Well I doubt this series will be all that hot either, but with Evan Stone as Kirk, you know at least that'll be a good performance. "I'm not a number, I'm a free man!" Second Grand Order Poobah in the Loyal Order of the Water Buffalo

Short hair is a good start, but they should just be more adventurous with the hair styling in general. So it is unlikely you'll convince too many girls to have their hair significantly shortened, let alone shave their head - which can be pretty awesome looking (check out Katja Love) - so why not play with older styles that are less commonly used? I'd love to see a website dedicated to Steam Punk style with matching plotting. Victorian era apparel and bizarre mechanical creations - how can you go wrong?! I'm quite certain a large number of the Burning Man frequenters would be happy to rent their mechanical creations to be featured in a porno. I must say I've never been a huge fan of "dirty talk" with the exception of scenes with a strong S&M element - and scenes with the Euro models doing it can really backfire unless you let the girls talk in their native tongue. I think my qualms about dirty talk or sex talk or whatever is that so many performers do it badly. To be done right it requires the talker to have a certain level of intelligence that sadly isn't always there. I often find the long surviving male performers can do it just fine, but many of the females just say the same inane phrase again and again or simply ask stupid rhetorical that make you wish her mouth was full. There are notable exceptions, like Lily Thai. Her dialogue is wildly creative, sexy and hilarious. "I'm not a number, I'm a free man!" Traditionally you can just email Support here at Porn Users and they'll add any English language site that complies with U.S.C. Title 18, Section 2257. I haven't run across SexyVids before but there are a number of sites that seem to offer similar content. Just glancing at the preview page, his stuff really doesn't look all that Retro to me - but if you like Retro (full nude though not explicit) check out Martha's Girls. They replicate the look of vintage porn, but since it isn't really vintage it means you get complete sets. Very well done stuff, though the images tend to be on the small side. If solo girl stuff is your thing, check out Abby Winters, FTV Girls, Simon Scans and any of the ATK sites (like ATK Galleria). His stuff appears to be more in the vein of their content as it is. A number of Sean R's models show up on Simon Scans. I can't 100% guarantee Tatiana is in that group, but it would be the most likely place to find her in my experience. Simon Scans used to let you search their model index before joining, but I can't seem to find the feature on their new site. You could always email them and ask. "I'm not a number, I'm a free man!" Ah, the New Scientist is such a good magazine, I've been meaning to resubscribe for a while now. I just wish it wasn't so bloody expensive. Though I do suppose you get quite a bit of print per dollar. Well I can attest that I don't suffer from Hay Fever, or Allergic rhinitis as the scientist types like to call it, but I doubt that works as a proof of concept for the theory. I wonder if the Weather Channel will start playing porn on high pollen count days. After all, it would be a good public service to help the public service themselves. Their responsibility may be to divide up the money and I don't argue with requirements of certain subjects that must be provided by these publicly funded institutions, but I never condone censorship, especially on such a high level like passing a law. Even in the extreme scenario of the school spending all of its money screening porn and not teaching a single class otherwise, then the best solution would be to require them to at least teach the essentials like Physics, Bio, Chemistry, et cetera. By making them to meet these requirements to get the funding, then some of the money would be pulled from the porn funding. I find it disconcerting that so many people feel censorship is OK some of the time. A free society doesn't always behave the way we would prefer it to; that's what makes it free. Haha, yeah Burger King is way better food than McDonald's though that was really my point. Occasionally one eats at McD's but it eventually ends up punishing you. Burger King is indeed tasty and while you can eat there relatively cheaply, I tend to always burn a good amount of cash anytime I go because I love that damned Mushroom Swiss Burger. BK is the fucking siren that calls me to the rocky shores of fast food when I've been good and been making my own food. "I'm not a number, I'm a free man!" Well, returning to the original topic, I suppose I can say I would. Several things point to this, not least of which is that I'm pretty sure a few of my porn DVDs indeed feature nothing but surgically augmented models. Secondly, I've joined the Brazzers Network and the vast majority of their content features augmented breasts. I certainly can't say it is my preferred choice of model, but porn produced with said models can still be good fun. I sort of see it as a guilty pleasure - the Cheetos of porn if you will. Sure it is unsatisfying in the long term, but sometimes you have to marvel at sheer ridiculousness of it all. I certainly have no interest in "fondling bags of