I just used Segpay this month. Not only was the transaction hassle free but they sent an email receipt of my purchase, and when I canceled they sent a notification of my cancellation. Later when the site access expired, they sent a follow up cancellation notice.

I consider them a safe and trusted biller. "A man talking sense to himself is no madder than a man talking nonsense not to himself."

It's the same old saw--poor people are lazy, drug users, immoral, weak, losers, or somehow otherwise not deserving of assistance from the government. It's patently untrue. Study after study has shown that rich people break traffic laws more, are less moral and ethical, and less empathetic than poor people. The rich essentially see greed as good, and feel they are above the law. Jennifer Walters, the She-Hulk, is Bruce Banner's cousin. Doubt there will be love at first sight. Her comic books are good and one of the schticks of some of her comics is that she is aware she's living inside a comic book and breaks the fourth wall a la Deadpool. She-Hulk hasn't been able to do that in a while, but it would make sense to do it in the MCU as it was so successful with Deadpool. Back in the day Cherry Potter was a young porn star in Canada. I really enjoyed her work as she was gorgeous. Looking through the update schedule for Adult Time I see that she's back in a scene dropping on Oct 26 called "My Step-Mom was a Canadian Pornstar." Hopefully she's still as hot as ever. "Into the Spiderverse" introduced Puerto Rican/Black Miles Morales as Spiderman to replace white Peter Parker. Black Falcon has taken over being Captain America. In the comic books Black Roddie Rhodes was Iron Man for a time.

Comic books have tried to be at the forefront of major social issues. They haven't always done a good job of dealing with those issues, but they tried.

I'm sure non-white kids would like to see someone like them be the main hero instead of just a sidekick for a change.

I agree with pat362 that it would be nice to see some new things in movies instead of just reboots, sequels, and extended universes. But reboots, sequels, and extended universes are pretty much sure ticket sellers, so they will continue to glut theaters for a long time. As a comics fan, I find it hard to be optimistic about any new DC movies. A few were good, most weren't. I don't care if Superman is played by a white actor, a Black actor, or even a woman. If it's a good script competently directed it should be a decent film. JJ Abrams being involved diminishes my hopes for this project. I never use a mobile to view porn. Like LKLK said, the screen is way too small and navigation is very difficult.

If TBP or PU goes to a primarily mobile format, I will drop them. I simply prefer to use a desktop for all my computer usage. I know the trend is to mobile computing, but that doesn't make it a better platform, just a more popular one "A man talking sense to himself is no madder than a man talking nonsense not to himself."

In my opinion, the raffle is a nice bonus to using the site, not the end-all be-all reason to write reviews. I haven't written any reviews lately because I'm taking a long-term break from porn, not because of the changes to the raffle. I still drop in to check the forums though. UMBA8, it's against the policies of PU to review a site that you got comped for. Giving out a membership to a site would be fine, but the recipient wouldn't be able to write a review of it until they've paid for it themselves. $25 dollars to rent is twice the cost of a single movie ticket. I don't have a family to take to the theater, nor do I buy concessions. So faced with that choice ($12 ticket, $25 rental) I'm likely headed back to the theater.

One of the problems with Disney and the Star Wars franchise is that they're reluctant to tell new and innovative stories. The Force Awakens et al even had original trilogy characters to get people to come to see them. They would have done better to expand the cinematic universe in a way that's new and fresh. For all the hate on George Lucas' prequel trilogy at least they tried to be original.

What did people make of the Dune miniseries that ran on SYFY? "A man talking sense to himself is no madder than a man talking nonsense not to himself."

Pat362, there are two new Star Wars games right now: "Star Wars Jedi: The Fallen Order" which came out November 2019, and "Star Wars Squadrons" which will roll out next month. I haven't been in a toy store in decades. That said, Disney certainly killed their cash cow.

I'm a huge comic book fan and appreciate that they are making movies based on comics. There are some really good storylines in comics and several deserve adaptation to the screen. I can understand your fatigue, but there were almost no superhero movies for decades. It's a money maker for studios with the young male demographic, so they're likely to keep coming.

I'm a huge fan of The Batman, so will see "Batman" when it comes out, but the film I'm most looking forward to seeing is the new adaptation of "Dune." But I probably won't see them in a theater. "A man talking sense to himself is no madder than a man talking nonsense not to himself."

Just as what makes a woman attractive is subjective, so is what someone finds unattractive. You could put entire niches of porn into the unattractive category because it doesn't appeal to you, but still those models take off their clothes and have sex for our viewing pleasure. Maybe the question "what do you find unattractive?" would be better. "A man talking sense to himself is no madder than a man talking nonsense not to himself."

rearadmiral, best of luck to you during this time of transition. Hopefully you'll be settled down soon and back to subscribing and writing reviews.

I've gone cold turkey on memberships a few times. The first time was about 2007 because I was spending waaay too much on porn and wracked up massive debts. So I took a break and paid off my debts before coming back to subscribe to only a few sites at a time. The last time was 2018-19 when I went about nine months without a membership to anything. It was kind of nice because I didn't have to check sites to see if there was anything I wanted to download. I just spent the time perusing my existing collection.

