Sorry, I can't say that I do.
The only regular (as in frequency) amusing literary work I do in association with porn is I've taken it upon myself to write a unique Spam related limerick every time I report Spam on the forum.

I don't give amusing titles to the porn I collect.
I do try to provide amusement or interest in some of my posts at PU, but there are members who do a far better job of this than I do.
Wittyguy, Drooler, and others can provide, at times, intelligence, humor, insight, clear thinking, color. Some reviews and posts are really enjoyable reading, beyond the basic facts/opinions presented. That's a gift. And a major reason why I look at the site on a daily basis.

No I don't. The titles I give are meant to provide information about who is in a given scene, not silly amusement. ;-)
'DVD-title', Scene X with Star Y is the formula I always use. One scene with Sammie Rhodes and Shay Lamar, I replaced their names with 'the Wreckers' (the pop group) because their appearance reminded me uncannily of Jessica Harp and Michelle Branch, but that's the closest I've got to making up a funny title.

I'll label my pics with what I think are sexy labels when I'm all horned up and then when I go back when I'm not horny the labels that I give them strike me as funny.

It seems to me that having this kind of system would get pretty tedious and not so funny after a while. "Angelina Crowe Sex with Nasty Dick Cheney Faced Thong Dude" would be too long of a title and lose it's punch after a while. Boredom for the masses I say.

It's funny how some of you guys are making stuff up about the question, such as it being a "system" that would require long names and that there's some sort of either/or proposition involved -- humor vs. organization -- as if you can't have both at the same time.
Some of what you're saying might just be in jest anyway. Fair enough.
Well, I get bored sometimes, and names can get to be too similar as well, so humor is the solution -- not the problem! How 'bout that?
I'll see if I can dig up some examples. (Can't make any promises now!) I'm sure you're all holding your breath anyway. LOL.

So yes to this poll.
Without "organisize" (wasn't it some word in the 60/70th) - things become doll and minimize the search in your old and vast archives..
So yes - got my own system - mostly after models names and what the scenes are/are like...

I do the same. The model name gets adds at the end of the name, occasionally, such as (!!!), (.)(.) or ??? [when I think the name provided by the source is inaccurate]
The source is never altered.
The file name is where I use a touch of originality if the title from the source is not descriptive, but I try to be descriptive, not humorous...unless I can be descriptive and humorous at the same time.

"17th Century Flemish Art (Vol 2)" is the jewel box label holding a rather graphic DVD of favourite downloads. Just in case one of my nephews, curious as cats, should stumble across it in my desk draw.

I rename a lot of my files but only to reflect the model name and other useful information. I do label other things goofy sometimes, stuff for work or school. But never goof around with something important like porn. :)

I leave the files the way they are. Atless I have to change them in the case of ftv girls where there is a bunch of 02, 04, or 05 files. The only title changes I have are for the folders I make.