silicone" but then again, I'm not exactly fondling these things. I'm at most watching them be fondled or more like watching them not move much while the attached model is being plowed by the woodsman of choice. Everything is overdone, fake and repetitive, but I still occasionally eat at McDonald's because it is fast, easy and gets the job done. Nothing to be proud of, really it is more of a sad fact. Seeing how the topic sort of strayed off toward tattoos for a bit and then this health comment, well I wanted to point out that Tattoos also aren't the safest things health-wise. It rather irks me whenever politicians feel they need to start dictating what our colleges and universities cannot teach. While I'm not surprised that there was an outcry over such an event, I am saddened that the legislators were so willing to try to essentially pass a censorship law. While I find the Student Union Council a little naive to think that this wouldn't ruffle a huge amount of feathers, especially when listing the screening as an alternative form of entertainment, I think it should be ardently protected if approached from a educational direction. Pornography is a part of our culture and an art form in and of itself - I don't think it is at all unreasonable to run a film class on the history of pornography, or the cultural impact of pornography on various America (or specific eras, sub-cultures, demographics, et cetera) or simply a examination of the stylistic changes in the genre over the years. Classes have famously been taught on these topics to much hubbub and have caused the formation of angry mobs, thankfully on a few occasions, some school officials have stood by the decision and kept running the classes. So I think there is plenty of good reason to screen pornography in a semi-public venue, but I think it was silly to even try running it solely as entertainment. Europe we are not. Unfortunately. This is a difficult question as it is hard to be objective. For my own tastes, the collection is excellent, scoring easily in the low 90's. The only thing holding it back is an easy, tag driven search engine. But many people would find it lacking in the amount of content as it weighs in at a measly 412 Gigabytes right now. That said, it does span a huge range of content, 34 networks right now. Pretty much you name a type of content and it will be represented somewhere in the collection. It is also meticulously organized; so much so that each of the folders has custom icons or images to represent them. Without the penalty of the lack of a search engine, I think it would reasonably garner a rank in the 80's from most users due to the organizational system and breadth of content, despite its smallish size. But perhaps I'm a little too nice on myself. "I'm not a number, I'm a free man!" Those annoying, anti-bot graphical tests are usually referred to as CAPTCHA, a cute contrived acronym meaning "Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart." So you can pretty much blame Carnegie Mellon University for that particular blight that we all must deal with everyday. Yeah, they seriously changed the story for the Disney version. Hans Christian Andersen's version had her basically commit suicide because she would not slay the Prince and let his blood drip on her feet to turn her back into a mermaid. She instead she dissolves into the sea. Perhaps later gaining a soul and gaining entrance into the Christian heaven, or not, there is debate about that. Anyway, being a musicals fan, I liked the songs much more in Disney's Little Mermaid as opposed to Beauty and the Beast. Or almost any of the following animated, musical features. Like that blasted Lion King. That was ridiculously overrated. Still, Disney can be fun, no doubt. "I'm not a number, I'm a free man!" Quality. I've often signed up to a site due entirely to the exclusivity of its content. Huge networks often become tiresome to me. Sure you never run out of content, but you never quite find what you are looking for either. Due to the sheer quantity of enormous network sites available these days, I'm a serious stickler for properly good search engines. "I'm not a number, I'm a free man!" Beauty and the Beast (1991)? Really? I always felt that it got lots of attention because the Oscars overlooked The Little Mermaid (1989) a couple years earlier. It had much more memorable songs in my opinion :-) In the realm of Disney, I'd also add Fantasia (1940) and Dumbo (1941). As highly disturbing as the latter is, it's still a damn good piece of art. Pixar is quite good and while I thoroughly enjoyed Cars (2006), I'd certainly peg Finding Nemo (2003), Monsters, Inc. (2001) and Toy Story (1995) as better films as they didn't forget their adult audience as much. I don't mean "adult" humor, just better references, jokes that require a bit more knowledge & experience than your average kid is going to have. Kids are easy to please, I like it when animated films have a bit more subtlety in their humor. I enjoyed WALL·E (2008) a great deal as well but it owed too much to its predecessors - like Charlie Chaplin and Short Circuit (1986). I hope they hit it better with Up (2009). One of my favorite animated films of recent years is The Incredibles (2004) - that had a pretty even mix of humor for every audience. Of course, as GCode pointed out, Anime opens