This has been a problem with other users, this site also was very poor customer service. One piece of advice get a new ATM card! call you back and deactivate the card you are using to make sure no other unexpended charges show up, and keep a close eye on your account.

24 hours should me reasonable for just if you have a question, but i had some problems when my password wasn't working, if that's the case it should be 12 hours or less, after all we all have lives, and now that college has started for me I don't have as much time to just wait at home for downloads all day, and like all services we pay for I expect a timely response, it's like asking a waiter for a refill and telling me it's going to take an hour.

This maybe true, I have seen some of the scenes on other websites now. But i did see the scene first in ACAD, it is possible that they are selling their clips now to other sites or like you said bought their material for this site.
