I joined the site after finding a really great discount. A big part of the fun is browsing. There are about 50 scenes added to the overall site - PornBoxx, I believe is the name they use - every day.
The vast amount of those scenes require ticket purchasing to access, while subscribers of Porn World get 1 new scene per day and they're not crap scenes, they're really good scenes with hot Euro babes, for the most part. One of the great features, for my tastes, is the use of tags for browsing and discovering new babes. If you click on Porn World, you'll see all of the scenes that you've got access to - 14,260. My registration confirmation gave me no info as to what I would be charged on my next billing date, so I found a form to ask their C/S - and that's where things get weird. I asked a straight forward question - "I joined through a discount site. I really enjoy your site - how much will I be charged on my next billing date?" No answer to my question, I get a question back - what was the site where you got a discount? I send a link to the site where I got my discount since it's still showing a nice discount for the site. I get a response "This isn't real - we don't have discounts." I checked my account - I got charged the discounted price when I joined. I still have no answer to my question so I asked the C/S person again how much I'll be charged on my next billing date, but I don't yet have a response and plan on cancelling well before I get charged again to avoid unpleasant surprises.
It's tempting to me considering the number of scenes the preview shows that it has for faves such as Erika Fontes, Sasha Rose, Foxi Di, Gerson, Tina Hot, etc. But I suppose given the complicated nature of the thing, from Exotic's description, I'm really not sure what I would actually have full access to and what scenes would then require tickets.
I had an active account on PornBox and I have one on DDFBusty. Both registered via the same E-Mail account and I registered both sites with different user names. I cancelled my subscription on PornBox. Since a week or so when I log into DDFBusty I'm redirected to PornBox. However I can't sign into PornBox not via Login not via Register. If I try Register it says that my E-Mail address is already in use. If I try to register I get a sorry we can't log you in. I already contacted PornBox support but to no avail. My DDFBusty account expires somewhere in November so I still want to use it.
If you join this site expecting to find a few great scenes and stars from the past you might be satisfies with the content. As it turns out the majority of the content and scenes are from Pierre Woodman's collection of "signed" talent. Nothing wrong with that... just be aware that what your purchasing is a narrow base of what was available in the 70's, 80's, 90's etc...

Second problem, it tries to hide the use of condoms with software manipulation (image manipulation).
The positive thing is that the content, from the beginning of the second decade of this century or before that, is without condoms. It should have stayed that way (without condoms).
I bought a membership with legal porno and liked it despite the high prices because the quality of videos was high. Suddenly they have changed the site and keep members away fro the pages we used to use and force us to the "pornbox" pages. This is problematic in many ways including taking away free member videos and making cancellation and support difficult to achieve. There was a thread on the discussion forum complaining about this, but the thread suddenly disappeared..... not a good sign.
I read on another forum that LP has increased prices on a lot of their scenes. I browsed through and it certainly looks that way. Back when I bought a lot of their scenes it was rare to find a scene that cost more than five tickets but now the scenes that are (I presume) a mix of expensive to shoot and likely to be popular can be well over that cost. I wonder at what point it becomes a vicious cycle for them and they price themselves out of the market.
I've been thinking about joining Legalporno but can't decide if the ridiculous ticket payment method is worth it for the scenes I want.
As I've searched for performers there, it seems to take me to a wider search under the Pornbox network which offers a subscription to all its sites and videos under the "Pornworld membership".
Two days ago Legal Porno's site went down and they later were able to recover enough to report that they were subject to a successful cyber attack that crippled their site. Here's what they have posted now:
Early morning on the 24th of June we suffered an attack that caused some damage and a negligible amount of data loss. No data was stolen. We are working on restoring all our services (with increased robustness) as soon as possible. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Attacks against us are very common unfortunately and this one was successful for once.
They seem to be slowly getting back to normal and while they say that no data was stolen it might be worthwhile to keep an eye on your credit card if you've bought tickets from them in the past. I have and since they do their own billing they have my CC number. I'll be watching that for a while.
I like (a lot) of the content.
I like the ticket system. Buy a scene, always have access.