a whole realm of films too, though many I'd say are way overrated. None-the-less, I really enjoyed Ghost in the Shell (1995) and of course the epic Escaflowne TV Series (2000). Cowboy Bebop (1998) was good fun too, especially when it wasn't dubbed. I hate bloody dubbing. Hmmm, Vampire Hunter D (2000) was fun too. It is just important to think of Anime more as action movies and not get too hung up on the plot, otherwise you'll often get disappointed. "I'm not a number, I'm a free man!" Haha, yeah, I sometimes don't have much useful to say so I keep quiet. As Lincoln once said: "It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt." That said, I'm usually lurking, reading and only away for a couple days at most. On the topic of dubbing, I've actually seen a few big budget porn films that had been dubbed all the way through including moans, it is quite painful. Hentai also has that happen often with American actresses providing entirely uninspired sound effects. "I'm not a number, I'm a free man!" Much has been said already, but I figured I'd chime in. I like subtitles for the most part, but I do expect a degree of editorial discretion. For example, the first time the model moans "oh god" or whatever, you could subtitle that, but if she is saying it over and over, I don't need to be reminded what it means each time. I don't find subtitles distracting, many of the movies I watch are subtitled as many of the best movies aren't in English, so I'm perfectly happy with subtitles and forget they are there. One problem is if the subtitles are blending into the background. "Girl on the Bridge" ("La Fille sur le Pont", 1999) is a black and white and had white subtitles on the theatrical release so there were sections of the film where you couldn't read the subtitles at all. They fortunately fixed this in the DVD release. Anyway, so with editorial discretion, subtitles can be wonderful. "I'm not a number, I'm a free man!" There are lots of good facial sites out there - especially with focus on Bukkake-style super facials. Hands down, the strangest would be German Goo Girls - leave it to the Germans to decide that the male talent should show up wearing just dress shoes and a hockey mask. More from Europe, check out Cum For Cover. Lots of Eastern European porn stars being doused in cum, not sure if it is updating right now, but it has a large archive of content, so it is worth at least visiting for a month. Only complaint, all you get are blowjobs, no full sex of any kind. Cum Squad from the Orgy Max group is definitely not updating, but it is a good site with both comprehensive photo sets and videos. I'd recommend Pee Squad over it though, (though I don't think you can join just one) because it is the same content except after they finish with the cum shots, the wash the model down with piss. 'Course, if you aren't into that, maybe you'll prefer Cum Squad's editing. Amateur Facials UK is a nice little British site that documents amateur Bukkake parties - don't join it for the video though - unless camera flashes and clicks don't bother you. Yummy Mama seems to finally be updating again - that was a good site with an amateur house wife that really really loved facials. Apparently her husband was also a genetic clone of Peter North, because he drops some amazing one man bombs on her face. Of course, why go for the copy cats when you can appreciate Mr. North's true work? Peter North DVD - not the best navigation, but it is a good comprehensive collection of Peter North's newer stuff - if you are looking for his 80's stuff, eh, that selection is thin. Mid 90's and beyond is quite filled in though. Going for real Bukkake, try out Asia Movie Pass - nice selection of Japanese porn with a heavy emphasis on Fetish and Bukkake Fetish in particular. Lots of mosaics here, but also a selection of uncensored stuff too. Don't forget to check out the "Announcer" Series of videos for a good selection of bizarre Bukkake and simulated rape with obvious BB guns - ah Japan - the closest thing to an alien culture that can be found on Earth. Glad it worked! I'd email them to double check, but usually Lifetime Registrations are for your lifetime - not your computer's. So you should be able to install it on the new computer and register it again. They just don't want you running the programs on two computers at once. Most of the points I might make are rather well made already before me, however - I did want to point out that the Reverse Missionary (as in the girl on top) solves a number of the camera issues with the exclusion of displaying the breasts. It is more common to see that than the missionary position in porn, but both are quite rare. "I'm not a number, I'm a free man!" Second Grand Order Poobah in the Loyal Order of the Water Buffalo

