I didn't even know they were there until I read this poll this morning. Maybe they should be changed in some way make them more obvious, such as having a thumbnail on the review page, just to make it clearer that they are there?
That's what I'd suggest. Of course, this would probably mean a royal pain for the webmaster!
And there is a big downside: Keeping it all current. If the site doesn't send you a link when it updates the join page, then it could be more trouble than it's worth.

I have used them on the odd occasion to compare if there's any difference between the European and American sign up pages.

I find the TBP information all useful and I rely on it, but I don't use the join page screen captures. My assumption is that they are more useful for our European members who can compare to ensure they're not getting regional pricing.

I've glanced at them but I admit I tend to rely on the review itself warning me of regional pricing. Even then whilst it annoys me, it won't stop me joining a site I like, so it doesn't matter.
Europeans are used to paying a lot more than Americans for the same product anyway!

I knew what they were but didnt use them as I assumed they would be of the join page taken from within the USA. Now that I see you take a cap from Europe as well I probably check them before my next join.
