Vids - that's why I need so much space from externals.
Got into vids/videos after years and years of only/primarily pix - when videos was a joke to look at...
Still have a rather large selection of pix - and beginning to enjoy them much more.

Both equally, until picture sets (even for mature women) became too young in dress and style. Now I collect mostly videos.

Probably 50/50 for me. I do love video because you get a sense of personality and can enjoy the model's technique a bit more maybe, but I completely understand people's point that with images you can just set up a slideshow etc of the bits you want to see so I like images for that reason, too.

I've always been a video collector unless the technology meant pictures were the only thing reasonably available. For example, I collected magazines until the price of VCRs was reasonable enough to afford and then I jumped with both feet. When the internet started I downloaded only pics because of slow download speeds and the horrible quality of early vidoes. Once I had access to high speed internet and video quality improved I pretty much said goodby to pics.
I'm not opposed to pics and do still collect them, but of the probably almost 20 TB of porn I have I'd guess that less that a few hundred GB are pics.

The same poll was conducted in 2011 and the results were 22% (pics), 56% (vids), 22% (both equally) with 45 votes cast.
I guess this one's an annual checkup.

I prefer collecting pix over vids.
Until a few years ago, it was almost all pix. But then I started collecting vids as well, and like Denner states, vids require lots of hard drive space.
Pix have lots of advantages over vids, in addition to the space requirement, time needed to watch them, simplicity of mind needed to enjoy them, etc.
I'm beginning to think vids were created by the Devil to occupy restless hands.

My collection of porn, is currently growing more in the video area, although for years, I went mostly for photos. As the quality of video has improved in the last couple years I have gone more that way, although I still very much enjoy, and often go back to look at, photos.

20 TB ! Wow, I thought I had collected a bunch and I'm just under one TB. I may have to go buy another external disk drive, but then I would have to organize my collection, and that would seem too much like work.

Both equally for me! I like sites that have matching updates for videos and pics; for me it's good to see the same model(s) in the same scene/outfit in both.

It's 99.9% videos, the only pictures I have are a few very high quality art shots, but I don't like going through pictures to get off.

It seems there are good pictures available a whole lot more than good videos. I mean those videos where every sec is golden and not just specific act on a scene.
