Like many here, I'm sure, I have trust in the known billers and a lot less trust in the lesser known ones. But for me, all it takes is a couple of purchases and I can start to trust an unfamiliar biller.

That's an important part of TBP/PU for me. I look at it often and often choose a site based on the discount that I might otherwise not consider. Discounts are a big motivator for me to open my wallet.

Interesting point. By system drive I take it you mean my internal hard drive where the OS is? So if I point the download to an external drive (not SSD) that might speed things up?

My HP experience is a bit different. I had always had a Dell custom built and was careful to get as much performance as possible for my money. A few years ago I realized that my computer was getting a bit old and that I just didn't need the horsepower that I once did so I just went to Costco and bought an HP off the shelf. It's probably fine for what I really, really need, but I still find it slow. Part of that was a glitch that appeared early on. It had 10GB of RAM but then the whole computer stopped working. A tech couldn't explain why, but it worked fine if one of the sticks of RAM was removed. It made no difference which one was removed. There were two 4GB sticks and one 2GB stick so the 2GB was removed. But I find now that it doesn't like multi-tasking. If I'm downloading something using IDM then the computer is pretty much useless for anything else. Maybe IDM is a huge resource hog. And given the age of the computer I'd expect the USB slots to be at least 2.0 but the way they transfer data I'm guessing that they're 0.05! Sloooow!
Next time I'm likely going to have one built by a local shop. I've developed a relationship with this place because to send my HP for warranty work requires shipping it to some place faaaaar away and waiting for a month. I can pay and get it fixed in a day. But that means that warranty I paid for is money pissed away.
But I'm sure a lot of this is because I should have done more homework before buying...

I can't really say, but I can say that since the Canadian dollar has lost a lot of value relative to the U.S. dollar it has affected my porn buying habits - of European sites that use the U.S. dollar and of American porn site.

I'm not exactly sure what the question means, and that's probably more a refection of me pushing 50 and not that the question was unclear.
I certainly don't search porn on any device while I'm in a public space, but I have checked PU and TBP while staying in a hotel on a free wifi account. I'm not sure if that would be a yes or no to the question.

I generally avoid any free sites because most of them rely on piracy. When I do go there it's only to see scenes from a pay site that I'm interested in and the tour pages are poorly done. If webmasters would put up tour pages that allowed a better look at what you're paying for then I wouldn't go to free (piracy) sites at all.

I never even give them a glance because they're just to subjective. You might like full-figured brunettes with large breasts and rate a model like that high but rate a petite redhead lower because of personal preferences. My choices would be the exact opposite.

I think that it is likely that all of us who post here are probably both smarter and pickier than the average porn surfer just by virtue of being here. For most of us here porn surfing (and more important, buying) is a hobby rather than randomly browsing through a tube site to relieve some 'stress.'
I'm guessing that the 'average' porn surfer these days is someone who relies on tube sites for stolen porn. That alone definitely makes a vast majority of us here different from an average surfer.

I don't have a lot of interaction with webmasters, but when I do it does influence me. I'm keeping a recurring membership going for one site now because I want to support a really customer-friendly webmaster.
There are other sites that I won't ever rejoin due to a bad experience. In one case I was accused of site ripping in one day that was later found to be the site's weak security that allowed someone to hack in and steal everything. The webmaster admitted his mistake but didn't apologize. But the real winner is a webmaster who threatened me with legal action for posting a review here that said the site was streaming only. It was streaming only and I guess he wanted that to remain a secret to fleece others.

I don't trust tour pages that won't let me see what they have to offer. If they have a great site why not let me see it? Unless the site gets rave reviews I won't join a site that won't even let me see what models they have before kicking me to their join page.

Nope. Not really sure why either. One of my favorite models is Maryjane Johnson. I could look at pics and videos of her all day long. But those of her when she was pregnant do nothing for me. Maybe it's the 'protector' gene in me that comes out and displaces the 'pervert' gene when I see a pregnant woman.