I'm not entirely opposed to the Porn Star look at all, for many girls it is a great look, but the question really isn't about the attractiveness of the look or about the girls accepting porn as their occupation. The question is the origin - how did this look come into existence and how did it manage to take over porn so quickly? My thoughts now are that the culprit is wildfire like growth of Gonzo porn. The industry has decided largely that it is best to give up any illusions of being films in the sense of Hollywood and take up a role of prostitution by proxy. The style of dress has been seen in Hollywood depicting prostitutes and occasionally on the streets of Metropolitans that turn a blind eye to the occupation in certain areas and in strip clubs as well. So if directors change their focus from providing any form of story and focus on the porn, trying to make it as raunchy and sexual as possible, the costumes begin to make a good bit of sense. Once Gonzo was prevalent enough to show that the producers weren't going to be prosecuted on obscenity charges, the sheer sales figures of these titles drove almost every study to at least start a Gonzo line, if not adopt it as their sole product. I think that is the reason that the style went from relative obscurity in porn to total dominance in such a short period of time. "I'm not a number, I'm a free man!" Ah - that makes sense, I hadn't looked at it that way. Well best of luck with your hunt for a solution - I'd say give Google Chrome a shot, as it seems to still behave that way. "I'm not a number, I'm a free man!" Second Grand Order Poobah in the Loyal Order of the Water Buffalo

Well flash memory drive designs with performance on par with that do exist today, but they simply cost near on 2 grand. As their popularity increases, the prices should come down, which will be nice for those of us that can't write it off as a business expense. "I'm not a number, I'm a free man!" The way that system works is that the program monitors the drives / files you tell it to - and uploads as necessary. Most DSL/Cable upload speeds gives you max 150KB/s sustained upload, so if you are uploading gigs, well it takes a while. My work computer uses Carbonite and it took near on a month for it to finish backing up, but the work connection is really slow (25 KB/s up) and I was backing up 70 gigabytes. When they say unlimited, they do mean it, just to get it to work, you'll need to be able to access all of your drives at the same time. "I'm not a number, I'm a free man!" Ah yes, good point, if the programs were converting the videos into DVD MPEG Video, that would certainly account for the boost in file size. I assumed the programs were setup for burning Data DVDs. Carbonite. badandy400 could really make them really regret their policy of unlimited backups - not to mention really test their infrastructure. "I'm not a number, I'm a free man!" Second Grand Order Poobah in the Loyal Order of the Water Buffalo

I have too possible explanations: The first is did you possibly put a CD in the drive and load up the software telling it that it is burning to a DVD? 40 Megabytes is about 6% of the total of a 700 Megabyte CD. So perhaps it is just showing the percentage as if it where a DVD - though the math puts that 380 Megabytes a bit high. Second and more likely, I think, is that program is showing the file in Megabits (Mb), not Megabytes (MB). 380 Megabits equals 47.5 Megabytes. This stems from one byte equaling 8 bits. It's been awhile since I switched somebody over, but the last time I did, Firefox automatically grabbed the bookmarks, history and passwords from IE - so the switchover might not be as painful as you are expecting :-) On the other hand, I'd strongly recommend taking a serious look at Google Chrome - while Firefox has the advantage of years of Plug-Ins, Chrome has impressive speed and simplicity of use and the sheer momentum of Google backing it. With every update, Chrome finds more ways of out dating Firefox and rumor has it that plug-ins are coming to the browser very soon. "I'm not a number, I'm a free man!" I was amused to see Rocco getting a role in a high profile French art-house movie, though I must say it proved rather difficult for me to see him as his character as I kept expecting him to say "Nasty Nasty" or "Don't worry, it's ok, it will fit." Indeed Tinto Brass movies are a blast - totally ridiculous but man the guy knows how to pick 'em, definitely worth checking out for the perfect rears on display. "Monella" (1998) was a ton of fun, my favorite of the batch I've seen. "I'm not a number, I'm a free man!" Second Grand Order Poobah in the Loyal Order of the Water Buffalo

Honestly, I think it is the sites that you are currently visiting - I really think taking it to a computer doctor that'll charge you $50 an hour will only succeed in lightening your wallet. I need to rescind a bit of my previous comment, as some browsers do appear to handle these things differently. For example, take this huge Sample Photo from Hegre Art (4300 x 6000, 7.49 MB). Google Chrome loaded progressively, displaying large swaths of the image at a time. As did Firefox, unsurprisingly, as it shares the same Mozilla core with Chrome. IE 7 loaded a tiny slice of it, sat for a while, and then displayed the whole picture. This photo is standard Progressive Scan JPEG prepared by Adobe Photoshop using the Save For Web feature set at the default quality of 65 (according to a nifty little program called JPEGsnoop). I still am not entirely sure why the progressive displaying of the photos is all that important - but I hope all this helps you make sense out of what is going on. "I'm not a number, I'm a free man!" To expand a bit on the previous explanations, I wanted to postulate first the reason it might be taking a while - do you happen to have multiple hard drives? Internet Explorer, being the archaic