I guess I won't vote as there is no "get horny" option. And that's the only one that's ever worked for me.
There ought to be a public service announcement explaining in Plain Old English that one cannot ADD NEW BODY TISSUE to their penises. Cells get replaced, but they don't get new neighborhoods to move into.
Regarding pills, how could it be that there's some substance that you could put into your bloodstream and it would go to work only in the genital area for the purpose of generating NEW tissue cells in an organized way that lengthens and possibly fattens the organ?
All anyone has to do is just THINK about it a little bit.

REPLY TO #1 - Drooler :
The key is that it increases your blood pressure making your veins down there larger thus making it appear to be thicker. But they are all very unhealthy and can cause damage to your circulatory system, thats why most are not FDA approved. But in our society we are lazy and like magic pills that are supposed to make out life better, so people will buy them.

Well, arguably, most of us could choose 'pull on it regularly'; but as Drooler alluded to, that's really only for temporary enlargement, not permanent.
Anyway, despite being probably fairly average in that department, I've never felt a need/desire for anything to be larger.

I tried jelquing for awhile a few years back. I noticed that it did seem to make my erections stronger but it really took alot of time.

Never heard of jelquing before. I guess I've led a sheltered life. Reading about jelquing on Wikipedia, I read that silicone has been injected into the penis and scrotum for penis enlargement. Ugh. Maybe silicone breast implants aren't so bad after all. Could that be a poll question: which would you prefer, having silicone injected into your breasts, or into your penis and scrotum? Possible answers would measure the intensity of your outraged screams. Lol.
