So am I.
The OFFER? - that comes after you ask for a new login/password and with the headline of FREE MEMBERSHIP: Then it turns out to be a 20% discount - if you sign up for a year....
I did NOT expect a month or alike free membership - maybe 3 days or something - to take a look as a many times former member of the news/updates.....
But your policy here is outrageous and I still call that mail SPAM!

I'm a bit confused. I joined last year. I think I'm still getting everything on all of your sites, both the regular site and the extreme site.
In other words, the change is only for new subscribers, not us "oldtimers" who are continuing our subscriptions uninterrupted.
Is that correct?
By the way, I really love your site and the very broad assortment of material...and especially the consistently excellent quality of you high def material and of your videography.

You kinda glossed over that one change - Download Format. No longer available - WMV downloading of any quality (not a big deal for me) and NO Downloading of 5-minute clips at all (HUGE deal-breaker for me). . . What we are left with are - Take the full video or take nothing, and, if you do take the full video, you have but 2 choices - 1080 or 540 - TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT!. . . You can call this an upgrade all you want, but to my eyes, this is a SERIOUS step backward.

Have a few questions. It seems that sometimes my video loads with the new layout, and some with the old. I once clicked the new layout button positioned at the right side of my screen, and now it seems more times than not, the old layout pops up, lol. Is there any solution to this?

Thanks for your answer. Once the pop up is transparent over the text this will be a useful feature. As I've said before, the only regret I have in joining your site is that I didn't do it long ago.

Javascript was enabled when I had the problem. I just tried it with javascript disabled, site says javascript must be enabled for full functionality, and of course, nothing worked with javascript off. Turned it on, and same issue applies. I've already raised a ticket, and also sent an email to the help line. No reply yet. But thanks for helping.

My compliments on your excellent response to this review.
If other active webmasters followed this kind interest and sincerity and provided similar output then it would go a long way in restoring a better kinship btween buyer and seller.
I'm impressed, as I'd venture many other of my PU- brethern are.

The problem came up one more time on Saturday, 28 April. As requested I emailed your support team. NO REPLY and it's now 5 days later. I still don't have the access I paid for.
I love the site but this constant problem...and the lack of response by anyone, is truly a major problem with 21Sextury.

Marketing speak mixed with broken English = Major failure to convey what you mean. It was bad enough that the network was split meaning long time members had to pay double but also re purposing content? Be fair guys, please be fair...

Once again I'm blocked from access to the 21Sextury site and, despite submitting yet another ticket this morning, nothing has been done to correct the problem.
Note that the problem seems to occur on a monthly basis at the start of each calendar month and also just after my monthly renewal is processed.
I've been a continuous member since 26 August, 2010, a year and a half ago, so there's no reason I should be losing access to the entire site.
I'm sure it will be corrected again but the fact that it keeps happening is quite annoying. Worse, I keep losing two or three days of access each month while I await Customer Support to correct the problem.
The quality of the site makes it worth the wait but I really think something needs to be done to correct the problem permanently.

All is back to the way it should be. About 12 hours ago I received an email that my access to both 21Sextreme and 21Sextury was restored. However when I attempted access the password failed.
About 30 minutes ago I received a new password that works.

BTW, Sandstone - something that came up later on: Of course the video re-editing is a long and probably slow process when we think about the amount here - even going back to that one single HC-vid with Eve Angel in the bathroom - or the great vids of Dana/Vera..ect..
BUT: Like Rusty J - I was not able to find any links at the "Fanclub" section - to those lists.....
Another BTW: I'm overwhelmed by the great download-speed (best around) - but mostly it takes quite some time to browse the sites, the search??

Hello. This sounds good and I hadn't noticed. I found the info on page 8 as you mentioned but there were no links to the scenes. Maybe you could add links to them in some category or Fanclub post as now they are very hard to find.
