RustyJ (Suspended) I don't believe in them. They probably only exist to make you accidentally subscribe more than you intended to and at a higher price.

Good previews are the way to do it.

hodayathink (0) 3 days of streaming but no downloads (for video sites). That sounds about right.

I answered 3 days, but I think you're right. A good preview and good reviews on site like pornusers is the best bet to get me subscribing !

MiztaBlu (0) Trials are only good IMO if they give full access to the site. Its fine if they limit downloads, but if they limit what you can see, thats horseshit. I joined a site for a trial a few weeks ago, and it only gave me access to one site in the entire fucking network, and absolutely no access to the others. If it was any good I may have stayed, but I wasnt going to blow money trying to find out.

Denner (0) Think about it, guys - The average: You get 3 days trial for normally $ 9.95 (full, of course - anything less would be a scam) - but still - compared to a month for $ 29.95.....?

pat362 (0) My following statement will be only in reference to trials that offer access to all the same satuff a full member gets but is only limited in the time you get access to that content.

I think 2 two is probably the best because one is not worth it and three is likely too long for the site because you can allow an enterprising person the ability to download most of the sites library in a three day period and that would be bad for business. At least with two days. You get to see most of the sites stuff and can even download plenty of content but you aren't likely to get it all.

gaypornolover (0) Not really interested in them - they always seem such poor value for me and rarely give you full access.

I'd rather just sign up for the month and get the full site experience - if I hate it I chalk it up to experience and do a bad review on here!

Drooler (Disabled) Good sites don't need trials. And it's the bad ones that usually have them.

lk2fireone (0) I think a trial should be 3 days, with full access. But I'm not sure if I even subscribed to a trial.

Wait, I did subscribe to a trial membership, one time that I know of. But that was because I didn't un-check a pre-checked membership offer when joining Devils Film. And I never even used that trial membership once. I tried to cancel it once I realized what happened, within minutes of being signed up. But I didn't get my money back.

So check for those pre-checked membership offers, or you will get stung too.

rearadmiral (0) I answered three days but I made the assumption that this was for a full trial. If it is a limited trial then I agree with the members here who say that a full preview is of more value.

Terio (0) I answer 3, but considering full access. After reading your comments, i agree: Good sites donīt need trials. Really good sites have good reviews, and even blogs dedicated to them. So give me a good preview and info, and i will take the decision.

Marcus (0) Difficult one to answer for me. I generally don't sign up for trials unless I'm really on the fence about whether I'll like the site.

I think a lot depends on the size of the site. I can see smaller sites' reluctance to have a 3 day trial as let's be honest, most people would probably just rip the entire site, and I can completely understand why Webmasters don't want to make pirates' life any easier.

I prefer better preview sections with a clear, dated catalogue of updates and some indication of the quality members can expect inside. I think this is all I need for me to decide whether to join.

I think a 2-day trial is a reasonable length, though, 3-days is more generous. I think websites need to make it clear whether trials are all-access or not.

elephant (0) Yeah not done many trials myself mainly cause they are not full trials and just not worth it.

tangub (0) I'm generally not interested in trials except on the odd very rare occasion if I know it's a small site with limited content and they offer full access with a reputable biller so I know it will be easy to cancel. As others have said good previews and reviews with a sensible monthly subscription fee eliminate the need for trials as far as I'm concerned.

Monahan (0) I fully support the idea of trials. Yes, the per day price of a trial may be higher than the cost of full membership, but if the trial provides full access it's the best way for a site to demonstrate its quality.

It's kind of like taking a car out for a test drive before buying it.

I agree. I look at reviews, and usually only join if the preview section is generous enough to make clear the quality on the inside, and am not afraid to take a chance on a month long subscription. I've had buyer's remorse a few times, but generally I understand their are business people on the other end of this interaction who need to earn a living.

Ambition (0) Site previews have become so good and paired with reviews I usually know, if it's worth joining a site or not without a trial and have hardly been disappointed. Trials are usually way too limited anyway. Trials that limit you to view their two latest scenes are so useless, especially if you don't know what those scenes are, before joining. I would prefer trials to have a download limit so you can choose what content you want to preview, but the site still earns money as you couldn't download gigabytes of porn within 3 days for a buck.
