Hey,
We're re-encoding all of our old movies as we speak, it's being done - they're not online yet because we're installing new servers too but we have about 500 DVDs encoded in the new format already, on top of the last 1000 dvds we recently released.
If you think about anything we can do to make the site better, dont hesitate to comment, we welcome all the good or/and bad comments :]

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with our site but I wanna thank you for the comments since it's really helping us.
We changed our authentication's method and you don't have to enter your user/pass over and over now. The problem you had with your access was probably because of our auth method too, we're seeing a lot less people that can't access our site. We also hired more customer support staff.
As for the formats, we've chosen those because the quality of the xvid files are better, it's also 100% compliant with Mac, not sure why you were not able to view them. Flash is also a good format since our users can view our movies right away, fast forward and everything. We also just installed a brand new flash player where people can browse through the scene with screenshots.
if you have any other comments, let me know, we're always looking for new ways to improve our site. We've made a lot of changes recently to enhance our users' experience.

Hey,
The complete DRM removal will be done by next week - some of our guys were on vacation, hence the delay. We're also adding a better flash format for our members that don't want to download our movies but just watch them online.

Only 5% of our content is still DRM, we started switching everything from DRM to non DRM like a month ago. We agree it's not convenient for our members and that's why we changed that, our goal isn't to rip you guys off, it was a way to prevent our exclusive content to end up on peer to peer networks.

It'd be interesting to see where you're located - we're not having any issues with our server it seems, there is definitely room for growth.
A few of our members are using download managers such as DAP and it's really helping it seems.

All of our new releases and old DVDs don't have DRM, 30% of our movies are in DRM WMV format, though, you can still play them after you cancel/stop your membership. We give you the license to play the DRM movies, even after you've cancelled your membership, so basically, none of our DVDs are fully DRM.
Now we're updating the site with 2 DVDs a day and all of our new DVDs are in XVID (download) and in Flash format (watch). Let us know if you have any questions :)

Hey, we're just cutting the scenes of each dvd, we don't remove anything from them. I'd be happy if you could give me an example, so that I can check it out.
