If it is a credit card not debit, you can probably contact Mastercard and initiate a charge-back. I don't have experience with Matercard personally in this area, but many credit cards will do this. Once you initiate the charge-back, they will send the biller a bunch of paperwork with an opportunity to contest the charge-back, but I doubt they can challenge it in this case.

WetAndPissy.com is the best new development in the world of pee sites since it's launch in 2012. They are doing just about everything right and setting the standard high. Their focus is on extremely high quality solo girl peeing.
-photo resolution 2800x1867
-video resolution 1080P (1920x1080)
-wide variety of great models
-action includes solo peeing, pee drinking, and pussy pumps (a defining feature of the Puffy Network)
-attention is paid to the model's dress, makeup, and setting with lots of variety and visually stimulating settings
-all suggestions on TBP to date have been addressed including renaming all of the files as suggested previously in the comments
The above has all the makings for an excellent review, but what bumps it over the top for a 100%? This site is a perfect example of how a site should be run. Their owner is extremely attentive to his members, which is rare in a large network site. It is abundantly clear that he is working very hard to make his site the best. |

WetAndPissy.com is a pee site like no other. I feel comfortable giving a rating of 100%, because I am not only drawing on my own experience. I keep in touch with a number of other people online with similar interests, and WetAndPissy.com is consistently mentioned as a favorite. They are a relatively new site in a niche with over a decade worth of material online, yet they have managed to create a unique and unmistakable style that defines their scenes. They are generally shot indoors in very stylish, modern, artistic settings. The quality of the photography is readily apparent, and they bring out the best in their models. One of my favorite themes in their work is models peeing on a glass table, with shots from both above and below. In keeping with the WetAndPuffy.com tradition, they also feature a good number of scenes with pussy pumps. The have a distinctive and umistakaeble style, which is hard to accomplish.
On their landing page, they say "They are rare, but we found them - hot pissing girls..." Well, those who know the niche well know that at a glance it seems like there are plenty of them on the net. But what is rare is NEW sites dedicated to peeing, like WetAndPissy.com. In fact, in 2014, WetAndPissy.com remains the most recent dedicated pee site on the scene. So if you are looking for the freshest content, shot artfully in high resolution, then I would give this site my highest recommendation. |

I went with other, because this is highly variable. The best tech support can be a great asset for a site, and it is usually found at either the large networks that are run with customers in mind or at the solo girl sites that are run by the models themselves. In contrast, many sites have poor to no tech support, especially the inactive ones.

1200x800 seems to be winning so far. Maybe because that's the size that starts to show up as a full screen on a good sized monitor? Of course, bigger can be much, much better, and I like to see active sites shooting in 3000x2000, but I still enjoy some of my older pics that are much smaller.
I have some older stuff in 900x600 that is among my absolute favorites from the early days that still looks quite good.
The absolute limit for me is 640x480. Actually, 99.9% of stuff at this size is too low res for me to possibly enjoy, but there are a couple of rare shots in my collection that are so amazing in their content that despite this low resolution, they still are enjoyable. It probably helps that I first laid eyes on them back when that resolution was the norm.
Below 640x480, it doesn't really matter what the picture shows, it's really not possible for me to enjoy those. I might look at one and say that it was an interesting shot, and wish it was done in higher resolution, but I just cannot get past the low quality with photos like that. Sure, I still keep what I have from the early days, but with photos this small, it's for "historic value" only. I think I am wise to keep this stuff, because some of it is so old it is impossible to find now.

I think that internet porn will survive as long as the internet. It may be banned in some countries, but never world-wide. There will be legal and technological shake-ups that may lead to periods of increased site closings, and individual sites will come and go, but porn itself will always survive online.

