big beginning, poor ending

first of all, the quality of their videos is great! the reason, why i decided to write this comment, has nothing to do with their content but with their support/paying.
i was a member for 2 weeks when they had some technical problems (downloadspeed only 50 kb/s), i wrote to the support and they immediately onformed me about their problems. okay, i wasn' able to download faster for two days, but at least i knew the reason why.
i did like their site very much, but i decided to cancel my membership after 1 month.on the cancelation site they offered me a membership to brazzersnetwork for only $9.99/month. i took this great offer, but that was the point were all the problems started! Altough i got the confirmation mail that i had renewed my membership for 9.99 i wasn't able to get into the site. so i decided to inform the support about my problem. the answer: "According to our system, your membership expired". nice. i wrote a mail again, informing them about my new membership and i copied the text of my confirmation mail into my massage! No answer (no it wasn't in my spams, i checked them, and remember: i was able to revceive mails from them earlier!). i wrote a mail again, attaching the original confirmation mail. No answer. i wrote a mail that i' waiting for an anwser, but no answer. all in all, about a week and a half later, i've resigned myself to get any massages from them, but for sure they will never get money from me again. that's what i wanted you to know. watch out

SnowDude (0) Are you sure that you cancelled in time? If you didn't, they'd still offer the reduced rate, but it wouldn't kick in until the month following.

That said, they should return your emails and I'm surprised they didn't since, technically speaking, I have high praise for this network. But not replying to customer service emails is a bad sign.

Thanks for the update. I did have a billing issue at one point, but I went right to them rather than tech support and got an immediate response. One really has nothing to do with the other, but always good to compare experiences!

badandy400 (0) I used this same offer from them a good 6 months ago and have been pleased ever since. I have never had any issues with access.
