I'm still hanging in there.
I don't visit this site as much as I used to.
Getting old, I guess.
But still try to check in to see if there are any interesting posts.

Wishing you the very best, Wraith.

A vote for Donald Trump is a vote for Christianity.
No longer will we have to allow porn perverts to invade our living spaces.
Down with porn!
Down with perverts!

Not a joke.
Is this Donald Trump fighting to get revenge for his porn star hush money conviction?
Or just a power grab by the far right?

Project 2025: Radical Plans to Crush the Adult Entertainment Industry!

Published Jun 7, 2024

Washington D.C. – The American adult entertainment industry is facing a seismic shift if the republicans win the election! Project 2025, the ambitious initiative from the Heritage Foundation, aims to completely criminalise pornography if the Republican Party wins the 2024 presidential election. What does this mean for the industry and its millions of consumers?

Pornography Under Siege

Project 2025 seeks to strip pornography of its protection under the First Amendment. Instead, it will be classified as a form of sexual exploitation and moral deviation. This move would make the production, distribution, and consumption of pornographic content illegal.

Criminal Prosecution Looms

Producers and distributors of pornographic content could face criminal prosecution. Major studios, well-known websites, and independent producers alike could be targeted with raids, shutdowns, and severe penalties. The justice system is set to crack down on the industry with newfound vigor.

Websites and Platforms in the Crosshairs

Websites hosting or distributing pornography are at risk. They could be forced to shut down, and internet service providers might be required to block access to such sites. This crackdown would probably not change much for the rest of the world and Americans would continue access this content through VPN in other countries. However, it will erase the adult entertainment industry in the US and therefore eliminate a billion dollar economy.

Massive Financial Losses

The economic fallout would be devastating. The adult entertainment industry, which generates billions annually, could be nearly wiped out by these new laws. Thousands of US jobs – from performers to producers to technicians – are on the line. Financial losses could reach into the billions.

Driving the Industry Underground

If pornography is criminalized, production and distribution could move underground. This shift would lead to unsafe working conditions, exploitation, and a rise in illegal activities as the industry is driven into the shadows.

Personal Freedom at Risk

Consumers of pornography would also be affected. Those who continue to consume such content could face criminal charges. This represents a significant intrusion into citizens' private lives and would severely restrict personal freedom.

International Backlash and Legal Challenges

These draconian measures could draw severe international criticism and lead to numerous legal challenges. Human rights organizations and other countries might condemn the U.S. for its restrictive measures, potentially leading to international legal battles.

CONCLUSION:

Project 2025 could shake the adult entertainment industry in the U.S. to its core. The radical plans to criminalize pornography would not only have economic consequences but also profound impacts on personal freedom. The upcoming elections will determine if these drastic ideas become reality – and what that means for the future of the adult entertainment industry. The tension is mounting! Do you make house calls?

Actually, I have a couple of the removable 2 TB sandisk SSDs, which are more than enough for me.
I find that as I get older, my collecting needs are reduced.
I'm coming on to 80 years old, but still interested in porn.
LOL.

There are a lot of sites offering discounted membership prices for the 4th of July holiday.
Too many to list.
But Nubiles Porn is among those sites.
$84 for a 1 year membership.
Or $500 for a lifetime membership, if you're a big fan of the network.
(That gives you access to the Nubiles Porn network, but doesn't include the Nubile Films sites, which is a separate membership.)

Actually, most Metart sites are having an Easter sale, with the first month for $9.95, mostly going to around $20/month.

I saw one model at Erotic Beauty (part of the Metart network), named Erna, that reminds me of the Hegre model named Viktoria. Different model, but somewhat similar, as far as I can tell.

And you might want to join Erotic Beauty for one month, to look through their other models.
I think the Erotic Beauty site often features models that are not as glamorous as the Metart models, in simpler settings that might appeal to you. The models, while attractive, are not usually heavily made up.

That's just a suggestion.
Erotic Beauty is a much smaller site than Metart.
With far fewer updates.
With far fewer models.
But it's not a small site.
You have over 2,000 models.
The site focuses on photo sets.
Although there are some videos.

I'm not sure exactly what appeals to your tastes.
Do you prefer unknown models, and that increases the value of Zishy?
Actually, Zishy has been using a lot of porn professionals who appear at many different sites, although the site seems to prefer unknown models.

But what about mainstream softcore sites?
MPL Studios, Femjoy, Metart, Watch4Beauty, etc. etc., they employ some of the most beautiful women in the world.
With first rate professional photographers.
And all those sites give you a choice of at least 3 levels of definition.
Metart does use photoshopping to remove most tattoos from models, although they sometimes let one or two tattoos show on a model.
And I suppose Metart uses some photoshopping to enhance the physical appeal of a model.
But unless you are an expert in photoshopping, you won't know the model's been photoshopped, unless you see her at another site where she hasn't been photoshopped.

I don't know if any of this helps.

Do you enjoy any of the bigger softcore sites like Metart, MPL Studios, Femjoy, etc?
Or do you simply prefer smaller, lesser known sites?

Adult film star Sophia Leone dead at 26; fourth industry death in three months
By Aditi Srivastava
Mar 10, 2024 05:39 AM IST

Adult film star Sophia Leone was found dead in her apartment a week ago. The 26-year-old was reportedly found unresponsive when her family tried to connect with her over a call.
Following this incident, Mike Romero, stepfather of the deceased, released information about it on GoFundMe where Memorial funds will be raised. The case is currently under investigation; however, this has definitely sparked some debate online as more and more adult stars' deaths have come to light in the previous few months.

Last week Sophia who hails from Miami was seen active on her social media platforms where she uploaded few posts. The news came out barely two days after adult star Emily Willis, who was taken to the hospital on February 5, revealed that she has been struggling for her life while on a ventilator. "On behalf of her Mother & Family, It is with a heavy heart that I have to share the news of our beloved Sophia’s Passing. The Sudden loss of Sophia has left her family and friends devastated and in shock." Sophie’s stepfather confirmed her passing on the funding page.

"Sophia was found unresponsive in her apartment on March 1st, 2024, by her family. An investigation by local police into the cause of death is still ongoing," he added. The website described Sophia as “a beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, and friend.” Her father also shared that the actress deeply loved animals and “specifically her 3 pets.” “She enjoyed traveling and always found ways to make everyone around her smile," the statement continued.

Over the course of three months, netizens have observed a sudden rise in deaths in the adult film industry. Earlier, Kagney Lee committed suicide at just 36 years old. Her case was later handed over for investigation. Before her, in January, Jesse Jane was found dead alongside her boyfriend Brett Hasenmuller in Oklahoma, and so on.

The news came to many as a shocker. A person wrote, “First Kagney Linn Karter, now Sophia Leone and very soon Emily Willis.. my search history is slowly becoming a cemetery,” Others chimed in, “First Emily Willis and now Sophia Leone. This is what happens when you speak up and expose the porn industry. They kill you when you speak the truth.” “All these adult film stars are committing suicide, a few weeks ago Kagney Linn Karter committed suicide at the age of 36, Emily Willis overdosed a few weeks ago at the age of 25 and now Sophia Leone. “

Here's a tell-all book about Hugh Hefner.
His widow says Hefner was responsible for the poor health she is enduring.
Can she sue his estate for damages?
And for the broken dreams she has, after thinking that she would make millions of dollars by sleeping with this dirty old man?

