The site is full of attempts to make you join all their sites for a total of 69.95 GBP. I was careful not to click on any of those. But a few days later I got a confirmation from SEGPAY for joining fantasy hd at a price of 69.95 GBP. When I went to the SEGPAY site I found only one current membership listed for 69.95 GBP. I "chatted" with Segpay on their site and eventually they agreed to refund the 69.95 GBP. I queried whether I still had membership of "holed" and they said they would leave that open for now. I have just received confirmation of the refund of 69.95 GBP. I do NOT trust them now and will check again in a few days to ensure "holed" is cancelled as I will not go to that site again. I cancelled my membership in early November, yet still got charged the monthly fee in mid-November and December. There was no confirmation email after the cancellation to prove that I cancelled, but I'm positive I did. There were also small $2 charges on my card twice for HoledCams, a site which I never used. I again tried to "cancel", and it said my "account was succesfully closed". However, I still received no confirmation email. It turns out you have to go to SegPay's website and cancel it from there. Cancelling from Holed.com does NOT work, and your card will continue to be charged until you go to SegPay. This is ridiculous. Very unprofessional.
