I know this is six years old but I experienced the same thing at that time. I couldn't find out how to cancel my membership but found a small almost unnoticeable live chat link and got into a online battle with their online support chat operator (evidently they only have one as only one name ever came up) who would connect then immediately disconnect. I tried off and on for a few hours before she finally decided to do her job and cancel my membership. Her excuse? she was on break. I will never join this site or pornstar network again (one runs the other).

Hey Roberto281,
I'm not extremely clear on the circumstances either but from what I know. Club Elegant Angel and Elegant Angel are operated by two different companies due to some past intellectual property transactions occurring. They would share the rights to some videos but not all of them.

Currently NETbilling/psnbilling is the top of the five options. Click the link. Alternatively they do have live support below those options and a "I don't know please help me," link.
Sites are currently not making it easy to cancel, which is not good, because every time I have problems it puts me off ever wanting to join a new site. Currently I cancel about three days after joining, just to make sure I have time dealing with any problems.
The trickery used nowadays is becoming harder to spot, and so nasty it's going to frighten off the porn fans who want quality over quantity and are still willing to pay for it.

No need for that ! Just explain the fraudulent activity to your credit card provider.
They provided me with a full refund of all deductions made by Centrobill for the period in question and also stated that any further deductions from Centrobill would be automatically blocked.
These guys at Centrobill are a bunch of idiots!

I joined this month and cancelled my membership by centrobill homepage. I have not received the confirmation mail and I requested several times.Centrobill has not replied for one week. I think they will continue rebilling. I found the same complains in another site. I strongly suggest TBP users to be carefull when you join.

Amen to that. But I'd add to this that the fact that Jules Jordan's DVDs are divided between two $30 sites is also part of the scam. But then this isn't the only site that uses this tactic. They have the basics covered well: they shoot excellent porn, they make it available in a variety of resolutions up to and including true HD, they have great download speeds, they update regularly and the price is fair. So why, why, why do they feel the need to do this to customers???

Just to clarify a bit for future joiners: Fabulous Cash is just what appears on the creditcard statement. The actual company that bills you is RocketPay.
When I joined, this was mentioned.

I think one of the main reasons why this site is more popular or at least higher rated than RK or Evil Angel is that you are getting access to older porn that may not be available elsewhere or only available on streaming only sites. One of my annoyance with EA is the fact that you only get a portion of their older library. There is still some great porn being made today but I much prefer the stuff that was made 10 or more years ago.
I don't think that you are not the right type of customer for PN and that is fine because you still have some great sites that you can join.