Crystal Hefner Says Iconic Playboy Mansion Was Moldy, 'Rundown and Gross' and 'Didn’t Really Get Cleaned'

In her memoir, Hugh Hefner's widow blames the mansion for contributing to her failing health.

The Playboy Mansion in 2011

If Hogwarts decided to wear a sexy Halloween costume, it would be dressed as the Playboy Mansion. At least that’s what Crystal Hefner writes in her memoir Only Say Good Things: Surviving Playboy and Finding Myself about her first encounter with the mythical epicenter of American hedonism.

By the time Crystal, then a 21-year-old aspiring model and psychology major at San Diego State University, first crossed the threshold, the mansion was closer to Gothic horror than hip chic, she says. And a little tacky, to tell the truth.

Speaking with PEOPLE in this week's issue, the 37-year-old entrepreneur, advocate and widow of Hugh Hefner says she initially was a little bedazzled by the place, but further inspection revealed the flaws both in the man who built an empire on sexual fantasy and the building that embodied the spirit of Playboy.

After that first night that included a walk up to Hefner's bedroom where she ogled photos of famous people hanging with Hef, she took a tour around the mansion and started seeing the cracks.

She describes the sunken living rooms with their velvet couches, shag rugs, glass chandeliers and wood-paneled walls. Everything, she writes, looked expensive and a little worn around the edges. “It was like a time capsule from the ‘70s,” writes Crystal. “Like Hef had pushed pause at the height of his heyday and never unfrozen it.”

Visitors to the mansion during the Crystal years would have seen the sleazy game rooms — one blue, one red — with boxes of tissues all over the lust pits that looked like a brothel. When asked about it, Crystal recalls the area all too well. “I went in there a lot. I was always afraid to touch too many things in there because it was always open during the parties,” she tells PEOPLE. “I have no idea what happens in there.”

At first, it didn’t seem so bad to be living in a mansion. “This was a beautiful English Tudor home — and my family is from England — on five acres in the middle of LA,” Crystal says. “But over time, I saw that this place doesn’t really get cleaned that well and there’s mold. It just felt rundown and gross after a while.”

Then there was the zoo where people could see exotic creatures. It was filled with monkeys in cages and peacocks wandering the grounds. From her room, Crystal says the noise they made were like cats dying or women screaming.

“Even with the window shut, I could hear their plaintive voices in my mind. 'Help, help,’ they cawed and wailed," she writes in her memoir. “At least that’s what it sounded like to me.”

For more on Crystal Henfer, pick up the latest issue of PEOPLE, on newsstands Friday, or subscribe here.

Hefner even kept a birdcage in his bathroom that always held two lovebirds. Just not the same lovebirds because they kept dying and being replaced.

“It was all an illusion,” she says. “I don’t even know if I was ever happy there, to be honest.”

But the ultimate clue that the mansion might actually not be in the best shape was when she started getting sick. After being diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2016 and breast implant illness in 2016, her blood work suggested toxic mold exposure from the mansion, according to her memoir.

“The whole time the mansion was breaking me down, one way or another,” Crystal writes. “Now it was breaking down my health. The house was literally making me sick.”

Crystal took charge of trying to get the mansion cleaned up as Hefner agreed to let her organize his intensely cluttered home. “Everything was moldy and dusty and it was just hoarder central in the mansion,” she says.

She had come a long way from the young woman who marveled at the artwork and memorabilia she saw when she first entered the mansion. By the end, she knew it was all just a facade. "The original paintings I had been so in awe of my first night—the Picasso, the Jackson Pollock—weren’t actually real," she writes. "The house had been sold and Hef was just allowed to live there for the rest of his life."

I really wish that the PU site had two different lists posted:
-decided not to do business with list
-just not listed list

That would give us site users some kind of heads up on whether there might be problems with the site.

Just saying.

Seems like many posters have either stopped posting at the PU site, or rarely post any more.

Nice to see a familiar face pop up again.

My memory is not good (I'm in my 70s), but someone once posted at this site that, on the join page, when entering your payment information, if you enter the wrong information by 1 or 2 digits, that the page will reject your application, and, instead, will then offer you an alternate billing processor.
I haven't tried this trick myself, but the poster seemed to have used this method and it worked for him.

This was posted many years ago, so it might take an expert google search to find the original posting at the PU site.

This refers to entering your credit card information incorrectly. Either the expiry year or the account number.

There is no lack of scrumptious new models coming out every year. Some of these models are truly lovely. As attractive as any Hollywood movie star.

And then you have the models from earlier years, who, although they have retired, still have content at many porn sites.

I use indexxx.com to track some of these models, because they appear at different sites under different names. I currently follow hundreds of different models at indexxx, because they are all so attractive.

If anyone hasn't ever used this site, I highly recommend it.
A free site, and if you use it, it's much easier to follow these models. Edited on Sep 19, 2023, 01:26pm

Thought I would re-list this thread, since it's been so dis-used or forgotten.

Angels.love and Sensual.love are 2 sites from the Wow Girls (and Wow Porn and Ultra Films) managers, that are not listed at the PU site.
I'm not a member of either site, but they seem to offer the same type of excellent, glossy porn featured at Wow sites, with the same type of attractive teen models.

Whatever she says is pure bullshit.
It's just to grab attention.
Does she believe it?
Of course not.

But that's the current fashion.

It used to be that politicians were supposed to tell the truth.
They often lied, but the public believed that politicians were basically honest and truthful, working for the general public.
Not any more.
Trump is the best example of this: He's a pathological liar, and his followers ignore this.
And that's the world we live in.

News flash!!!!

Parts of Oregon are voting to secede from their state.

Presdent Donald J. Trump has voted to ratify the move, even if it means sending in Federal Troops to allow the seceding counties to leave Oregon.
Never before has the U.S.A nation faced such a crisis of confidence.

But Trump vows to make sure that all Trumpers (member of the Party to Make America Great Again) will Live Free or spend their blood and lives to fight the Deep State that is trying to bring down our great American country.

Oregon counties are voting to secede from their state

Joshua Eferighe, Keleigh Beeson, Nichole Berlie
Updated: Nov 12, 2022 / 10:53 AM CST

(NewsNation) — Call it a cultural gap, partisan divide or the classic red versus blue, but a growing number of Oregonians from the eastern and central part of the state are looking for redder pastures in Idaho.

Two counties in Oregon voted to secede from their state and join Idaho this week, in a movement called “Greater Idaho.”

“It sends a message to the Oregon legislature that you have a problem in rural Oregon,” Mike McCarter, President, of Citizens for Greater Idaho said during an appearance Friday night on NewsNation’s “Banfield.” “And if you don’t want to deal with the problem, then let us go. We feel closer to those folks that are over in Idaho, and we’re willing. We want to join with them.”