I just canceled my memberships to PJGirls and WeAreHairy, but it's because I have run out of storage space to keep downloading new material. "A man talking sense to himself is no madder than a man talking nonsense not to himself."

I omitted that losing trust votes will make it really hard from now on to judge who is a reputable member if you are a newbie. Seeing a lot of points next to someone's handle and a lot of trust votes meant you could rely on those people to write good reviews.

AdultTime has handled it well. I subscribed via GirlsWay. They've had a lot of content pre-shot and waiting for release. They've obviously slowed their release schedule to try and make it through the the pandemic, which I do not fault them for. As a network aggregator, they've been able to pull content from their channel partners, sites which I do not have subscriptions to. So there's value added there. Their partnered content is obviously curated, older stuff. But again, I do not fault them for this since they're still giving new-to-me content. They've also started innovating with remote shoots, where the performers either stream or record from home and then they edit things together (think of it as scripted porn over a Zoom/Skype interface). I've seen them also post a few compilations. Where they splice together choice clips from previously released scenes. Given the breadth of their catalog (about 60k videos) this has allowed me to find good stuff that I hadn't previously watched.

GirlfriendsFilms hasn't really missed a beat. Their main update model has been to release a newly filmed scene at regular intervals while filling in daily updates with remastered stuff from their back catalog. I still see daily updates from them, though they seem to have leaned on their back catalog a little heavier of late. I knew this was their update methodology going in, so I don't really fault them for that either. Plus, they've been shooting for 2 decades and even their older stuff is still mostly new to me.

Both examples above are working well thru COVID.

Sapphix isn't doing so well, however. They were updating at their regular schedule with SapphicErotica up through the beginning of March. Then they went a couple weeks before posting a new video on 3/18 and not again until 4/2. There were two more videos posted on 4/12 and 4/17, but then they removed them (my guess is to repost them later and pass them as net-new). Luckily, I had spotted and downloaded them before they were pulled. Most of what they had posted in March were fills from GiveMePink. Then I noticed recycled clips from GMP were getting posted. Finally, on 5/2, SE reposted an older video with a new date. 5/7 saw an SE post of a video that I believe to have been recently shot. Then there was a recycled GMP video, a recycled interview video (which then got taken down), a recycled SE video, another recycled interview video, and recently a recycled SE video. So it seems that they still don't know what to do to weather this storm as stuff gets posted and then removed among all the scene recycling.

An excellent update on the three sites you mentioned. Thanks for taking the time to share and inform us of the facts. "A man talking sense to himself is no madder than a man talking nonsense not to himself."

I've never given a site a 100 review, and would hesitate to do so. Rating a site 100 is saying that the site is perfect as it is and nothing about it could be improved, and I for one find that there can be improvement in just about every case. If there is no need for improvement (ie you got a 100 score) what would the site need to strive for? "A man talking sense to himself is no madder than a man talking nonsense not to himself."

Every system can be gamed. It's unfortunate that some bad actors were shilling for sites instead of writing honest and informative reviews, but that's going to happen. I'm not really sure what can and should be done about it.

PU has made a number of changes in the last year or two, and a lot of the quality reviewers that contributed regularly stopped reviewing or posting in the forums. Several have deactivated their accounts.

There was a sweet spot for PU a few years ago. Maybe those halcyon days are gone for good, but I still hope that the site can turn around and make the changes necessary to please the user base and get good, solid amateur reviews. I think some of the smaller porn sites are going to go under. I'm a member of PJ Girls and Adult Time right now. Adult Time probably has enough content to get through a while without impacting their release schedule much. But PJ Girls often shoots the video the same day it's released. They mentioned in a letter to members that it's becoming difficult to get models due to the coronavirus epidemic, and that they might have to cut back on release dates.

It's a matter of scale and monetary reserves. A larger company will have more members and more money, so they might weather the storm easier. The small sites will not have the resources to weather it well. "A man talking sense to himself is no madder than a man talking nonsense not to himself."

I know as a film student that in the studio era of Hollywood actions like Weinstein's were common. It was wrong then, it's still wrong now.

There's no excuse for using a position of power or influence to abuse anyone, let alone sexually assaulting someone. "A man talking sense to himself is no madder than a man talking nonsense not to himself."

Max Von Sydow was Emperor Ming in "Flash Gordon." Also the Knight in "The Seventh Seal," Jesus in "The Greatest Story Ever Told," King Osric in "Conan The Barbarian," the priest Father Merrin in "The Exorcist" and the brewmaster in the Canadian cult classic "Strange Brew" (with Rick Moranis and Dave Thomas as Bob and Doug McKenzie).

He was in a lot of great roles in movies. Even in so-called "lesser" movies he shined. His portrayal of the aged King Osric in "Conan the Barbarian" stand out as one such performance.

Truly a great actor. He will be missed. "A man talking sense to himself is no madder than a man talking nonsense not to himself."
