As for support, they have always answered my emails immediately. Fortunately, because they had added a suscription which I did NOT check in the join form, and it was removed.
Yes, navigation can be difficult until you learn how to get to your site, and only your site.
So, all in all, there are several annoyances, but at a low price it's still attractive to me.
Under Videos, there's a button "Free Videos". I'm not a current member of Bang, but I believe you can safely assume that anything other than that requires a membership.
Now, Bang Originals and Bang Channels should be included in your Bang membership, whereas Premium Channels require an extra payment, as it is like fully suscribing to those sites, but through Bang.

Well... you know EVERY content is downloadable, don't you? Very easily, or with some difficulties, it depends. There is software that does that, and there is software that captures your computer's screen (if every other thing fals).
Of course, it's more comfortable, and fair, if you pay a bit more for the download option, but in case the site insists in being stream-only, and there is some content you really want to keep, nothing can stop you from getting it.

I was suscribed to the site, not long ago, but before it merged with the Net Video Girls sites, and there were hardcore scenes. May be these have been removed upon expanding the network?

No photos, simplistic design... it has its cons. And POV can soon become repetitive, because of lack of camera angles. But if you are like me, and cannot bear adult movies which look like they were produced by misogynists, then this site is worth a look.
I wonder whose the fault. The 2 cases you mention could have evolved this way:
1) You suscribe a streaming only trial, then try to download, you are told that in order to be able to download your need a full suscription, you have two choices "go on" and "cancel", you click "go on".
2) You signup without noticing some pre-checked cross-sales. You cancel the intended site, but remain suscribed to others.
I wouldn't say it's Probiller's fault in any of those cases . The site may have only been barely clear about what we are going to pay, but, first of all, it has been clear enough that the main fault is ours, and second, it has to do with the site, not with Probiller.
I was once suscribed thrice to a site by Epoch. Of course, it was due to a mistake on my part, not Epoch's.
My experience with Probiller only goes as far as Reality Kings, so I cannot speak for others, but in my case there have been no complains.
I think they try to avoid several people login with the same id/pass, so they send a code just to the email address that joined the site.
And this probably happens when they notice an IP change. Problem is if you have a dynamic IP (my own case), your IP is bound to change. And if the code takes hours to arrive, and by the time it arrives perhaps the IP has changed again... well, you are doomed.
Dare Dorm never was a Bang Bros site; College Rules is. Perhaps this is the one you have mistaken for Dare Dorm.
Probiller support was very helpful when I had to change my credit card number. They replied by email, and attended me via chat. They even offered me a cheaper suscription. So my experience with them has been good.
The girls have no name, the scenes have no description (there are names and descriptions in the guests page, why does it change for the worse in the members area?).
Now, to make things worse: at least you would expect they are ordered in some manner. I mean, you go to a page of scenes, and if you have seen or downloaded the first 2 scenes, you know you have not seen or downloaded from the 3rd onwrads...
Wrong! You know nothing, because each time you re-open that page the girls are presented in a different order, and the girls you saw/downloaded are not the first ones, but maybe the 4rd and the 7th.
It's completely anarchical, which I would say it's also ridiculous, considering how easy it is for a Web designer to retrieve the scenes from an indexed database.
The lack of pictures is, of course, another drawback.
The content is very interesting -at least to my taste- but navigation is a pain in the ass.
The site uses Centrobill as it's primary processor, Epoch as the secondary one.
As many have already stated in previous comments, Centrobill is to be avoided at all costs. If you join via Centrobill, you are doomed to go through a nightmare before you can cancel your subscription.
Epoch, on the other hand, is reliable and supportive, no complains.
Bad news is, when trying to join, you are processed via Centrobill by default. So you need to do the "secondary processor" trick, in order to suscribe via Epoch.
Always do this: when filing your credit card details in the subscription form, enter some erroneous data (for instance, a wrong expiration date). This way, your card shall be rejected by Centrobill, and you shall automatically be redirected to a subscription via the secondary processor, Epoch -no more nightmares.