“We feel there is a large gap between the rural and urban counties in Oregon, it’s getting broader all the time. This is not a new idea, it’s been talked about for a long time, where people in eastern Oregon have felt closer to the people in Idaho than they have to the people in northwest Oregon,” McCarter said five months ago while speaking on NewsNation’s affiliate KOIN five months ago,

Many feel that Idaho is a gem, and it’s the fastest growing state in the U.S. The answer as to why these Oregonians want to move to Idaho without actually moving to Idaho is mostly a financial one: lower taxes, a cheaper cost of living, similar politics and a more conservative lifestyle.

Changing the border would need the backing of both state legislatures and Congress. So far, Idaho’s governor hasn’t backed or rejected the idea:

“They’re looking at Idaho fondly because of our strong economy, regulatory atmosphere and our values. There’s a lot that needs to happen before moving the border is within the realm of possibility,” Idaho Gov. Brad Little (R) said.
Nevada Senate race on knife’s edge as majority hangs in the balance

Moving state borders isn’t unheard of, but usually done on a smaller scale. In this proposal, 63% of Oregon’s land would become Idaho.

Organizers say the recent crime headlines out of Portland is not a reason behind their movement. Rather, it’s the population imbalance that critics argue gives liberal voices in the northwest part of the state too much power over rural areas.

“Right now the agenda that comes out of Salem is based on a majority of the population coming out of the valley, and most of rural Oregon’s issues are ignored.” McCarter said.

Votes are still being counted, but it looks like the measure has passed in both Morrow and Wheeler counties.

While the measure would take nearly two-thirds of Oregon’s land, it would only account for 10% of the state’s population.

Secession ideas are not exactly new in the United States. People in Maine and West Virginia know it can happen. The question becomes, should it happen?

Herald & News writer Mike Sunnucks also weighed in on “Banfield,” saying that redrawing state lines is not a good idea. “There’s not a lot of interest in any government to give up land, or give up people, voluntarily… Things could change. But this is not in Oregon’s best interest.”

A site about the cute virgin Masha, who's known by different names at a lot of porn sites.

It's really amazing to me how lovely Russian babes are able to keep their virginity while having numerous lesbian encounters.

Tushy and the sister sites are having a 4th of July sale:
$9.95/month for any of their sites.
Or $99.95/year.
I don't know if that includes downloads.
I've read that downloads are very limited at Tushy and sister sites, however, when downloads are included.

I just saw a join page for GirlsWay (part of the Adult Time network) that lists a full year membership at $119.40.
The reason I mention this is because the join page states that downloads are included.
That's a high price for an Adult Time membership, but it does seem to include downloads.

Anyone joining Adult Time should first contact their customer service to make sure if downloads are included in the membership.

Most join pages for Adult Time that I've seen recently, state that all memberships are streaming only (with no downloads implied, but not explicitly stated).

I haven't been active following my porn subs.
But Trump2020 pointed out that Adult Time has gone to a streaming-only model.
That's for 1 month, 1 year, 2 years, etc.
Adult Time hasn't lowered their prices for the streaming-only option, figuring that downloads, which used to be included in the 1 year and 2 year subs, won't be noticed by possible members.

Seems like a major disservice to subscribers.

I have a current sub to Adult Time, which still has downloading privileges.
But they have the right to suspend my downloading privileges, and my only recourse would be to end my membership.
I doubt I would be entitled to any refund if they decide to suspend my downloading privileges.

I suspect, if there's no blowback from Adult Time members, that other major porn sites will soon follow in the same path.

Jenna Jameson Marries Girlfriend Jessi Lawless: 'I Found the Person I Should Have Always Been With'
Marisa Sullivan
Updated June 8, 2023 at 1:07 PM

The businesswoman and former adult film star tied the knot with the 'Born Lawless' podcast host in Las Vegas on May 23.

The actress and former adult film star, 49, wed her girlfriend Jessi Lawless, 40, in an intimate Las Vegas wedding ceremony on May 23.

"I found the person that I truly should have always been with," Jameson exclusively tells PEOPLE.

"I try to go over in my mind why I ever dated or married men, and it's selfish and bad to say, but I think my driving force were children," the mom of three explains. "And now that I've really found myself, I'm just accepting of everything that I feel inside and don't shove everything down."

The newlyweds exchanged vows at Little Church of the West in Nevada, which has special meaning for Jameson, as it's the same place where her parents said "I do." The couple will throw a bigger wedding when the time is right, but for now they "run and gunned it," as Lawless describes. "Very Las Vegas."

Jameson, who plans on legally taking her wife's last name, walked down the aisle to "Ring of Fire" by Johnny Cash in a short white dress with a long veil, pink platforms and pink-dyed hair.

"My father walked Jenna down the aisle, since her father passed away," explains Lawless, who wore a black suit for the affair.

"I was standing up there waiting for her, and I looked at the back of the church and I saw her standing there. I looked at my dad and said, 'Dad, go walk Jenna down the aisle right now.'"

In lieu of an Elvis Presley impersonator, the couple enlisted a Johnny Cash look alike, who married the pair. After the ceremony, the newlyweds toured around Vegas in a neon green Lamborghini that they rented for the day.

"We went up to Red Rock [Canyon] and drove through there and took some pictures and we just hung out with our family and had fun," says Lawless.

As for how the two complement each other, Jameson, who refers to herself as "Jessi's Girl" on Instagram, says that they are "very different," but make a good team.

"I'm kind of balls to the wall and I ride the wave of my emotions," Jameson shares. "I just want what I want. And Jessi is very reserved and she thinks everything through, and so it's a good mesh for sure, because she grounds me and I set a fire under her a**."

The pair first connected last year after Jameson discovered the social media personality on TikTok and started commenting on her page. Lawless admits it took her a moment to realize who Jameson was. "I was like, 'Who is this Jenna Can't Lose?'" she recalls of reading the star's social media handle. "It's Jenna fu**ing Jameson. Oh my God."

Adds Jameson, "I was crushing on Jessi for a long time because she's quite large on TikTok and I love TikTok. I just scroll at night when I'm trying to calm down, and I just loved her perspective on things, I related to it. So I just started mass commenting her trying to get her attention, and it seemed to have worked."

Lawless explains that she had a girlfriend at the time and due to her "moral compass," did not act on any of Jameson's advances, but once the Born Lawless podcast host's previous relationship ended, she responded and the pair began dating in January. And now they've done their first official photo shoot as a married couple for Swimsuit Illustrated.

"I knew I would get what I wanted," Jameson chimes in, adding, "She was worth it. But she presented a challenge and I'm very driven when it comes to challenges, so I knew I just had to lie and wait. And she came back around."

"I was like, maybe she just wants to have some casual encounters," Lawless says. "But I'm happy that it went to a more serious level, and I've never been so comfortable with anyone."

Further expressing her love for the New York Timesbestselling author, Lawless says there is nothing like being in the "inspiring" company of Jameson, which feels like "home."

"The very second that I was in her presence, there's something about this woman, there's no words to describe the energy that she has, but the very second that I was in her presence, I was like, 'Oh, fu**. This woman was made for me.' Everything about her felt like home."

