TalonIcefire (0) I agree with everything senorim said but include scanning the purchase page for hidden content i.e. hidden checked boxes not included in near your purchase agreement.

Drooler (Disabled) Usually no. As you'd expect, an unknown site (not experienced and reported on by a PornUser here) with its own billing I'll just pass up on. I've gotten enough burn marks already.

There have been a few exceptions, such as eent (the billing co for the Karups sites) which has never given me any problems and which has a quick and easy online cancellation process.

But just because the billing company has a good reputation doesn't mean that you won't have hassles. I recently went through a real time-sink just trying to get out of hotlegsandfeet.

The billing company is vxsbill. If you've ever subscribed to onlycuties, it doesn't take long to get to the cancellation page from within the site --which is how you have to do it.

Tried same with hotlegsandfeet, but it took me to the cancellation page for onlycuties! That's right: The link INSIDE hotlegsandfeet was set to the WRONG cancellation page. And of course it didn't recognize my usepass. So I had to fuck around a good while until I figured out how to create a url to get to the hotlegsandfeet cancel page (it's a different site ID and stuff).

It's so fucking typical. There are porn site clowns all over the goddamned net who never bother to check to make sure their stuff works. I think it's because their "lights" are too low in wattage; funny how they don't seem to be saving energy.

And I had the same problem with ANOTHER DDF site, ddfbeauties, but at least their live support people got on it and helped me out.

Tree Rodent (0) At first I said usually, but changed it to the next option. The thing is, I don't sign up for sites that have bad or poor reputations anyway. That's why I always check them out here first. Sometimes I would rather trust a site directly with my credit card than some of the billing companies.

kkman112 (0) Depends on the site. Sites like Abby Winters started their own credit processing company and I think that AW's processor is pretty trustworthy. I would not trust a smaller, lesser-known site without a trusted 3rd party processor.

pat362 (0) I prefer to stick with the known credit companies, but I have dealt with a few others without any problems. The only site that annoyed me was Playboy. It did cancel my transaction but it required me to actually call them to cancel my membership.

David19 (0) The only site I've used where I give my credit card number directly to the site is ifriends.net where my mother is a chathost--so I definitely trust them. For an established site, it may actually be a good sign that they handle credit cards directly because it indicates they've developed a relationship with their clients that involves mutual trust--there is trust on both sides because they also have to trust that most of their clients won't charge back or use fraudulent credit cards. For newer sites one would want to see them using an established billing provider for while before trusting them.

Denner (0) For quite a lot of years: The only place I never got cheated is CCBill, can you believe it?
Second is Epoch where I do not THINK they did harm to my creditcard. Some of the others I've had troubles.
Anytime it's not CCBill, I take extra care.

Anybody here have any experience with Netcash?

turboshaft (0) I've only directly submitted to ALS Scan, but they are about the only site I trust, plus it's not as if they are some overseas "company" thousands of miles away that you may never be able to contact.

exotics4me (0) I never like trusting anyone I don't know with my money. I don't even trust the US government with my money!

I do trust the ALS Scan site, but have noticed they now are using ccbill with ALS Angels. I sometimes like VXS Billing, they are pretty good about helping if you have any problems. Then again, I don't know how ccbill's support is since I've never had any problems with them. Kind of a hard place there. Epoch can be moody with me. They actually let my account at one site run for 6 months after I canceled it, never charged me again, but the login worked and wasn't realized until I went back 6 months later to check out updates. I clicked a picture set and it signed me right in.

When did porn users become ethical? I went right away to the site's support and sent them an email, including a copy of the cancel email. They were not too happy with Epoch to say the least.

Denner, I have tried a few sites in the past with netcash and it went okay. Seems like Naughty America used to use them. You have to do a little extra work than you do with ccbill. Like keeping up with order number, email, login, password and have to fill out a cancel page from the site to get it to cancel and I think they say 5-7 days before cancellation date.

Last one and the one I think needs changed the most is Aria Giovanni's personal site, not only do you pay her directly, no payment company, but it shows up right there on your credit card statement, Pay to Aria Giovanni. So much for my future as a politician!

C Spanker (0) I am much more comfortable with the 2 main processors, CC bill and Epoch. If it isn't one of those two I try to read as many different reviews as I can find to make sure that others haven't had any trouble.
