What you are seeing is the difference between a 12,000 kbit video vs a 8,500 kbit video.
Xart 610 MB for 9:42 at 1920x1088 (yes 1088)
Brazzers 3,220 MB for 36:36 at 1920x1080
In watching a very samples of each I can tell that Brazzers has some better looking videos in regards to sharpness. Xart does not look like SD, or what I would call low definition at this point.

Thanks for the reply Sir. Thank you for the info too. There are just so many formats that it makes a persons head spin anymore. The videos were awesome just wish they were the higher bit rate, I'm of the opinion that if your gonna charge for your content then it should be top notch. It's like buying a Dodge Challenger but finding out it's not an SRT.

Often it's the artistic image the person creating the content wants the final video to look like, crispness, lighting, etc. Bandwidth is also actually quite an expense for sites to provide. And personally, I don't like sites that give only the options of either crappy SD or super-ultra-large-file-size-HD that has only very marginal at best improvement over HD videos half the filesize.
I'd rather have 20 good quality 720p videos saved off from a site than have just 3 super-mega-high-quality HD videos taking up the same hard drive space.

At this point I still avoid the 12,000 Mbit videos unless the scene is just amazing. I do not shy from large files but 10 GB for a video can not be justified when my monitor is 1080p anyway, so the 2 GB looks the same but plays better.