Lawless continues: "She's probably the strongest human I've ever met in my life."

After getting engaged in April, the pair decided they didn't want to wait to say "I do."

"I proposed to Jenna two months ago, and I did it in the privacy of our own bedroom," Lawless says. "We were laying in bed and we were just talking, and I had the ring, I'd had the ring for a minute, and I reached over in my bedside table and I pulled it out and walked around to her side of the bed. I got down on one knee and I told her that she was the most incredible woman that I'd ever encountered and I could think of nothing better than for her to be my wife."

Adds Jameson, "The future looks incredibly bright and I'm just so excited to be on this adventure with Jessi."

Lindsey Graham, proud American who fights for Democracy and the rights of free people, has been ordered to be arrested by Russian forces.
Can this great American stand against the forces of Russian might and help his ally Donald Trump in resisting Russian glamour? Or will Lindsey crumble and be handed over by Trump to Russia, which is led by Trump's bestest buddy Vlad Putin?
Enquiring minds want to know.

Russia issues arrest warrant for Lindsey Graham over Ukraine comments
Associated Press
Updated May 29, 2023 at 10:47 AM

MOSCOW (AP) — Russia's Interior Ministry on Monday issued an arrest warrant for U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham following his comments related to the fighting in Ukraine.

In an edited video of his meeting on Friday with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy that was released by Zelenskyy's office, Graham, a Republican from South Carolina, noted that “the Russians are dying” and described the U.S. military assistance to the country as “the best money we’ve ever spent.”

While Graham appeared to have made the remarks in different parts of the conversation, the short video by Ukraine's presidential office put them next to each other, causing outrage in Russia.

Russian President Vladiir Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov commented Sunday by saying that “it's hard to imagine a greater shame for the country than having such senators.”

The Investigative Committee, the country's top criminal investigation agency, has moved to open a criminal inquiry against Graham, and the Interior Ministry followed up by issuing a warrant for his arrest as indicated Monday by its official record of wanted criminal suspects.

Graham is among more than 200 U.S. members of Congress whom Moscow banned last year from entering Russia.

Graham commented on Twitter, saying that “to know that my commitment to Ukraine has drawn the ire of Putin’s regime brings me immense joy.”

“I will continue to stand with and for Ukraine’s freedom until every Russian soldier is expelled from Ukrainian territory,” he tweeted. “I will wear the arrest warrant issued by Putin’s corrupt and immoral government as a Badge of Honor.”

Georgia GOP Chair Goes Full Flat-Earth, Says Globes Are Part of a Conspiracy
Nikki McCann Ramirez
Wed, May 24, 2023 at 10:07 AM PDT

Kandiss Taylor, a recently elected GOP District Chair in Georgia, would like to know why Big Globe won’t stop shoving round-Earth propaganda down our throats.

In an interview with David Weiss (AKA “Flat Earth Dave”) and Matt Long on her “Jesus, Guns, and Babies” podcast, Taylor and her guests discussed biblical “evidence” that the Earth is actually flat as a pancake. “The people that defend the globe don’t know anything about the globe,” said Weiss. “If they knew a tenth of what Matt and I know about the globe they would be Flat Earthers.”

“All the globes, everywhere” Taylor said later in the discussion. “I turn on the TV, there’s globes in the background … Everywhere there’s globes. You see them all the time, it’s constant. My children will be like ‘Mama, globe, globe, globe, globe’ — they’re everywhere.”

“That’s what they do, to brainwash,” she added. “For me if it’s not a conspiracy. If it is real, why are you pushing so hard everywhere I go? Every store, you buy a globe, there’s globes everywhere. Every movie, every TV show, news media — why? More and more I’m like, it doesn’t make sense.”

Outside of promoting crackpot conspiracies about the Earth’s shape, Taylor is a firm believer that the 2020 election was fraudulently stolen from Donald Trump.
Taylor implemented the Trumpian playbook after her own failed 2022 bid for Georgia’s governorship. Despite only winning 3.7 percent of the vote in the Republican primary compared to Gov. Brian Kemp’s 73.7 percent, Taylor refused to concede her election loss, claiming the race had been “rigged.” No such claims were made after her successful run for GOP Chair of Georgia’s 1st District in April.

Money Shot: The Pornhub Story drops Wednesday, March 15 on Netflix.

Netflix's 'Money Shot' examines 2020 Pornhub scandal: 'I wanted to tell all sides,' says director
"There are voices missing from this story of the largest porn platform — and it's the people whose backs the company profits off of," explains Suzanne Hillinger.

When you scroll through Netflix's new releases on Wednesday, there's a title that's sure to catch your eye: Money Shot: The Pornhub Story. The documentary, simply put, looks at the success and scandals of Pornhub, the world's largest porn website.

"We knew going into making this film that there was going to be a built-in audience for people who use Pornhub on a regular basis, whether they admit it or not. Or people who are just curious: 'What is a documentary about the porn industry doing on Netflix?'" director Suzanne Hillinger tells Yahoo Entertainment. "I think it felt like a great responsibility to tell a really honest and nuanced story to not continue the oversimplification or sensationalization of porn performers and porn in general — which often happens movies about the industry. We wanted to sort of lure an audience in and then teach them some things."

Those "things" are a lot more dense than its title suggests, though.

Money Shot begins by examining Pornhub's rise online that coincided with the rise of social media. The porn platform completely changed how adult entertainment is made and distributed, and, for more than a decade, the company thrived despite its typical anti-porn detractors. But in December 2020 the website, a money-making machine with little moderation, faced its first serious blow.

Journalist Nicholas Kristof wrote an op-ed for the New York Times accusing Pornhub's parent company, MindGeek, of sex-trafficking and alleged the website featured thousands of child pornography and rape videos. The article, titled "The Children of Pornhub," featured interviews with victims who detailed how Pornhub would not take down non-consensual content they flagged multiple times. And if a video was taken down, an unverified user could just repost it again within hours. The cycle continued. Within days of the publication of the Times article, Visa and Mastercard suspended its credit card services with Pornhub, sending a ripple effect across the platform. Pornhub quickly changed its policies to ban unverified uploads and disabled more than 10 million videos. But when Hillinger read the op-ed two years ago, she was surprised "that only two porn performers were quoted in the piece."

"I just thought there are voices missing from this story about the largest porn platform — and it's the people whose backs the company profits off of. So, I really wanted to tell the story of Pornhub, mostly through the lens of people making consensual pornography, because I just felt like it was really missing from the conversation," she adds.

Money Shot features interviews with porn stars like Cherie DeVille, Siri Dahl and Gwen Adora, who talk about how they were effected by the scandal and wider-spread implications. Hillinger interviewed porn performers "who had really been financially impacted" by the backlash in 2020, but found it difficult to get lesser-known creators to speak on the record.

"The folks really depending on Pornhub to pay rent, to keep a roof over their head, to provide income, to pay for children or education or whatever — they were really financially vulnerable people and it actually felt quite dangerous for them to participate in the film," Hillinger says. "I had conversations with people that they were like, 'I don't think I can control my face in your documentary because I could lose my apartment.'"

