An actual massage parlor for an actual massage with no happy ending.
Went because of an extreme neck pain I was having on a trip to the west coast. In so much pain I didn't have any desire for sex (and that's unusual).
So I answered "once" even though it wasn't the kind of massage parlor you were thinking of. It was a new age kind of place with incense and crystals. It did help somewhat.

A lot of times.....a lot.
(But not in the last 8-10 years - ok, twice in that period)
Especially between spouses and sometimes during ok/fine relationships, too.
Well, it's quite personal, but again we're all anonymous..
BUT:
I have had some GREAT times, with great sex - and by all means - some/few serious downers with bad/not so good chemistry with the girl.
Thinking back, and I do - I can still get exited remembering some of the REALLY good times whit some very fine "ladies of the night" - thought it was mostly during work hours.
Then the whole massage parlor scene can be very different in Europe from the US. Here it was mostly very relaxed and generally a pleasant atmosphere..
I still remember and get exited about 3,4 or 5 of those girls - some I visited more than once......ok...not today, "but those were the days"...LOL

I've been to a massage parlor many times but mine were for actual honest to goodness massages so not the kind the poster was probably asking about.
I've worked for many companies who's insurance covers up to 500$ in massages but the real kind.
I've never been to the other kind and never will.

Twice. The kind with a happy ending. Both in Toronto. Thoroughly enjoyed it both times too. The first time was with a buxom lass who worked days as a bank teller. The second was with a petite Asian girl (who was born and raised in Canada). She did a body slide and that was a religious experience.

Nope, all my erotic adventures have taken place in my mind only. When it comes to massages+, or "ladies of the night," I'm afraid I'm a virgin.
I sometimes wish I had been blessed/cursed with a different constitution, because, without a strong emotional tie to a woman, even Viagra or Cialis wouldn't help me.
This occasionally gives me a twinge in connection with all the sexual experiences I have missed, but, still, my voyeurism has kept me reasonably happy and this chink in my male armor has made it possible for me to say that I have been completely faithful to my wife for over fifty years without even trying .. Never. I got a couple of massages when I was in a hospital for surgery. But they weren't erotic, or even enjoyable. More like painful. And it was a guy doing me, not a girl.

I assume this poll is referring to the sexual type, so my answer is no. I did have a couple of theraputic massages for an injury in high school however. And I most certainly would not have wanted a happy ending from that old lady, even in my randy high school days.

Not really. I guess I'm one of those naive guys who've always thought massage Parlors were strictly what the name implies : A place to get a rub-down, which entails rubbing or kneading of parts of the body to relax the muscles.
By the time I found out women had moved into positions along with men massagers -- adding some very important extra features -- The Law had stepped in flexing their own muscles.
Prostitution, any way you shape it, in most states in the US is frowned upon, monitored by the powers-that-be, and usually nipped at the bud.
Although merchandising sex is still widespread and thriving, the life of a women selling her sexual services are rough rows to hoe -- especially in Southern regions (affectionately branded as the Bible Belt).

Hmm, there is something that creeps me out about massage parlors (happy endings or not) I only visited one once and had a guy massage me. I guess it was kinda relaxing to get a foot rub, but very strange to have a stranger touching you and I couldn't really get into it. Thank God he didn't ever come close to my private parts I was way too tensed and might have punched him :)
