I picked very slow but that could be because the sites that tend to have the most problems are those
that have more members and that is sure to slow the response time.

Very mixed!
Chica's Place for example were excellent in sorting out a logging-in problem that I had. I always keep her site near the top of my rejoining list because they really look after members.
Another website I joined was the opposite, I was accused of sharing my password and was blacklisted. Those are the only two websites I've had any interaction with technical support wise I think.

Also very mixed. 21Sextury is very responsive, others are not. What annoys me most with support for other sites are the robotic responses that don't address the issue.
Some sites work properly right from the start so I have no interaction with the support functions.

I've had experiences that fall into every one of the above categories.
Obviously my current obsession is SexArt. My experience has been that they're a bit slow on the main site, and fast (instantaneous via chat) but almost totally unhelpful on the cam site. Compared to other pay sites I've tried, I'd say for the main site their support is in the top half but not the top quarter, and for the cams their support is in the bottom half but not the bottom quarter.

It's other - every thing depending on which site - some has been really fine and fast, some quite slow - and again some just ignoring your mail...

Fast and helpful, but that's because I always make sure I know who I actually need to contact before I ever join, and I press the issue when I need to.

If I had to generalize it, I would say its about the same as most support.
The issue is at your place, either your TV, your connection, your fault. They give canned answers and often do not listen to the questions asked. As I said all support does finger pointing starting with you.
Funny even when it is their fault it somehow still is yours. LOL

What is tech support, is that different from customer support? Can't say i've ever really had any technical issues with a site. On a couple of occasions in recent months i've had to contact a sites customer support or webmaster after getting locked out for exceeding unknown download limits and on both occasions recieved a fast response but I wouldn't really call those technical issues.

Since Porn Site Tech Support is known in a parallel universe as a monolithic, centralized entity, I'd say that they try hard to be helpful, but the accent's hard to understand.
From my actual experience, I'd say it varies from 0 to 100.

As others have said, my experience with tech support on porn sites is all over the map. There are many professional porn sites where one can expect to get professional IT assistance. There are many porn sites that have "support" that acts like you should thank your lucky stars that the site exists at all and you've got a nerve to expect to be able to log in and see anything consistently.

Some are responsive, but too many , unfortunately, drag their feet or simply won't answer you at all.
Divx, for example, with all its touted features and promises, all I've gotten from them in the way of support is grief.
Kurup, conversely, makes it's customers feel like Old Home-week .

As others - I've had excellent service with quick replies; noncommittal ones that don't really help; and sites where I've received no reply at all. All depends on the site!

I've had very few issues. What I've always found to work when nothing else work are the chat systems. I've got no clue about who is on the other end but they can make things happen for sure.
