I do not have a cut off line. As it is I blend the score, who made it, and what is said in the review.
Smaller sites in particular need a little leeway when it comes to this. A had score from a single user when the was pretty new does not mean the site still sucks a year later. If no one else has reviewed it and it has been a while I tend to overlook bad scores. That is so long as it looks good and is something I really want.

Don't really have a cut off because a review to me is just how someone else views a site.

I've always used 70+ as a rule of thumb, but it's not hard and fast. And this goes for reviews either at PU or TBP. Never know if I might like a site that someone else has dissed, especially at PU, where the reviewers who rate below 70 tend to be more critical.

I don't have a cut off line. What I do is look at the score and reviews from those members whose views I respect the most and whose taste is nearest to mine. I take no notice of the members who score the fake breast/tattoed back/bleached aged blonde sort of site with a high mark, no notice of those who do about 10 reviews a day, and no notice of those who continually award marks of 90+.

Depends on the category. For the most part I follow 80+ percent but I don't follow that for certain niche sites that I am interested in.

Generally I only go for tops scores, but it depends on the type of site. Similar to kkman112

A cutoff doesn't make sense to me, because scoring is an individual issue. Does the site look good to me, is it worth the price to join? I read the reviews to get an idea of major pluses and drawbacks of a site. But what I want to know is whether the site contents are appealing to me (a matter of individual taste), how much content there is, are there any site problems (poor site navigation, download restrictions, other download issues, DRM, low-quality pix, low-quality vids).

Since it's my poll I guess I'd better chime in and say that pretty much my cutoff line is 70 but realistically it's more in the mid to high 70's if there is a review. Knowing that I tend to be harsher than the TBP staff I generally only look at TPB sites rated in the mid 70's or up.
I'm sort of surprised that so few profess to have a cutoff line. Let's be real, how many people are signing up for or actively searching for sites that get scores in the 50's or 60's?

70+ is my cut-off line but I mainly consider the quality score

If a combined rating is less than 70/70 and the last review is no more than 12 month old, the site is DOA for me. There are way too many 70+ sites at reasonable prices that I want to explore.
The higher the combined score the lower my price resistance but I still stop at $30 max per month. So a 90+ point site that wants $35 of my hard earned money, they won't see it.
Case in point, DDFBusty has a combined score of 91.6(5)/86.9 and has a knockout preview site, but at $34.95 it's overpriced by definition. The minute it drops to $29.95, I'm there.

I don't think I'd ever join a site which received a few lower than 70 scores. If it has mostly 80+ reviews and one person gives it a much lower score because the content did not appeal then I take that into consideration. A site has to be pretty bad to receive multiple low scores.

I'm willing to join a low-scored site from time to time if I like the niche. Who knows, you might find a gem in there. I usually check out all the reviews before joining though.

The reviews tell me what I need to know and I haven't found the scores all that helpful except a very low score and a review that explains it well (poor service, fraud, etc). Good scores can mean nothing since one man's excellent is another man's fair. It's really a matter of taste most often.

I use this site and TBP as a guideline only. I view the assessments made on both sites, then go to the site for the tour to make my final decision. I will say, however, that if the general consensus on both sites is less than 80, I am probably not going any further.
To date, this system has not let me down. When I have veered from this guideline, I've wasted my money.

70 is an alert for me. 70 score means no.

I really don't let other people dictate to me which sites I will or won't join. Reading reviews and comments are part of the information that I take in when deciding whether or not to join. Scores don't really matter that much to me. I'm more interested in the content of the review or comment in influencing my decision. But ultimately it's my decision, cause it's my credit card.

The actual number for a site isn't all that crucial to my decision about whether to join or not. I've been surprised by some high rating numbers for sites and surprised by some lower numbers. I think the information provided in the body of the review is much more helpful, such as the quality, any problems encountered, etc.
