Here's what I did find in the privacy section: "TheBestPorn.com is a product of Ranks.com, Inc., a Nevada Corporation." The state of Nevada site at www.nvsos.gov shows it as a for profit corporation.

And how would anyone "understand" how you operate? Like where does it say anywhere on the site whether or not there is compensation paid? I have looked and can't find any statement one way or the other. Maybe you can point it out. If the site does not get compensation for its reviews, how does it support itself and pay its costs?

The virtual cards are a great idea: a unique card number issued for a one time use. Bank of America has them but you can only use them via your regular card. The most ideal situation to access this well documented scam site would to use a pre-paid debit card with a very small amount of money on it which also has the virtual card element, that is a unique card number that can only be used once. A few years ago there was such a debit card, don't recall the name, but now I don't think there is any pre-paid debit card that issues unique card numbers for one time use. I would caution against using any regular card with this site, they billed my account even months after I cancelled and as others have documented, if you subscribe to any of their sites, you get a screen that shows vids for all their sites and if you click on any of those vids you are automatically signed up for each extra site for $30.00 per month without any warning or notice so you won't even know to cancel it until after the charge for the unintended site hits your credit card account.

I wouldn't call it an "annoyance" when I click on an icon inside the members area for which I have paid to access, only to find out when I get my credit card bill that I "subscribed" to some additional and unintended site. I would call it a fraud. The site gives you no warning that you are about the "subscribe" to an additional site. That technique is an exception to the industry norm and a deception. The site takes your credit card info for the site you truly did subscribe to and uses it to bill you for additional sites to which you did not subscribe but were tricked into "joining" with no fair warning. You cannot subscribe to any Bangbros site without the risk that you will get charged for other sites that you did not actually authorize.

Yes, and it will "re-occur" whether you cancel it or not. Read all the complaints they have.

Right now, Bang Bros is featured on TBP home page with a rating of 90 yet, there are loads of scam billing complaints on this very same site. I guess scam billing is not an element of a site's rating. It should be. Apparently, the more important issue is whether TBP gets its commission checks for the referrals of its users.

Its very dangerous. If you subscribe to any of their sites and merely click on the wrong picture, you automatically "subscribe" to some other site for about $30 a month, without any warning.

BLACKED's Reply
Stanley,
On October 5, 2014, at 8:52 PM, as you requested in your public reply on BPU,I forwarded to you via email your June 22, 2014 email in which you promised me a refund because the Blacked.com site did not work.
Its now October 14, 2014 and I have not heard from you nor have I received a refund. You promised me a refund via email when I complained that the site did not work, you never made the refund, and ignored three subsequent written requests. Then when I let other users know about your site's business practices, you asked for a second (or should I say fourth)chance to honor your promise. Yet you have done nothing. I don't think this is an oversight on your part, I think your site engages in deceptive practices.

Yea, right. Here's your email of June 22, 2014:
"We apologize for the problems you are continuing to experience and have sent this refund request to our payment processor.
I will follow-up once the refund has processed.
Best Regards,
Stanley W."
Its been three months and I never got the refund. Nor did Stanley W. respond to my three subsequent emails inquiring about the missing refund. But maybe you are a different Stanley W.
So now you want me to start over again and start a new ticket? Been there done that, and it didn't work. You promised a refund, because your site didn't work, ignored three subsequent emails and now that its publicly posted you want engage in the charade of offering to "help me out with" my refund, I don't think so. Don't want to find out about your "great technical improvements" or your updates which limited and repetitive. Thanks for the big ripoff.

Yes, and its not just the new sets. Brazzers removed the screen caps from the entire site, including the prior sets that already had screen caps posted, without prior notice to their customers. And its a big loss because sometimes the screen caps were better than the regular pics, they often captured the action beautifully and were more exciting than the posed pics. Pornographers are some of the worst businessmen on earth. It takes little effort to make and post the screen caps and it adds lots of value for the customers but most sites don't do it. If they would just look around the internet at how customers are using their product, lets say tumblr or imagefap or anywhere they would see users making their own screen caps which are sometimes wildly popular judging from the number of downloads on tumblr, for example. But yet the producers either won't make the effort to add this value or like Brazzers, stop adding it. There are published reports attributing the financial collapse of the porn biz to tube sites and other free postings but that's not entirely true, its their own lack of attention to what their customers want.

For extra protection, you can get a pre-paid visa card, like green dot, at many convenience stores, and use it for internet billing purposes only, reserving your traditional credit card for use with trusted vendors only i.e. not porn sites. They charge about $5.00 per month service fee for the pre-paid cards. If you get in a bad situation with improper billing by an internet vendor, you can cancel the pre-paid card without interfering with your traditional card.

Welcome to the world of internet fraud! Porn sites are being devastated financially by all the free posts available on the tube sites, tumblr and the like so they resort to increasingly deceptive sales strategies like pre-checked sales of unwanted items and time-consuming cancellation red-tape to generate revenue. None of this BS exists outside the world of internet porn. When's the last time you ordered a frying pan from Amazon and got a toaster that you didn't want because of a pre-checked add on? Never. Its not just Brazzers, all the sites do it, in one form or another. I wish they would be as creative at making porn as they are in coming up with ways to scam their customers.

Yes, I agree that I did pay for 30 days but if I heed their statement from there site which reads:
Warning !!!
You will lose access now if you cancel
Then I have agreed to lose the extra days. I have seen other websites that do terminate access instantly on cancellation. Brazzers is either doing that or trying to trick users into delaying cancellation to avoid losing the full amount of the subscription for which they have paid. But if you forget to cancel until an unwanted additional month starts, they charge your credit card. Its a very misleading cancellation method. I have a pdf of the page, if anyone wants to see it. The comment section does not accommodate pdf attachments.