DeVille and other porn performers believe the war on Pornhub is a façade, and that this is really a war on the legal sex work industry. The documentary touches on how far-right Christian groups are behind some of the anti-sex trafficking campaigns with the purpose of dismantling the porn industry under the guise of "let's save the women and save the children." If they cared about sex-trafficking, the performers say, then these groups should go after tech companies like Facebook and Twitter. However, Money Shot addresses the other side of the argument: Pornhub had a total lack of moderation that led to the website distributing non-consensual material, sometimes of minors.

"I always wanted to tell all sides," Hillinger explains, "and let an audience decide for themselves."

Hillinger adds, "I think porn is one of the most polarizing topics on earth and people have their own opinions about it, if it's good or bad. They have their own opinions about that as work and I really just wanted to present all angles of the story and let an audience grapple with it, face their own biases and figure out how they feel about the story now having heard it from all sides. Because there's not a clear takeaway and that was always really important for me. There's no narration in the film and that's really intentional because I just didn't wanna have any kind of voice of God being like 'and this is what you should think about the story.' I just wanted everyone to sort of share their own, their own take on it."

Hillinger hopes viewers get two main takeaways from the documentary.

"That sex work is work and the people who create pornographic content, many of them do it consensually and ethically. They own their material and they come up with their own ideas and they consent. They are doing jobs. They're content makers, much like people who make viral videos on Instagram," she says. "These are their jobs, jobs that they're passionate about, that they love to do, that there is an audience for. The fact that they can support themselves on this work should give so much relevancy and credibility to that."

Hillinger also hopes viewers understand "there's so much that needs to be done by platforms that rely on user-generated content to create profit."

"Moderation is a complicated thing and you need highly skilled moderators. I think when people say like, 'Oh, you know, the internet is Pandora's box and once you open it like it's the wild, wild west.' Well the internet was created by people and there are smart people who still are writing code and creating software. Surely, there's a much safer world that we can have without censoring free speech," she concludes. "And it's going to be really complicated. I would hope that this is an issue that once people realize it's an internet problem, not a porn problem, it can maybe be taken much more seriously and sort of holistically."

This is terrible. A famous actress has revealed that "TV is not real."
The actress is Sarah Michelle Gellar, who rose to fame playing the title character in the TV series: Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Does this mean that the valuable life lessons I've learned from watching porn are also not real?

My world is crushing me!

Sarah Michelle Gellar Recalls McDonald's Suing Her at Age 5 Over Burger King Commercial

Glenn Garner
Mon, February 6, 2023 at 6:13 PM PST

Sarah Michelle Gellar found herself in the middle of the fast food war at a young age.

The Wolf Pack star, 45, recalled landing in legal hot water at 5 years old as she discussed her career with Buzzfeed UK and reminisced about a Burger King commercial she did long before playing Buffy Summers.

"This is really funny. This was this big campaign that I did for Burger King and I was 5," Gellar recounted. "And I was the first person to say another competitor's name in a job, and so McDonald's turned around and sued the advertising agency, Burger King and me at 5."

A spokesperson for McDonald's did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.

"But what I really remember was I didn't eat a lot of fast food at the time, and when we were there, I just wanted a burger," she continued. "I was so excited because my mom said that I could have the burger.

"And what I learned on that day is that when they make the burgers for commercials, they glue each seed on it to make it look all perfect and beautiful, and then they shellac it, and they paint it. You guys, TV is not real," said Gellar.

Although she said "banned is a strong word," Gellar previously noted in a 2004 interview with Sunday Express that she "wasn't allowed to eat" at McDonald's during the lawsuit.

"It was tough because, when you're a little kid, McDonald's is where all your friends have their birthday parties, so I missed out on a lot of apple pies," Gellar said told the outlet.

Gellar later made her breakout performance in the starring role on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, which ran for seven seasons from 1997 to 2003, the first five on The WB and the last two on UPN. She spoke about the finale's 20th anniversary during an appearance last month on The Graham Norton Show.

"People love to remind me that it [has been] 20 years," Gellar said. "I love that people still reference it — but I don't need the actual date and passage of time so people realize how old I am!"

'Euphoria' star Chloe Cherry Facing Theft Charge for Allegedly Stealing $28 Blouse

Chloe Cherry has been charged with misdemeanor retail theft over an alleged incident that took place in December.

According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the Euphoria actress and OnlyFans model, 25, was charged last Monday, Jan. 23.

TMZ reported that she's accused of stealing a blouse from a local store in her Lancaster, Pennsylvania, hometown, but the star's rep denied the claims.

While an attorney for Cherry did not have a comment — and her rep did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request — her rep told TMZ: "In December, there was confusion over a blouse that wasn't properly charged to my client's credit card."

The alleged theft reportedly took place at the Building Character shopping center, where a witness told TMZ that she took a $28 blouse into a dressing room before leaving without paying, despite paying for other items with a credit card.

When police got involved, the witness said Cherry admitted she took the blouse and returned it to the officer, but the performer's rep denied that claim to TMZ, saying: "In no way did she 'admit' to taking the blouse, since that was not the case. This story seems to be more about a local store trading on a celebrity's name more than anything else."

Lancaster City Bureau of Police and the arresting officer did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.

Louisiana residents will now need a government ID to access porn online
Mariella Moon
January 4, 2023, 6:53 PM

We're now in the first week of 2023, and that means different things for different people, such as taking another stab at a New Year's resolution that's been on the list forever or getting started on a plan to reach a goal before the year ends. For Louisiana residents, it also means having to verify their ages if they want to access porn online.

A new state law went into effect on January 1st, requiring websites containing "a substantial portion" of "material harmful to minors" to ask users to prove that they're 18 or older. "Substantial portion," according to the new law, is more than 33.3 percent of a website's content. As Gizmodo notes, Pornhub, Youporn and Redtube have already started asking visitors to verify their age.

Websites that host content that can be considered porn have to implement "reasonable age verification methods," including asking users to present a government-issued ID or a digitized form of it. Pornhub, Youporn and Redtube had chosen to ask visitors to prove their age by using their LA Wallet app, which is the state's digital wallet app for drivers licenses. A video posted on Twitter shows how Pornhub uses the app to check for a user's age.

In the document detailing the law, its authors said: "Due to advances in technology, the universal availability of the internet, and limited age verification requirements, minors are exposed to pornography earlier in age. Pornography contributes to the hyper sexualization of teens and prepubescent children and may lead to low self-esteem, body image disorders, an increase in problematic sexual activity at younger ages, and increased desire among adolescents to engage in risky sexual behavior. Pornography may also impact brain development and functioning, contribute to emotional and medical illnesses, shape deviant sexual arousal, and lead to difficulty in forming or maintaining positive, intimate relationships, as well as promoting problematic or harmful sexual behaviors and addiction."

Speaking to TechCrunch, Olivia Snow, sex worker and research fellow at UCLA's Center for Critical Internet Inquiry, described the need for verification to access porn as "surveillance." She also said that it can harm LGBTQ populations in extreme cases: "As homophobia and transphobia — especially homophobia in the context of porn — is rising, I could totally see the state zeroing in on people consuming gay porn, or lesbian porn, and either surveilling them further or criminalizing that." Critics are also raising security and privacy concerns about having to present IDs to access porn online even if Pornhub promises that one's "proof of age does not allow anyone to trace [their] online activity."

