Not sure how to answer this one because I don't believe that I have but websites have told me otherwise on occasion.
I have joined several sites in the past where I've gotten blocked for allegedly password sharing or other evil deeds but that was a problem on their end of things, not mine. Some sites seem to have a history of problems with this and I'm not sure why that is. I suppose someone could have randomly hacked in using my password and the like but I find that unlikely because I use unlikely spellings and characters in my passwords. I'm spyware free and my antivirus is up to date so I don't know what to think about this one.

I have been told I have had mine shared with others by Teen Dreams and Club Sandy. Sadly, most sites start out like this, "We have suspended your account for sharing your login info with others."
So they automatically accuse you. Both of those sites, at the time I was supposedly hacked, had non-secure signups, not your payment information, but the username and password you sign up for. Similar to most sites on the internet, if you put information across a non-secure connection, there is a chance someone is going to be able to get it. To make matters worse, don't we all know those who do steal/hack others porn login are just sitting there on those sites with non-secure signups waiting to steal the login and password?
I remember years ago when yahoo had non-secure sign-in and sign-up, seemed like daily, I would have emails missing, even had one that left me a note to say hi. As of right now, I have updated AV, run super anti-spyware and malware byte's anti-malware daily, two-way firewall, and also use an external firewall that blocks even me from using my PC at times ha ha.
I just can't see how a computer with that much protection is more prone to being hacked than a simple non-secure signup page is.

As exotics points out, if you're hacked, your assumed to be guilty of sharing your personal access with all the world. And those non-secure signups are obviously pretty poorly conceived. However, there are some that just ask for username and then in the secure connection they give you the pwd to use. Well, at least one door hasn't been left hanging open. ;)
I'm been hacked at Devin Devasquez (was "guilty!" and banned! right after joining), ATK Galleria (at least twice), MC-Nudes, and 1byday. The MC-Nudes happened in the last month of a year-long subscription.
1byday was the kindest. They sent me an email saying that a hack had occurred on their end.

I've had at least a couple of sites tell me my password had been hacked. None of them accused me of sharing my password. The sites just changed my password to let me back into the members area. So I
might have been blocked from site access for 1 or 2 days, and that was it.
Each time it happened that I was blocked from site access for a full day or more, I sent an email saying I couldn't get into members area, and I got a reply email back telling me that my password had been hacked. The support email was responsive, within 1 or 2 days.
Some sites, you send email to support, you never get a reply email. Normally I don't send emails to support, because I figure it's just a waste of time.
Last email I sent to support (at a porn site) was to Just Teen Site back in November 2008. They advertise friendly 24 hour, 7 day a week support is available. I am still waiting for my reply, even though my membership there expired in December 2008. Maybe I should give up on waiting for my reply to come.
Edit: Actually, I sent an email to Glamdeluxe support after that, asking for help on a problem. They also never replied to me.

I'm in the same boat with only one similar story as the ones stated already. I tried logging in once to a site and I had a block on my account with nothing stated how long the block was for. Luckily, the customer service team replied quickly and told me multiple IP addresses tried to login with my account (so I'm guessing they never actually made it in) and they just changed my password and unblocked me. So, I suppose I never had anything stolen but attempts were made.

I'm not really sure. I've never receive one of those emails accusing me of sharing, but that may mean the site never caught on to the "hacker's" activities.
I hate how they warn you about sharing. Most people don't put their password out on the internet for the world to see on purpose. I'd imagine some people may give their porn logins to one or two close friends, or try to trade them when they are done, but I believe it's sometimes the site's fault that passwords get hacked. It could be weak passwords, but if you look at password sites you'll see a lot of strong passwords.

Oh, yeah - I've gotten those "your accounts been suspended because of unauthorized usage" things, but the sites couched the language in ways where they avoided saying that I'd deliberately share information - I think the worst accusation that I got from a site was that I had kept my user/login in an unsecure way. These days most sites are pretty aware of the hacker issue, so they're smart enough not to accuse their members of anything untoward. The most inconvenience I've had recently was with Twisty's, where I couldn't get access for multiple days and had to come on here to complain to get the problem solved - by the site's owner. The regular C/S people didn't ignore me, they just didn't diagnose the problem correctly in that case.

Nope, I change my passwords so often that even if someone did happen to get their hands on it whether I knew it or not they wouldn't have access for too long.

Only once (where I was notified) a few years back. Of course it could have occurred since then where I've not been notified.