Wetscape.com is a site with history. It is the undisputed, original large pee site. Launched in 1998, Wetscape.com was the most prolific pee site in the early years. They paved the way for all pee sites that followed, and shot almost every type of peeing scene - solo, golden showers, indoors, outdoors, bondage peeing, wetting, naughty peeing, and drinking.
Their members section only seems to have a handful of videos from TheArtofPee.com, making it easy to think they are a site clone. There is a small link there for the Archives section - this is where basically the entire Wetscape site is located!
-great for photo fans
-523 photo sets with over 18,000 photos
-resolution is good for the era at mostly 600x800
-444 videos in 720x526 resolution |

This site is only for a sub-set of porn users. You have to either be a dedicated photo fan, or have a real urge to see the original, classic pee site. Those of you who may have surfed the net for pee pics in the early 2000's will recognize a lot of these pics, even if you never joined Wetscape.com. Wetscape.com was so heavily pirated, they all but populated UseNet with pee pics. Those who do not realize this history may look at Wetscape.com and think it has a bunch of non-exclusive UseNet pics, but it is the other way around. These pics actually started off exclusive at Wetscape, but they totally lost control of their content. More than UseNet, there were entire paysites, some of which still exist, that based their content in part or exclusively on Wetscape.com pics. You will still get much more at Wetscape.com than you ever did on UseNet. Other cons:
-no zips
-there are scattered videos that are truly non-exclusive (less than 5%) |

Wetscape.com is one of a kind, and there will never be another site like it. It's creators were pioneers to put together the first large pee site. This is the type of site that you can't criticize for not updating - it is a work in completion. You can't criticize the 800x600 size of the photos - it was part of the era. As a photo lover I think 800x600 is not bad at all, and even with our 3000x2000 photos nowadays, I can still get a lot of enjoyment out of these older pics. No doubt, pee sites since have looked at these photos and had some inspiration.
I remember the first time I was a member at Wetscape.com back in 2002. I spent a month downloading all of their pics, and when I was finished, there was this great sense of accomplishment. Wetscape.com pics made up such a huge chunk of the free pics and even pics at other paysites that that time, that I felt like I had just downloaded a good chunk of all the peeing pics online. Wetscape.com did not watermark their pics, so it was only if you looked at their entire site that you would realize that a huge chunk of those early unidentifiable peeing pics without watermarks started out as exclusive content on Wetscape.com.
Unfortunately, I lost my original porn collection, so where was the first place I went to rebuild it? Wetscape. More bad fortune, I lost my collection a second time, but this time, in 2009, Wetscape.com had closed. If there was any doubt about it in 2008, their closure signified that the era of the first generation pee sites was over. This was a terrible disappointment, because I felt like my collection could literally never be complete without it.
Then, in 2013, something amazing happened. Wetscape.com was back up and running again, thanks to Tramp Stamp Studios! It is so rare for a site to come back from the dead, and for Wetscape.com to come back after 5 years, it seemed too good to be true! As I joined, I just hoped that it wouldn't be a thinned down version of the original, but I was not disappointed! It was all basically there. 98% of their sets were totally intact. Their oldest sets - absolute classics - were reduced to 1 photo each and complied by model into new sets so that a single model that originally had 20 sets would now have one set of 20 photos, each from a different original set. The amazing thing is that Wetscape.com was so heavily copied, that I can still today point anyone who is interested to other peeing paysites that still do have all of the classic Wetscape.com sets that were thinned down! So you can still in the year 2014 have all of the original photos from Wetscape, dating back to 1998!
So you can see from my review that I love this site. I would personally give it a score close to 100%, but in taking into account the general tastes of others and what I know people look for in a site, I had to give it an 85%. What brought it down a bit? The majority of users are looking for video over pictures, and Wetscape.com videos were never among the best - also some truly non-exclusive videos. In addition to that, while the site is 98% complete, and the other 2% can still be found elsewhere, I have to take some points from any site that removes their old stuff as a matter of principle. Also, the lack of zips makes this a time consuming site to visit. It was still totally worth it for me though. The bottom line is this - if you like pictures, peeing, and classic early 2000's material - this is the site for you. Wetscape.com was the first, there will never be another one, and I am glad to have it back! |

I don't think 13 scenes are worth the price of membership no matter how you cut it. They are decent quality scenes, with recognizable European models, but just way to little to make up a site. The only way I could recommend joining this site is if you were also interested in one or more of the 13 other sites in the network. |

I actually came across a POV b/g video with Mia from ALS that looks like it's from the early 2000's.

