Yes, I do.
I only disable it when I lose functionality.

I use a ad blocker and because, in my experience, most pop-ups are ads they get killed too.

It is integrated into my browser, but it only catches the really extreme pop-ups, so it is basically a "sometimes" pop-up blocker.

The pop-blocker is a great example of the private sector regulating private enterprise.
But "ad blockers" are necessary if you really don't want ADS ADS ADS in your face whenever you want to use YOUR computer from YOUR home connected to YOUR ISP -- all of which YOU'VE paid for.

I use IE so whichever one is included with it is the one that I use. I have the same issue that Toadsith has so it's really a part time ad-blocker

I do but don't think I even realize it's there since the yellow bar pops up at the top that tells me it blocked a pop-up. I usually can't get the cursor arrow to it before it disappears. I also think it's a bit ironic that a pop-up blocker pops up a message saying it blocked a pop-up.

Why would you not use one? I mean I disable it for sites I want to support, but most of the time the internet ads can get really annoying.

If the pop-up blocker is automatically on for firefox, then I guess I use it.

Well occasionally I get the yellow bar pop up on IE telling me a pop up has been blocked so I guess I must use one that is built in to the browser.

Yes, but nothing more than the one built into the browser... no specific ad blockers.
