Hmm, either separate it from all the high quality content so when someone joins a site and downloads all the regular videos, they're all of high quality - but he/she has to choose to download the lower quality ones.
Remastering it would be good also, but many sites wouldn't do this as they'd focus more on adding new content rather than taking up more space with their old content.

In my opinion, no.
I like downloading videos to keep so I can watch them at any time.
Paying a small amount for a stream doesn't appeal to me, especially if I liked the video, as I'd be paying to stream it again in the future. May as well just get a DRM free download.

I basically shop exclusively online.
Everything I want (except food etc) is available cheaper online anyway. For me, the retail trade is dead already.
Although, I sometimes go into shops to see an item properly, and then order it online.
Use eBay frequently too.
