a workable business model.

Question could add a little more to it. Like if it has a download upgrade available. I say this because I once joined MoFos and paid $17.95 for the membership (not knowing it was streaming only) and then paid $15 more to get downloads. I was mostly satisfied with it.
I once joined Asian Sex Diary for $40 with no downloads and no download upgrade. I was not close to satisfied.
It also matters if the site has photos and if you can download those . Look up In the Crack's tiered pricing and you'll see one of the differences between the first 3 plans and the $34.95 plan is the first 3 don't have photo downloads.

You're right that the price differential needs to be reasonable. I know this sounds self-serving, but maybe the streaming-only price needs to be lowered and the download premium kept reasonable. Maybe, just maybe, more people would join if the streaming price was reasonable.

The content is what matters most to me. Something exceptional is worth the price. My collection at this point is overly large to say the least and I find the hunt more fun than the collecting now, so I'm OK with just streaming if the content is exceptional.

It depends on the length of the subscription...if we're talking single-month plans, I'd max out around $20-$25. There's no site worth more than that for one month in my opinion. Unlimited downloads are a MUST - I paid for it, I get to keep a copy.

I picked 25$ but there's a caveat to that amount. I have bought minutes multiple time on Hot Movies and AEBN so streaming only isn't the stciking point but the content you get when you buy those minutes. In may case the content I usually stream is older porn that as no other sources than streaming sites and that's why I'm willing to pay a decent amount but I wouldn't want to do that for most stand alone sites.

A difficult question to answer. Since my main interest is in collecting photo sets of solo models, (sites like Metart, ATK, Nubiles, ALS etc) and that's the only kind of content I'm willing to pay for then as long as the sites I join have downloadable photo sets preferrably in zips then I don't really care if the videos are stream only or downloading since I don't collect them.
If I'm in the mood to just watch generic hard core porn which isn't very often then I'm happy with the free tube sites so my answer to the question would be zero if that was an option.

No downloads (or overly expensive download tiers) = no money from me. I collect and will happily pass up a site (like Legal Porno... would LOVE to join... hate the business model so don't).

Well... you know EVERY content is downloadable, don't you? Very easily, or with some difficulties, it depends. There is software that does that, and there is software that captures your computer's screen (if every other thing fals).
Of course, it's more comfortable, and fair, if you pay a bit more for the download option, but in case the site insists in being stream-only, and there is some content you really want to keep, nothing can stop you from getting it.

Hey guys. I'd really like your opinion on this. I've been posting premium porn content on a pornsite and I think that what I post is really good. I don't use any form of paywall and everything I post can be downloaded without payment. Would you be willing to take on a monthly subscription for either $2, $5, or $10 a month or would the fact that everything is free just make the idea of paying dumb and pointless?

If it's streaming only, it might as well be a cam site. If I'm paying for porn (I download pics more than vids) then I want the ability to download. That said, I am ok with tiered pricing as long as the price for downloads enabled is reasonable ($20-30/mo).

I used to not download anything so I picked $25. I would still join a site for $25 without downloads. I just don't like it when a site doesn't tell you there are no downloads until you get inside the member area.