I can't remember the exact details of the trick. but the idea was to enter the credit card details but to make an error in in-putting the credit card number, or the date it expires. You make the error, and the screen usually changes to a different biller.

Separately, I've been billed by Gamma Entertainment for many years. They use a single biller that appears to use different names.

I've never had a problem with Gamma Entertainment billers.

But I think Pink Panther doesn't like them, because he's had a problem with them about subscriptions. Again, don't remember what the exact problem was for him, but if you look through the PU site, he has complained about Gamma support messing up his subscriptions, or maybe it was about a billing problem.

But I've never had a problem with Gamma billing.
And their support team is first rate:
They have a live chat that is 24/7, and usually answers within a minute or two.

I can't recognize Rocco Siffredi with his clothes on.
Also, he looks older in this photo.
Did he suddenly age, or was I just watching videos he made from years ago?

The driver drove into an Apple store in Massachusetts at a high speed.
Claims his foot got caught on the accelerator.
One person died in the crash, and 20 others were injured.
The driver faces up to five years behind bars if convicted of reckless homicide, and up to two years on misdemeanor operation of a car.
He killed one man, injured 20 others, and the max penalty, if convicted, is 5 years in prison?
People stealing less than $100 have been sent to prison for 20 years or more.

Driver charged in deadly Apple store crash says his foot got caught on accelerator
NBC Universal
David K. Li
November 22, 2022, 12:39 PM

The Massachusetts motorist accused of plowing into an Apple store at a “consistent high rate of speed” told police his foot got caught on the accelerator and he couldn't brake in time to avoid the deadly crash, officials said Tuesday.

Bradley Rein, 53, made his first appearance in Hingham District Court, where Judge Heather Bradley ordered the defendant held in lieu of $100,000 bond and told him not to drive if he posts bail.

He's been charged with felony reckless homicide by motor vehicle and misdemeanor operation of a car, stemming from Monday morning's crash in Hingham, which is about 16 miles southeast of downtown Boston.
Police respond to the scene of a crash inside an Apple Store in Hingham, Mass., on Nov. 21, 2022. (Steven Senne / AP)

Kevin Bradley, a 65-year-old Wayne, New Jersey resident, was killed and at least 20 people were injured, officials said.

"While driving in the area of Barnes & Noble, Mr. Rein states his right foot became stuck on the accelerator and his vehicle accelerated," according to a court document.

"Mr. Rein stated he used his left foot to try to brake but was unable to stop the vehicle and the vehicle crashed through the front of the Apple Store. Mr Rein stated everything happened fast."

Rein told investigators he had no medical issues that would've impaired his driving, and his breathalyzer test showed no trace of alcohol, the court document said.

His 2019 Toyota 4Runner crashed through the store's glass front, went through the sales floor before finally coming to rest against the back wall, Plymouth County Assistant District Attorney David Cutshall told the court.

"Investigators interviewed witnesses and viewed surveillance video which appeared to show the dark colored SUV traveling at a consistent high rate of speed down the travel lane and directly into the Apple store," Cutshall said.

He had no connection to anyone in the store, according to defense attorney Alison King, who had asked for bail to be set at $20,000. The defendant's lawyer didn't challenge any of facts of the case as stated by prosecutors in court.

The unemployed software salesman has lived in Massachusetts for 30 years and has long ties to the community, according to King, who repeatedly called Monday's tragedy "an unfortunate accident."

"As he explained, his foot got stuck on the accelerator — as he explained to me, it was kind of between the accelerator pedal and the side and his foot got stuck," King said. "He tried to move his foot to get it unstuck. He also tried to brake with his other foot while he was doing that, but he was unable to. It's just really unfortunate."

Rein has a clean criminal record, though he was charged with alleged driving under the influence in Vermont in December, 2020. But that case was later expunged, lawyers on both sides said.

The defendant's next court date is set for Dec. 22.

He faces up to five years behind bars if convicted on the top count, a Plymouth County District Attorney's spokeswoman said, and up to two years on the misdemeanor.

My Pervy Family
$5 per month, streaming only.
Downloads come with a higher priced membership.

But there is a My Pervy Family channel in Adult Time.
That has most of the My Pervy Family content.
And, depending on your Adult Time membership, you might have full downloading privileges.
So normally, it's better to join Adult Time instead of My Pervy Family directly, because Adult Time has most of the My Pervy Family content plus the downloads are included.
And, normally, My Pervy Family memberships don't include downloads.
Except I've seen some My Pervy Family memberships recently, that do include download privileges.

You can join Adult Time for less than $100 yearly.
Which is the best bargain in porn today, or among the best bargains.
I've joined Adult Time for around $63/year, for several years now.
Technically, I did not join Adult Time, I joined 21 Sextury, which gives me access to all of Adult Time.
With full downloading privileges. Edited on Nov 19, 2022, 09:30pm

I'm seeing a couple of special offers from Mr Skin.
For $1, you get one month access to:
Mr Skin
Mr Skin-Analized
Tushy Raw

Tushy Raw is normally around $30/month.
You can find specials for $15 for the first month.

But $1 to get 30 days to Mr Skin, Mr Skin-Analized, and Tushy Raw seems like a great deal.

Another offer from Mr Skin:
$2.99 for 30 days access to
Mr Skin
Mr Skin Analized
Playboy Plus

I think that Mr Skin is included in the second offer, but I'm not positive.

You should be able to find these offers if you use the PU link to the Mr Skin site.

There are lots of discounts at porn sites being given.
I've seen Metart and Sexart (both major standalone sites) for $5 for the first month.

Along with other discounts. But not a lot at the $5 for the first month.

Look around. You might find something interesting or worthwhile.

Randy Kaufman, caught with his pants down and, allegedly, stroking a stiff dick, apologized to the cop who arrested him.
The man is running for the governing board of the Maricopa County Community College District.
In a statement about his suspended campaign, Randy Kaufman didn’t address the arrest, but said he “will never stop fighting to protect the United States Constitution and the values that make America the greatest country in the world.”
So no matter what happens, you can rely on the GOP to make America great again, in the immortal words of Dangle Trump.

Arizona GOP Candidate Arrested For Allegedly Masturbating In Truck Near Preschool

A GOP candidate running for an Arizona college district’s governing board was arrested on a charge of public sexual indecency after an officer allegedly caught him masturbating in his truck near a preschool.

Randy Kaufman was arrested Oct. 4 but suspended his campaign Tuesday following media reports of his arrest. Kaufman is running for the governing board of the Maricopa County Community College District, and was allegedly caught masturbating by the county’s community college police.

“I fucked up,” Kaufman told an officer during his arrest, according to a police report.

The report says the incident began when an officer with the Maricopa County Community Colleges Police approached Kaufman’s parked vehicle and saw the man with his pants down.

