My participation is primarily with the forum these days, but even when I start ignoring the forum because the same topics are being recycled (as happens from time to time) I always end up returning to the site after a while to find new content or get reliable reviews. The vast majority of professional reviews sites have very shallow reviews with ratings that seem to be rather arbitrary. There is a strong symbiotic relationship between review sites and porn sites that makes many a review very suspect. I trust unpaid reviewers much more.

"More" isn't what I would use to describe 3 and 4 but they certainly apply. I log on to just one other porn forum site and follow basically one thread (because it's the most active of any of the 12 I've read) since it caters to my niche guy (J.Darkko).
PU I come to several times daily - Like these polls, like the people and varied topics and the reviews mostly in that order. Well, I guess I would put people first, but I wanted to mention the polls and that hit the fingertips first.
But then I am so satisfied with this site, I don't go looking for other similar sites. My porn interaction is usually relegated to the two mentioned and once a week going back to sites I've subscribed to and seeing what's been updated.
This is the place for sure.

All of the above as well and I agree with the other comments.
Just one additional aspect that I really like is the participation of webmasters. That tells me they care what we customers think and their comments are very helpful in many cases.
I have dodged so many lousy sites and have found so many superior sites with the insights I've gotten from PU (with some help from TBP) that I haven't bothered with any other review sites for a good long time.

All of the above and more, but I think the better-written reviews here are superior to "professional" reviews - even ones on TBP, sorry!
They simply manage to get a better idea of what a site is like from a porn users perspective than other sites.

The civility and friendliness of this site (staff and members) is a huge draw for me. I occasionally read other forums and I come away even more impressed by this site and the people here.

The replies to this poll so far are absolutely superb, and the elequence with which each and every respondant demonstrated simply reenforces ones belief that PU remains the web's creme dela creme of savvy and well informed people.

For me, the most important aspect is trust. User reviews are more trustworthy, and PU isn't afraid to say that they won't do business with sites that do funny business.