I like that I can cancel rebilling on the site without going through the biller's site or phone agent. So far, excellent.
However,
Files seem oversized for movie length and quality.
Download speeds frequently drop to the point of being unusable.
Pricing has gotten more complicated.
An increasing number of scenes are like a clumsy acrobatic circus. How many clowns will fit in that tiny car? I don't know, there are too many clowns to even see the car.
I recently signed up for another three months, but did not want rebilling. I have email verification that I cancelled the rebill and that I will have access until March. So I was charged for the 3 months, and now I can't even get access to what I bought before. Support tells me there was a chargeback and that I should pay them for the fee they had to pay for the chargeback. I checked my cc statement. The charge is there with NO CHARGEBACK. [Edit: problem resolved by LP Support, thank you].
(If there had been a six month option with no rebill, I would have taken that)
Based on privateclassics.com, I joined. After reading the recent well-written and informative reviews, I didn't think I would find what I was looking for but I took the chance. I didn't find the rainbow I was looking for. It's such a shame.. I thought privateclassics.com was among the more unique and interesting sites I've encountered. Pierre Woodman this is not! The scenes are so similar that after 20 minutes I was bored to death. I'm now inspired to find a modern day Pierre Woodman.
Looking at the last 2 months of scenes I calculated that they cost an average of 4.4 tickets and the scenes that I might have been interested to view were 5 or 6 tickets. I note that some members claim an average of 3.5 tickets per scene. So, that would mean I could purchase 6 to 8 scenes per month at an average cost of EUR14 per scene.
To update my previous comment, lately I find that the download speeds at Legal Porno have been fast and reliable. I'm seeing speeds that I'd get from other sites and not the slow speeds that I was getting. Just as important, these speeds are sustained through the entire download whereas in the past I could get fast speeds for a few seconds and then the speed would trail off to a snail's pace for the remainder of the download.
Legal Porno is probably among the most expensive sites on the internet so I'm glad to see that they seem to have invested some money in their servers.
Legal Porno is probably the most expensive site I go to regularly on a per scene price. As many of you know, LP doesn’t use a normal subscription model but instead you buy ‘tickets’ and cash those in on scenes. There aren't many sites like LP and I’ve been a fan for a while now but in the past six months they’ve had a really annoying issue: download speeds.
I have a 300MB connection and with most sites I can see in the low 40 MB/s for downloads. While I can see short bursts at 12 MB/s with LP those usually fall off to 1 or 2 MB/s pretty quickly. These past few days I can only dream of those numbers. I bought a scene recently and have yet to be successful downloading it because I’m getting download speeds around 300KB/s.
For the prices this site charges you’d think they could bring their servers into the 21st Century.
Three months gives 120 tickets and ca. 90 free tickets if I understood this correctly? With 120 tickets you can get roughly 40 scenes and 30 free scenes for those free tickets. That makes a scene cost more than a dollar or euro. Sounds like a rip off to me.
Did I miss the cheaper scenes or is it always like 3 tickets a piece?
On top of that, you must wait for the tickets to trickle in even though you are in fact paying for a lump amount.
I bet this site would be a hit if the membership system was normalized. Then again, who knows, maybe it is already a hit?
Legalporno.com has announced that they will not be producing any more peeing scenes, saying that "the world is not ready." I'm getting what I can while the opportunity is still there.
Hi just wondering if this site is actually safe now to join, I've just noticed on google it comes up with a this site may of been hacked warning in the search results which has put me off joining.
One thing I didn't mention in my review (I forgot...) is that at times the download speeds can be very slow. On most sites it is common for me to hit 12-14 MB/sec. On LP I have hit that though the average speed is usually half that. There are times, however, when the download speed is as low as 1 MB/s. Those times correlate with peak download times in Europe rather than in the U.S.
Just wanted to let you know that Private is at present offering a 2 days trial, but it only allows you to view and download 5 episodes of your choice. It also reminds you continually (and annoyingly) that you can access everything by upgrading.
This site is a rip off. Another thing to be warned about is that
if you terminate recurring billing then you no longer have access to any of the few free downloads that there are. People would be well advised to look for the content some place else.