This site has very little to offer now. They have a combined total of about 30 unremarkable photo sets and videos. The greatness of old is gone. What were their pros in their heyday? They were one of the first sites to ever experiment with catheters and female pee-hole insertions, all in a dark setting. Also tons of peeing, speculums, fisting, anal fisting, and BD/SM. Unfortunately, it's all gone now. |

They have removed all of their original content - the thousands of pics and videos that once made them great. Their current portfolio of content is only enough so that they can say they gave you something for your money. It is not even a thinned down sampling of their old stuff, which was high quality, instead it is new, generic filler. The webmasters were totally unreachable. |

"If it's not older than some of the girls in its newest sets, I'm pretty sure it's close - I'm fairly sure it debuted in the 90s, though it only specifically shows shoots back to 2005 at the moment, with selected older content relegated to an undated "archives" section."
I have some JPEG's and even BMP's from ALS dating back to 1996 - these earliest ones are of an era that can not be found even in the archives. While they are sized around 374x600, they are still relatively sharp and good photography, just a little small by today's standards.
They are remastering the older content, which is a great development! Presumably it was shot on analog color film and scanned into digital images (as the name ALS scan implies), so now it can be remastered in ~2000x3000 resolution!

The main selling point of this site is tons of great quality photos. The photos are reminiscent of the ATK style, to the point that I would believe it if they used some of the same photographers. The theme is solo girls posing in colorful scenes, and scenes generally include fingering, dildos, and some peeing. Also many lesbian scenes, and some anal, and blowjobs.
-over 1,100 galleries with 100-200 photos each about 1300x2000 in resolution
-240 mostly unique European models (some recognizable ones like Sharka Blue)
-pics come in zips which load without errors |

This site could have had a much higher score based on it's pros, but they are overshadowed by it's cons. The major con is that the site is in disarray to the point of being almost unusable. It is not updating, and the webmaster is unreachable about the pervasive errors on the site. If you navigate to even the front page, you will see what I mean. When I was a member, multiple tries were required to load images and pages. Sometimes the site is easier to access through a proxy, but that is hit and miss. In the 3 months since I joined, this problem only seems to have worsened. Any page will load now after enough tries - and sometime you will have to try back several minutes later to have success - but only 10% of pages load on the first attempt. Also, for the video fans, it has under 300 videos in high resolution |

This is a site with almost 200,000 unique high quality photos, and it is in a state of extreme disarray and neglect. This is the type of site that is prone to blink out of existence in the near term future. So, if you want a chance to have these amazing pics, the future of this site is very uncertain, and now may be your last chance. Be ready to spend extra time dealing with the very poor functioning of the website though. Despite the extreme difficulty in getting images to load, the zips were uniformly downloadable without errors. If you join this site, it may honestly be easier to just download all 1,100 zips and extract the pics on your system to see them. Me personally, I joined for the peeing pics, and these were conveniently tagged, so I could identify the sets without going through too much trouble. Despite the webmaster being unreachable, there were no problems with cancellation. Bottom line - any day could be the last day for this great site in disarray. If you have any desire for their top quality pics, I would join now, but be ready for a very rough ride. You have to really want these pics, because it will be a time consuming undertaking. |

I replied "quite a few days go to waste," but it is not really wasted. When I go to a paysite, I usually go on a download marathon right away and get everything that I want. Then I just hang out and see the updates, but that doesn't require checking in every day.

I've never had this happen to me at a paysite, although I'm sure it happens most times a site closes. Often they still allow existing members to log in even if new sign-ups are not allowed. I definitely joined plenty of sites that are not updating, many in varying states of disarray, and unfortunately some that were completely empty (I did get my money back). I've also been allowed back in a few that were officially closed for new memberships, which was really nice! While not a paid membership, I did have a free membership at the amateur site picland.to when that closed. They handled the closing very badly. No one including the thousands of amateurs who uploaded their pics had any notice of the upcoming closure. They just deleted everyone's pics and started forwarding their domain to another site. Lots of people lost their only copies of their personal pics, but there was nothing anyone could do.
