Thanks for the review. I like these sites, but I've been burned by them too. I had memberships to Little April and Little Summer and both of those were just mediocre sites. The pictures were okay, but the videos were terrible. The resolution was so low that they were hard to watch on full-screen. So it's nice to know what Little Caprice has to offer, and what flaws there are, before I join.

There are approximately 900 DVDs on this one site alone. One advantage, or disadvantage, depending on your interests, is that this studio has a much broader range of niches than many other mainstream studios. There are the titles featuring fresh, young models, but for those with different tastes there are a lot of ‘unique’ titles too. If you like pubic hair, you’ll find it. There are even titles that feature girls using strap-ons on guys and guys felching their own creampies from girls. One thing I don’t like is that some of the titles are compilations. I don’t think a studio should offer compilations on a site that has the original scenes available.
While some of the titles available appear to be newer, it doesn’t appear that the studio is putting up their newest releases. The lack of current A-list stars leads me to think that. I may be wrong on that though, since many of the titles feature European models who I don’t know well, so those may be newer. The good news, if you’re like me, is that there are a lot of older titles available from the past decade or so.
The site has a very basic navigation. You can sort by theme, by series name and by title name. You can choose to view DVDs or by single scenes. Downloads are available in low or high wmv files. I didn’t try the low, but the high are not great, but not bad. Resolution is 720x528 at 2000 - 5000kbps. HD is available to download on some scenes, but not many. HD, when available, is only offered in mp4. Streaming is available too, in high and low resolution. I didn’t sample it because I prefer to download. HD is offered in a lot more streaming scenes than for download.
Pictures are available, though appear to be screencaps only. I didn’t bother with any though the ones I did look at had a very low resolution (711x480). Zips are not available.
The site appears to update daily, but that update is just a scene in a DVD, not the full DVD each day.
I used Free Download Manager and had some minor problems: many files would time out. There was a lot of reloading downloads. Using FDM, downloads were normally at 1800kb/s, though it sometimes dropped as low as 1300.
One issue is the way the site names the scenes you download. The files have a numeric name that gives no indication of which DVD it’s from. That leaves the user to associate it with the title manually.
The biggest drawback is the lack of a search function. There are drop-down menus for series, titles and stars, but there is no way to search for a title or star by just entering that name somewhere.
As studio sites go, this is pretty good. The TBP and PU pages seem to link to the mobile site, and on those pages they don’t note the monthly TBP/PU discount. It does exist – at $9.95 a month. Even without all the additional sites, this would be a great value. If you like mainstream DVD porn, this site will keep you happy for a while. |

This was a great find on you part. She's very cute, but not in the typical porn model way. She looks more girl-next-door than most models who advertise that. And thanks for the warning on the small size of the site and limited themes. I probably would have considered joining to see the anal scene that they advertise on the front page and have been really disappointed to find that it hasn't been posted yet. I suspect I'll check this out on some cold winter night later this year.

It absolutely is an excellent value. There are some companies that seem to do their best to make it less so, but thanks to sites like TBP and PU it's a lot easier to avoid those ones.

I write reviews (as well as most comments and replies too) in MS Word. While that allows me to use spell check on them, my usual method is to write the review, safe it and walk away for a while. This allows me to rethink what I’ve written. I’d say most times I find a better way to say something or remember something important that I’ve forgotten so I can make changes.
Also, writing in Word allows me to delay posting so I don’t bump a recent review from the top spot after only a short time. This is just a personal preference, as we’ve discussed in the past.

You might be right, but a site that only has three vidoes can't really call itself a 'site.'
I don't think we're saying different things. I joined using the trial membership (which was supposed to be unlimited access) and had very little access. But it seems now that maybe I had full access to a very, very small site. Either way, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

Thanks for this information. I think that the fact that this is such an expensive network probably makes it unlikely that I'd join, but the lack of zips makes it certain that I wouldn't join. Having no zips in 2011 makes no sense for customer service.

I'd certainly be interested in seeing a new review. I realize that you use Site Grabber, so if you do a full review please be sure to let us know if the picture files are now zipped. Previous reviews have reported that they aren't. That would be a deal breaker for me, and many other too, I think.

Also, the previous review said that there were no zipped photo sets available. Is this still true? What was your impression of the site that you did have access to? Any details would be great.

I'm not sure that she'd qualify as a 'bodybuilder,' but the fetish model Wenona who does a lot of work on Kink.com sites is certainly more fit than most models and is quite toned and muscular too. She's a big favorite of mine, though I wouldn't normally be attracted to that kind of physique.

I had last joined Water Bondage in 2008 and it hasn’t updated since then, but I wanted to get more scenes and higher quality now that I have a faster connection. The fact that I went back to a site that offered me nothing new probably says a lot about what I think about this site. For BDSM fans, this is an extremely well done and innovative site that offers lots of material. Its part of the Kink.com network, which, in my opinion, sets a high standard for other internet porn sites.
The site offers 274 scenes dating back to about 2003. Older scenes tend to be fairly simple and short, with many at about 15 mins long. Older scenes are a lot more complex with different setups and are usually over an hour long. As you would expect, the resolutions for the older videos isn’t great by today’s standards. The videos are available in two formats: wmv and mp4. For most of the time the site was updating there was only one resolution of wmv available: 640x480 / 1900kbps. There are two sizes of mp4s available. One is for IPods and such, while the other is labeled as ‘best quality.’ I don’t know how to find resolutions for mp4s, but subjectively the larger file wasn’t much better than the SD wmv.
At some point towards when the site stopped updating they did start to offer higher resolution videos. For most of the last 70 or so updates on the site there is the option of wmv HD at 1280x720 / 7150kbps. SD is still available, as are the two sizes of mp4.
There are pics available too. The resolutions for these didn’t change through the whole run of the site: they are 1200x865, not bad, but not particularly sharp. Zips are available, and in the longer scenes the zips are broken down into the themes in the scene.
For all the dated technical issues, this is still a very interesting site. I’m not aware of any other like it where models undergo BDSM treatment in water. In most of the videos there are several ‘scenes’ within the video, with bondage while being sprayed with water to machines and toys being used, and in most cases some complete immersion in water tanks while bound. There is a good mix of models too. There are surprisingly many A-listers here, as well as some well known fetish models and also some lesser known girls. There are body types for every taste.
Given the size of the site, I don’t consider that it isn’t updating to be a serious drawback. There are issues though: for much of the life of the site there were no real technical improvements until the very end. One pet peeve of mine too is that the scenes used to be dated, but they aren’t now. That troubles me since I wonder if Kink is trying to hide the fact that the site isn’t updating. Finally, Kink doesn’t offer any price discounts for members of other Kink sites like they do with most others. Paying $30 for a site that doesn’t update seems a bit steep.
But… it is still an amazing site and a decent value considering the quality and quantity. |

How do you find things like download speeds and the resolutions of the files? I realize that HD is out of the question, but are you satisfied with the quality if you view it in full screen?