“[Kaufman] appeared to be looking at a cell phone in one hand,” the police report said. “I immediately became alarmed as I saw [Kaufman] had his pants down mid-thigh and was exposed showing his fully erect nude penis. [Kaufman] was manipulating his genitals in a masturbatory manner.”

The officer said Kaufman didn’t seem to notice the officer at first, but that Kaufman was in view of a nearby bicyclist and a preschool where children were playing outside. When confronted, the officer said, Kaufman apologized for the act.

“I’m sorry,” Kaufman said, according to the report. “I fucked up. I’m really stressed.”

Kaufman, who told police he worked as an officer with the Arizona Department of Corrections for 27 years, said he didn’t know there was a preschool just feet away, according to the report.

“Are you going to put that in the report?” the officer said Kaufman asked.

“Don’t you see how alarming that is?” the officer responded, according to the report. “That there are children nearby, people passing on bikes and in cars where they can look and see what you are doing?”

In a Facebook post from May, Kaufman said he wanted “our children protected [from] the progressive left.”

Kaufman was charged with public sexual indecency, but 12News in Phoenix reported that Kaufman could also face a possible felony charge because of his proximity to the preschool.

Despite the charge, the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office said it’s too late for Kaufman’s name to be removed from the ballot, and some people have already voted early.

In a statement about his suspended campaign, Kaufman didn’t address the arrest, but said he “will never stop fighting to protect the United States Constitution and the values that make America the greatest country in the world.”

Kaufman did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Prosecutors say Michael Avenatti should get 17 years in prison for fraud scheme

LOS ANGELES — Convicted criminal and disgraced lawyer Michael Avenatti should serve 17½ years in prison after he pleaded guilty to bank fraud and tax offenses in California this year, federal prosecutors said Tuesday.

The recommendation was included in a 303-page sentencing memo filed by the U.S. attorney's office for Central California.

The sentence would run consecutively with a four-year sentence handed down in a separate case in New York involving former adult film actor Stormy Daniels.

Avenatti, who once represented Daniels, was found guilty in February of stealing $300,000 of the $800,000 advance Daniels was paid for her book “Full Disclosure,” which included details about an affair she says she had with Donald Trump before he was president.

In the California case, Avenatti admitted pocketing millions of dollars that belonged to clients and lying to them about it, prosecutors said when he pleaded guilty in June.

As the owner of Global Baristas US LLC, which operated Tully’s Coffee, Avenatti admitted to keeping $5 million in payroll taxes.

A sentencing memo filed by a lawyer for Avenatti asked for a maximum prison term of three years followed by three years of supervised release.

The memo acknowledged that Avenatti impeded the IRS and “misappropriated monies due four of his legal clients, misled them repeatedly, and violated their trust.” But Avenatti should be “treated and sentenced based on his life as a whole across the last 51 years, not his notoriety,” the filing added.

Sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 7.

In a separate case, Avenatti was convicted in February 2020 of extortion and other crimes after he threatened to ruin Nike’s reputation unless it agreed to pay him and his client millions of dollars. He was sentenced to 2½ years in prison.

Andrew Blankstein reported from Los Angeles and Tim Stelloh from Alameda, California.

Brett Favre made pitch for welfare funds.
Favre is supposed to be worth 100 million dollars, but he needs money from the Mississippi Welfare Department to build tennis courts for the needy, and to help improve lives of high school and college athletes, who are more deserving of the money than welfare dependents.
"I only want to help people, my people," Fake News reports Favre screaming.
"I go to McDonald's because I can't afford Starbucks prices. Give me a few hundred million, and I can then afford Starbucks and other fine restaurants", screams Favre, who sacrificed his life playing football for good old Mississippi.

Pharma company linked to Brett Favre made pitch for welfare funds

NFL Hall of Famer Brett Favre hosted Mississippi officials at his home in January 2019, where an executive for a pharmaceutical company Favre invested in solicited nearly $2 million in state welfare funds, according to pitch materials obtained by CBS News.

A document distributed at the January 2, 2019 meeting describes plans to secure money from the state's Department of Human Services, which operates Mississippi's welfare program. The pitch was led by Jacob VanLandingham, then the CEO of pharmaceutical company Prevacus, which was attempting to develop a concussion drug.

The effort to infuse a for-profit business venture with money intended for some of the neediest families in the nation is the latest development in a welfare fraud investigation that has been swirling around the famed quarterback, a Mississippi native, and former state officials.

Former federal prosecutor Brad Pigott, who investigated the transactions for the state, told CBS News the agreement between the state and Prevacus was "an egregious betrayal, both of the poor and of the law."

The meeting at Favre's Mississippi home was not his first interaction with state officials about the company. One month earlier, text messages first reported by Mississippi Today appear to show the former NFL quarterback personally lobbied then-governor Phil Bryant. The news site reported that VanLandingham offered Bryant stock in the company, and Bryant agreed to accept it after leaving office.

"It's 3rd and long and we need you to make it happen!!" Favre wrote to the governor, according to Mississippi Today.

"I will open a hole," Bryant replied, a reference to the work of a football offensive lineman. Favre later updated Bryant after Prevacus began receiving state funds, according to Mississippi Today.

Eric Herschmann, an attorney for Favre, said in an interview with CBS News that state officials, including Bryant, never told Favre that the money Bryant would provide would be derived from welfare funds. Herschmann pointed out that Bryant had previously served as Mississippi state auditor, leading the department that oversees public funds.

"He knew who all the parties were involved. If there was an issue about these funds not being used, or unable to be used, he should have been the first one that stood up and said something," said Herschmann. "He never said anything to Brett Favre, nor did anyone else ever tell him that this was restricted welfare funds."

On January 19, 2019, VanLandingham and Zach New, an executive for a nonprofit tasked with doling out Temporary Assistance for Needy Families welfare funds, signed a contract for $1.7 million promising Mississippi that, in return for the money, it would have the "first right of refusal for clinical trial sites" in a future study phase described as "1B." New and his mother Nancy entered guilty pleas to state and federal charges related to bribery and fraud stemming from their work for the nonprofit Mississippi Community Education Center.

Months later, VanLandhingman asked a state welfare official for the money in a text message exchange, a screenshot of which was obtained by CBS News.

"We would love 784k," VanLandingham wrote to an employee associated with the nonprofit.

"Jake, you cannot even imagine the word stress for us right now! At any rate, we can send 400k today. I will need to let Brett (Favre) know that we will need to pull this from what we were hoping to help him with on other activities. 😩," the employee replied, before also asking for "status reports."

VanLandingham replied, "Thx sister. Can we stay in line to get the other 380k ? I Ly (sic) you guys."

Pigott is a former U.S. attorney who investigated the transactions while representing the state in a civil lawsuit seeking millions from dozens of people and companies, including Favre and Prevacus.

Pigott said Favre "was the largest single outside investor" in Prevacus when it received the state grant.

"Both Federal and Mississippi law required 100% of that money to go only to the alleviation of poverty within Mississippi and the prevention of teenage pregnancies," said Pigott, who said Prevacus ultimately received $2.1 million.

And Pigott said the grant has so far failed to live up to its promise. "They did not, as we understand it" run clinical trials of Prevacus in Mississippi, Pigott said.