program that it is, stores it's download temporary files exclusively on the main system drive, no matter where that file may be going in the end. So if your porn files are stored on a separate drive, it then has to move them over to the other drive after the download is completed. To top that off, moving a file from one drive to another is slower than copying the file over because the computer is progressively deleting the original file while it is building the new file. Normally you don't notice the difference but on huge files like video files, the small percentage difference becomes noticeable. Now if all this double progress bars and junk is annoying you, I'd highly recommend switching over to Chrome or Firefox. Both have reasonably sophisticated download managers built in and both store their download temporary file in the same folder that the final file is going. If you have hidden files toggled to visible in the settings you'll actually see two files appear when you start the download and then the temp file will be deleted once it is all completed. I'd recommend switching to Chrome as it's very simple, extremely fast (faster even than Firefox) and highly compatible with all sites. I will note that if you are worried about people knowing that you are searching for porn, you'll want to use Chrome's Incognito Window feature. When you open one of those, it automatically deletes the cookies and cached files for anything browsed in one of those windows when you close the session. This means you don't lose your history, cookies and so on for all the activity you did in Chrome's normal windows, even if it was at the same time as you were browsing porn in the Incognito Windows - it keeps them totally separate and deletes all records of what transpired. Nifty feature. I never use it because I don't hide any of that stuff, but it could be quite useful for some and it is very easy to access and use. "I'm not a number, I'm a free man!" Yeah apparently the producer, Ivan Reitman recommended Chambers to provide the character with more sex appeal. At that point she been in both "Behind the Green Door" (1972) and "Resurrection of Eve" (1973) and the whole Ivory Soap debacle had broken already so a large portion of the public knew her name. Pretty savvy way to get people to see a small Canadian horror movie. "I'm not a number, I'm a free man!" Second Grand Order Poobah in the Loyal Order of the Water Buffalo

As a bit of a film buff I'd say they are all products of their time - besides all of the clothing, cars and hair styles that will place it in a set time, there is the cinematography and lighting, not to mention the story and so on. You get back into the 70's and 80's and you'll find a lot of porn films made by directors that still saw the porn they were making as story driven films with explicit sex. They knew they didn't have the same budget as Hollywood produced films, but they had enough of a budget for many days of on location shooting and took time to film establishing shots. Not mention that they expected their performers to actually memorize a script. Hell, the movie I'd recommend as the best single porn movie I've seen spent enough money for numerous helicopter shots, the rental of multiple high end cars (including a Ferrari) and a quite large mansion. Now the movie in question I would argue to be strictly a porn film and not a traditional film with explicit sex - as there are plenty of those made and still being made; "Lust, Caution" and "Romance" being two relatively recent movies that pop into mind as examples of that. In those the sex is a device of the plot, it moves the plot along - in this, the plot is a device of the sex, it provides opportunity and setting for the sex. What is interesting is that while the plot is really very minimal, they formed interesting dialogue that engages the viewer and allows the director to segue to a new time or location for a different sex scene. The writing makes the film seem a single entity rather than what it really is: a loose grouping of sex scenes. So while the story takes a back seat, it still has a very crucial role in the movie as a method for tying the scenes together. So combine that with reasonably believable actors, descent writing, impressive lighting and cinematography as well and natural, not excessively choreographed sex and you have a classic: "Insatiable" (1980) starring Marilyn Chambers "I'm not a number, I'm a free man!" The most reliable way to back up a hard drive is usually with another hard drive - mirrored drives keep you safe. The problem with DVD or CD backup is that without investing in Archival Gold Grade discs (Rated for 100 Year Lifespan in optimal conditions) is that you have no idea how long the discs will last before their layers separate and become useless. Taiyo Yuden discs manufactured in Japan (they do use factories in other countries, but you can only trust the Japanese factories for top quality) make a few lines of reasonably priced discs that will probably last you at 20 years. But again, that raises the price from that market bottom of 15 cents a disc. Gold rated discs are way more expensive. Not to mention you'll be storing 513 lbs of DVDs - even if you only have them stored in slimline CD cases. (That's from 50 DVDs weight 910 grams and 200 slimline CD cases weight 8 kilograms.)
