Not only are you sending your username and password and email through a non-secure connection (no https in the URL), but I would assume that any professional hacker could easily capture that information. And both have the same major flaws. I rejoined this site and the network that it’s a part of. It has always come with access to several sites. The network has been redesigned but that redesign seems to be more change for change sake since the old design was functional and effective. With this site they have made some changes that may mean this is the last time I join. In the past when you were on any site page that was part of the network there was a pull-down menu at the upper left that allowed you to select any other site in the network. That’s no longer there. In fact, there appears to be no way to move between sites on the network now. There is a ‘network’ tab and selecting that brings up all the scenes on the network but there is no way that I can find to associate those scenes with a site or a DVD. I’ve also tried googling other sites in the network (Peter North, for example) but my username and password won’t work. Site access isn’t the only problem though. Now when you select a scene now it automatically starts streaming. For many this is probably a non-issue, but for me it is a major annoyance. I don’t stream, I download. If I want to stream the scene I’ll do that myself. Why waste bandwidth having this start automatically? I’ve emailed their support staff to ask how I access the other sites. If I get an answer and they make changes or point me to a way to actually do this I’ll post the answer here. I fell foul of this. Not using The Best Porn website to access Devils film gives you a few joining options. One of them is for a 3 day trial at £3. If you let your mouse hover over this option, a pop up appears stating FULL access to the site with unlimited Downloads. It's wrong. I used this method. Cancelling gets you the usual pop up offering a special £10 deal. I opted for this instead of cancelling but during the first 3 days you still have limited access (you don't get billed until the 3 days are over though.) If on the other hand you join Devils film using The Best Porn link, it will take you to a slightly different joining page (there's no yearly option). Let your mouse hover over the 3 day option and it reveals the trial is limited. For the second time in as many months, I had to go to live support to cancel my membership. They told me I did not receive a cancellation confirmation, because my cancellation had not been registered. I would suggest you cancel very close to joining, because it may well take some time and effort to cancel once you have joined. I took up their $5/£5 discount offer even though they have pre checked cross selling and regional discrimination. The renewal is significantly higher, so I'm willing to steal at steal prices, but not willing to pay a fair price for reasonable content from organisations who are going to try and trick or cheat you. I can't argue with the content, and I can't argue with live support, who although it took some time to find someone available, were efficient once I contacted them. I suppose the lesson is, if you are going to pay for membership to an organisation with questionable practices, you will have to be prepared to put in some time and effort to avoid being ripped off. You can also start a chat, but I would guess that is also a non-secure method of exchanging information.
