Oh please, they believe in liberty and small government...except that usually only means taking liberty with the Constitution and making the government smaller when it comes to taxes.
You can take comfort that it is already illegal in much of the U.S., or it is on very thin legal ground that is getting thinner.

Great review RB!
Pretty close to my score and I have to agree with a lot of your points. The "search" feature is definitely weak, especially considering it only applies to the videos and the photo sets don't necessarily have the same content. The alphabetical order is annoying too, but I like to organize by release date since that is how they are numbered.
I never had any login issues with Firefox, so maybe your browser is the problem? I also love the 1920x1080 videos since that's my monitor's max resolution, so combined with the wide angle lens it can make for some interesting videos.
Lastly, I think the number of girls with implants can be counted on one hand, and breasts really are not the focus of the site, unless they change the "C" from crack to cleavage. My favorite models are generally not these anyway. I like the ones who look like the girl-next-door with a nasty imagination and they usually are quite slim with reasonable proportions.

That's odd, though I think I have read about this from other members. My experience is that you get a maximum speed -- for me, it could be up to 1.5Mb/s -- with single downloads, and it halves with two simultaneous downloads, and goes to about a third of the original speed with three, etc. I have FreeDownloadManager set at a maximum of four sections per download and it worked fine.
It's important to remember that InTheCrack limits the number of connections (I think it might be twenty), so certain download managers might not work with this, and I could rarely get more than three downloads going at once with FDM, but it still worked up until that number.

This is one of my top complaints about this network, and it can be very annoying. The majority -- but by no means all -- of the content can be found on 1ByDay, but plenty of material is spread throughout the other sites. Minus maybe CherryJul and Sophie's Fantasies, which have only have a few months of archives before they apparently gave up the ghost, most of these sites have quite a bit to dive into, but 1BD is still where I start looking for stuff.

Nice review, too bad the site sounds so terribly disorganized and user-unfriendly.
I would say it's worth the 60 points just for having a great name -- anything with the word 'bomber' in the title makes me smile (okay, the only other one I could find was a gay site, but still a great name). Unfortunately it sounds like the site bombed for you. :(

To me, real obscenity is like the bullshit I saw in my local paper yesterday: a blurb about a freshman (and he's only 28) U.S. congressman posing in a $1700 suit for GQ. Disgusting. Every month thousands of Americans are still losing their jobs, and their part of the "best health care system in the world" along with it, and this asshole has the gall to prance around for a fashion magazine. But hey, it's not like congress has been getting much done anyway.

I like a little slap on the ass every once in a while, but most studios and sites seem to do either what PinkPanther mentioned -- the genitals-only contact -- or treat the sex as a full contact sport, where no part of the body is left untouched by a fist or some spit.
I am always amused by the way many guys start either very reluctantly or very aggressively. If there is any plot, it seems like it is either "Hey, what are getting naked for?" or "I'm going to punish you: now let me see that pussy!" Granted if I was on camera my voice would be cracking and I would be blushing heavily, but the fact that there doesn't seem to be a lot of middle ground is pretty funny to me.

They are pretty annoying, especially considering that the newest videos max out at 1280 x 720, and the watermarks are not the smallest around. Older ones have that annoying crown logo, but newer ones have "DDFProd.com" in the lower right hand corner, with a small crown on it.

It's just the newest product to pray on the age old male insecurity; promise, or just hint at enhancing the penis and men fork over the cash before you can even say Pfizer. "Any, as long as she's pretty" -- and I mean it! I say I prefer red heads and brunettes with breasts on the small side, but my preferences go right out the door every time I start a new membership or simply meet a new girl. I think the demands of evolution keep me from being to picky. :)
I would also add 'as long as it looks reasonably natural' considering how I dislike the look of heavy makeup, hair dyes, and implants. I am like messmer in that I generally want them to look like real life women, and I find the goddess-like beauty of some models intimidating.

It looks pretty much as fake as the other sites but with a more serious tone, possibly so as to de-emphasize the prop cock (not to mention the pint size confectioner's glaze 'cumshots').
The darker theme of this site is pretty obvious with the red and black color scheme and the quasi-S/M tour videos, but somehow it's a little easier to swallow (uh, poor word choice) with the laughably fake facial prop. I think if I were to dive into this type of porn (the over-the-top special effect cocks and cumshots) I would go for one of their other sites where the silliness of it all is acknowledged and more or less embraced as good humored sleaze.

This sucks! ISPs can really ruin one's experience with a site, especially if far faster speeds are possible.
I also joined under the August 10th Anniversary deal but only for one month (I guess I have some sympathy for my hard drives), and my download speeds have been very decent, but I'm in the U.S., not Europe (which definitely beats Iraq in Internet access!). I have been get some pretty slow page loads, but that was expected with the warnings other members had given in last month's comments.
I am not sure if the "bonus" sites are completely non-exclusive. House of Taboo is definitely separate from 1BD, but aim of its content sort of demands that. Other sites it is hard to tell what is what, though the badandy-amount of content on 1BD can make it pretty difficult to tell, not to mention that models work across many of the sites doing similar acts. For example, the sizzling Zuzana Z. does fisting on three or four of the sites, but I haven't found all of it on 1BD.