Prevacus was purchased in 2021 by Nevada-based Odyssey Group International, where VanLandingham is now an executive vice president. In September, the company completed its Phase 1 clinical trial. The study was done in Australia, according to National Institutes of Health records and a September 2021 press release. The company said in a separate press release five days ago that it is moving onto Phase 2 trials.

An attorney for VanLandingham said in a letter to CBS News that VanLandingham and Prevacus were "never aware that the money received was sourced by TANF funds or that it was earmarked to help welfare recipients."

The attorney, George Schmidt II, said VanLandingham is currently identifying potential sites for the next clinical trial, "which includes sites in Mississippi per the contract."

Favre has previously acknowledged soliciting state funds for a volleyball stadium at his alma mater, the University of Southern Mississippi, where his daughter was on the team. Favre also repaid more than $1 million in speaking fees, for speeches that were never delivered and radio spots, paid for from the Mississippi welfare fund.

Favre said in a statement to CBS News that "I have been unjustly smeared in the media. I have done nothing wrong, and it is past time to set the record straight."

"No one ever told me, and I did not know, that funds designated for welfare recipients were going to the University or me. I tried to help my alma mater USM, a public Mississippi state university, raise funds for a wellness center. My goal was and always will be to improve the athletic facilities at my university," Favre said.

Neither Favre nor VanLandingham has been charged with any crime.

An earlier version of this article incorrectly stated that then-governor Phil Bryant was among state officials in a Jan. 2, 2019 meeting at Brett Favre's home. The story has been updated.

Biden warns there will be 'consequences' for Saudi Arabia after oil production cut

Scroll back up to restore default view.

President Biden warned Tuesday that Saudi Arabia would face "consequences" after OPEC+ last week announced the biggest cut in oil production since the start of the coronavirus pandemic.

Senior Democrats on Capitol Hill have condemned the decision by Saudi Arabia, the de facto leader of the oil-producing alliance, to reduce the global supply of petroleum. Higher oil prices are seen as helping Russia, the world's second-largest oil exporter, finance its war in Ukraine.

"There’s going to be some consequences for what they’ve done with Russia," Biden said of Saudi Arabia in an interview with CNN's Jake Tapper. “I’m not going to get into what I’d consider and what I have in mind. But there will be — there will be consequences.”

The president indicated Congress will act when it is back in session after the midterm elections.

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said at a briefing earlier Tuesday that the U.S. would reassess its relationship with Saudi Arabia following OPEC+'s "decision to align their energy policy with Russia’s war."

"We need to kind of reassess and have a different relationship with Saudi Arabia," she said, adding that the White House will review its policies in the coming weeks and months.

Asked by Tapper whether it's time for the U.S. to rethink its relationship with Saudi Arabia, Biden said, "Yes."

Sen. Bob Menendez, D-N.J., who chairs the Foreign Relations Committee, called on the Biden administration Monday to "immediately freeze" U.S. cooperation with Saudi Arabia.

OPEC+’s announcement that it will reduce production by 2 million barrels a day came shortly after Russian President Vladimir Putin renewed nuclear threats he initially made when Russia invaded Ukraine in February.

Putin warned of using nuclear weapons late last month in a televised national address in which his defense minister announced the call-up of 300,000 reservists after Russia's military forces suffered severe setbacks on the battlefield in Ukraine.

In blunt remarks at a Democratic fundraiser last week, Biden said there has been a “direct threat” of nuclear weapons’ being used for the first time since the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis, “if, in fact, things continue down the path they are going.”

Asked Tuesday how the U.S. would respond if Putin follows through on his threat to use weapons of mass destruction, Biden told CNN that the Defense Department had discussed the possibility.

"There’s been discussions on that, but I’m not going to get into that," Biden said. "It would be irresponsible of me to talk about what we would or wouldn’t do."

He also suggested it was unwise of Putin to raise the specter of nuclear weapons.

"I don’t think he will" use them, Biden said. "But I think that it's irresponsible for him to talk about it."

John Bolton says the U.S. needs to make it clear that Putin is 'signing a suicide note' if he uses nuclear weapons.
I'm not sure why the U.S. needs to wait for Putin.
Why not get rid of this dangerous leader already? Hasn't he caused enough death of innocent lives already?

John Bolton says the U.S. needs to make it clear that Putin is 'signing a suicide note' if he uses nuclear weapons

Bolton said the U.S. needs to make it clear that Putin will be eliminated if he uses nuclear weapons.

Putin is "signing a suicide note" if he orders the use of nukes, Bolton said.

He mentioned Iranian general Qassem Soleimani as an example of what happens to "a threat to the US."

Former national security adviser John Bolton says the U.S. should make it clear that it would eliminate Russian President Vladimir Putin if he were to order the use of nuclear weapons.

On Tuesday, Bolton called into British radio station LBC's "Tonight with Andrew Marr." When Marr asked Bolton to weigh in on what the U.S., NATO, and the West should do if Putin were to use nuclear weapons, Bolton said the focus should be on deterring Putin from using nuclear weapons, rather than on what to do in retaliation.

We need to make clear if Putin were to order the use of a tactical nuclear weapon, he would be signing a suicide note. And I think that's what it may take to deter him if he gets into extreme circumstances.John Bolton

However, Bolton also said he did not rule out the possibility of Putin using nuclear weapons if Russian forces collapsed in Ukraine, or if Putin found himself "in really dire straits, politically, inside Russia." He added that the US should be clear that it would "levy responsibility" on the person who ordered a nuclear strike.

"We need to make clear if Putin were to order the use of a tactical nuclear weapon, he would be signing a suicide note," Bolton said. "And I think that's what it may take to deter him if he gets into extreme circumstances."

"But without being silly about this, we can't reach him. We can't get him," Marr said, responding to Bolton's suggestion that Putin be "held accountable" for ordering a nuclear strike.

"I don't agree that we can't get him. And I think he knows that," Bolton said.

"You can ask Qassem Soleimani in Iran what happens when we decide somebody is a threat to the United States," Bolton added. Soleimani was an Iranian general who fought the US for years and was killed in a US air strike in 2020.

Fighting in Ukraine has escalated again after missile strikes from Russia hit multiple Ukrainian cities, including the country's capital, Kyiv, on Monday morning. This attacks came after the Kerch Strait Bridge, a key supply line between Russia and Crimea, was bombed on Saturday. Ukraine has hinted it was responsible for the blast, which Putin labeled a Ukrainian terrorist attack.

In late September, Putin announced Russia would be annexing four regions of Ukraine following sham referendums organized by pro-Russian separatists in the four occupied regions. Military experts speculate that Putin may use nuclear weapons, interpreting these annexations as a sign that Putin is committing to an eventual escalation.

In a CBS interview aired on October 2, CIA Director William Burns said it was difficult to tell whether Putin was bluffing about his willingness to use nuclear weapons. In a podcast aired on Wednesday, former CIA Moscow station chief Rolf Mowatt-Larssen said it would be irresponsible for Western leaders to think of Putin's threats as "bluster" and saber-rattling, because the Russian leader may come to a point where he sees nuclear weapons as his "only good option."
